Appearance: Tall, somewhat lanky at about 6'1". Has scruffy, dirty-blonde hair, cut down to a high-and-tight. Somewhat fair-skinned except areas not covered by armor, as exposure to sunlight has tanned those areas slightly. Rather thin, and over his wrist he wears an older model of the Pip-Boy 3000. Has grayish-green eyes and a small chin-strip beard. Has a pair of thin-framed glasses, but only wears them when using a computer or manipulating small objects.
Armor: Combat Armor, Reinforced
Clothing: White, featureless shirt, dark-colored jeans, a small jacket and black boots.
Weapons: .308 Hunting Rifle, .357 Magnum [HD Cylinder], Frag Grenade [X2]
Miscellaneous items: Scrap electronic parts, Stimpak [X3], Copy of Programmer's Digest
Forces of habit: Welsh is particularly nitpicky, and as a result tends to try and make things a bit too perfect, although he is capable of acting quickly, he tends to take time to plan things very carefully and redundantly. He takes great interest in technology, even if it's in the way of an objective. He tends to pace when frustrated.
Biography: Welsh was born into the second generation of a family that left the Vaults in the Midwest Wasteland. He in particular grew up most of his life in New Clevland. He always had an interest in technology and machinery, and would often take apart things and put them back together. Some attempts he succeeded, and even made some of the contraptions work more efficiently, and sometimes...not to much. He had a decent amount of popularity, growing up with several kids that had similar interests, or just enjoyed him. Several of them planned to leave Clevland to try and become successful out in the wastes, but his overly-supportive-towards-the-Enclave father took Welsh and the rest of his family eastward, towards the Capitol Wasteland after it had begun to return. At the age of 17, Welsh's father slapped an old Pip-Boy 3000 on his wrist and sent him out to explore.

Before getting into the Enclave, he took up a job at a small shop repairing goods for travelers. Paired with a mediocre pay, he left his job out of boredom and set out to live a full life. He stayed inside of an abandoned house where he would scavenge for old computers, fix them up and collect their data--or sell them. He developed a keen knowledge of repair, electronics and science. However, his income was beginning to reach a stalemate when Raiders began hassling travelers, causing them to reroute around his area. Without customers to purchase what he had, or caravans to trade what he needed, he resolved to join the Enclave, or face returning home in shame.

He was shown to perform well. Being able to work with logistics teams and computers. His exceptional talent with electronics equipment and terminals put him out on the battlefield as an advanced field hacker. He often would access terminals that could deactivate alarms, open doors, operate systems or anything required to help his squad. He also is shown to have an affinity for robots. Any issues with Protectotrons, Securitrons, Robobrains, Mr. Gutsy's or any other machines he'd often dissect to learn more about. This proved him to be extremely useful in infiltrating facilities, as learning one robots identifier could help before others attack. He was eventually moved up to where he is now.

Second. We don't need another tech specialist, especially a "well performing" one. We need the best and we already have the best.

Third. He just "Booped" into the eagle claw. Seriously just "Booped" in there. No rhyme or reason to how he came into eagle claw, he just did. That's not gonna fly.

Finally: That Bio compared to the others is meh as hell.

Well I figured it would be denied. I didn't go in thinking it would but in hindsight I realized that it wouldn't turn out okay. The link I sent? No idea it was riddled with viruses . The image I had gotten I had pulled off of the Fallout Wiki. I wasn't linking to a crackpot website for malicious reasons, I honestly didn't know. If you have another tech specialist that's fine, I honestly just wanted to make one oriented around the craft and I didn't completely scrutinize both threads. And for that last one, yeah, I didn't really word a good way in there I just kind of set him there, that's my own folly. The bio could've had better work done.

I really just wanted to join a Fallout RP, and wasn't really thinking that this one was oriented around a single race, faction and storyline (EDIT: Okay no I knew that from the get-go, I just didn't think that certain stipulations were so strict). So it's fine, I'm not pissed like people can get when denied, but I'll just move on and try to find a more open RP, relating to story and whatnot. Who knows, if some wave of inspiration comes over me I might return to this one.

The store I manage is moving locations. I'm in work horse mode. Sleep, stuff face with food and coffee, work until I collapse, repeat. I'm gonna haul ass today and try to get it all done by tomorrow morning so I can have a day or two to chill and get art/posts done. Until then consider me vanished from the face of the earth.

My week did not go as planned. :'C

My boss decided that we should move the store ourselves and that I should use my personal vehicle instead of asking her husband to use the truck or rent a U-Haul. This is after I find out the jeep needs new wheel cylinders and needs to have the brake drums and shoes resurfaced because said wheel cylinders have been leaking brake fluid all over them. Price tag for that is pretty hefty since that's not a repair I want to do myself. But I'll be taking all the gas I used this week out of the company credit card and grin ear to ear while my boss yells at me for my ten hours of overtime.

Not to mention my hockey team got booted from the play-offs last night causing me to eat half a pan of brownies to heal the soul wounds.

I'm gonna be working on posts tonight and in the morning get at least SOMETHING up by tomorrow afternoon before work.
