Given the way my mind works, a private detective is probably one of my ideal jobs. I'm all for justice myself; in fact, people often think I'm really 'self-righteous' due to it, but I think I'm quite reasonable. Anyway, I guess you could say I just don't have too much faith in the law -- the guilty frequently go free and the innocent can be punished, so I'm probably a little too cynical towards the justice system to work completely inside of it. On the other hand, having more justice-minded people like you involved in it would do some good. I won't bother sending the name over PM in that case, but they were admittedly responsible for my decision not to give the Discord chat a look.

I would've gotten involved in martial arts myself, long ago, had it not been for how severely poor my health has been throughout my life.

Not even kidding, the job I want to pursue is Private Investigator. I'd also take a government or political position as I've always felt connected to that line of work for. . some reason. . I swear I'm not a scummy person, I've just always wanted to work in more public fields.

And that's fine, about not wanting to PM their name, I don't want to pressure you into sending that or into joining the server either. As I said, it's more or less a reaction to what really gets under my skin and it's how people treat each other like crap. I was met with some serious hostility on the CBox and that's why I went and made the Discord in the first place, so it'd be hypocritical of me to ignore it.

Now that I've been doing Jiu Jitsu, I can't imagine stopping, though I'm quite terrible at it due to the fact that some moves do scare me and I'll freeze up or slow down due to the fact that I have a low processing speed and have no ability to follow verbal instructions, apparently. Are there any sports you even with your health?

Private detective just works for someone with my analytical mind, ability to read people's psychology, and insane attention to details when it comes to pretty much anything that I'm interested in. As for the government/political position... I've had people tell me I'd make a very good leader, but my biggest problem is a genuinely hate bureaucratic shit (pardon the French -- I do swear a fair bit in person). I don't really like being tied down to anything. I'm the sort of person who believes that the laws/rules exist for people who're too stupid to do the right thing of their own volition, and that a lot of laws/rules don't even have anything to do with justice or righteousness (the opposite in some cases). With that said, you seem like a reasonable person - like myself - so I don't think you being in a position like that would be inherently a bad thing.

We had a misunderstanding -- I thought you said you didn't want me to send the PM, because I personally had no problem doing it (which is why I've done so now). From this point onward, I'll save discuss about my attitude towards that person - alongside the reasoning for not wanting in the Discord chat - for that PM thread.

I'm not inherently 'bad' at martial arts, and there's very few things that actually intimidate me, but due to my physical condition I'm in severe amounts of pain pretty much... well always, to put it bluntly... and this more or less means that any sort of exertion on my part will feel like severe overexertion does for a 'normal' person. I've been like an old person pretty much from the moment I was born. That's only one of my health problems though, and I don't feel like going into them all right now (because I'm too dizzy, not because I don't want you to know). Swimming is probably the best exercise for me -- I've got a really big water affinity, so I take a lot of showers when I can't go to the indoor pool.

...I was about a year away from my black belt in tae-kwon-do, then I had to move. But I did attend some Jiu Jitsu classes. cool stuff. a shame I couldn't continue, as my tae-kwon-do instructor said I was a gifted grappler.

I just want to be a Private Investigator as I've had a knack and interest in solving mysteries and I share that analytical mind and the ability to read people. Attention to detail? Alright, maybe not so much which is a huge flaw for someone interested in that field, but at the end of the day, I'll take what I can get. As for the Government/Politics job, I'm interested in the system and have natural leadership qualities, so I'd be more than happy to fill the spot.

Swimming is probably my other favorite sport (next to golf) since it's so relaxing. Bizarre question, but I'm quite rather interested in astrological signs (they're irrational and strange, I know), but would you happen to be a water sign (Pisces, Cancer or Scorpio)? Just curious because of your comment regarding a natural affinity for water, haha.
