Name: Roy Harper

Super Name: Arsenal (formerly Speedy and Red Arrow)

Powers: None. Roy is, however, trained in archery by Oliver Queen himself. In addition, Roy has become a skilled hand-to-hand combatant and adept at using a wide array of weapons both standard and improvised. Thanks to some of his previous... connections, Roy speaks fluent Japanese and can also understand Russian, though he still needs to work on speaking the latter. Thanks to his time spent along side both Green Arrow and various members of the Bat-family, Roy has developed a keen analytical sense and has since become quite a detective in his own right.

Technology: Compound bow capable of folding in on itself for portability, some diamond-tipped arrows as well as a few "trick arrows" capable of taking down opponents non-lethally. These generally include compressed nets, blunted tips (most think of the famous boxing glove arrow), taser arrows capable of discharging an electrical current to stun attackers, among others. Roy's other weapons include a pair of Glock 41's, two combat knives hidden in his boots, and finally a pair of titanium batons. Roy's prosthetic arm - made of a synthium alloy - can also be used as a makeshift weapon or shield but he prefers to avoid potentially damaging it if possible. His commonly used utilities include a Batman-inspired gas-powered grapple gun, smoke bombs, flash bombs, and a voice modulator worn under his hood to distort his voice and prevent someone from recognizing him.

Personality: If one were to describe Roy in a single word, "stubborn" would likely be their first choice. Roy's stubbornness combined with his opinionated attitude - one he likely picked up from being around Ollie for so long - can and has made him difficult to work with in the past. In recent years, Roy appears to have to realized this flaw and finds himself actively trying to improve his attitude, with varying degrees of success. Despite this, Roy still has a few "berserk buttons", as it were. Chief among those being drugs, heroin in particular. Having had a history with heroin himself, seeing others letting themselves be dragged down by has a way of setting him off and making him more eager than usual to take down whoever selling the drug. Ever since Anarchy's takeover, Roy has found himself getting progressively angrier at the world in general, as if it somehow betrayed him for letting Anarchy take over so easily. None has earned his ire more than Oliver Queen though, whose insistence on continuing to support Anarchy's efforts may as well be like putting a knife in Roy's back.

Bio: Roy was born of Navajo descent, even bearing a tribal tattoo to represent that fact. In his early childhood, Roy was adopted and raised by Broken Bow, a Navajo medicine chief who taught the young Roy the basics of archery. Roy didn't know his biological father that well, but he knew the man was a forest ranger that died tragically in a forest fire. After Brave Bow's death, and thus having lost two fathers, a grief-stricken Roy found himself lost. He was falling in with the wrong kinds of crowds, even becoming a heroin addict in the process. Needless to say, Roy's life was at a low point. That changed when he met Oliver Queen.

Roy first met Ollie when the latter approached him as Green Arrow, convincing Roy not to go through with robbing a nearby convenient store. Oliver could have just left Roy's fate up to the system, but instead decided to help the young teen himself. He took Roy in, gave him a home and essentially adopted him as his ward. Noticing Roy's existing skill with a bow, Oliver decided to train him further. Before long, Roy was fighting alongside Green Arrow as Speedy.

Sometime later, Speedy met and became friends with a number of other teenage sidekicks. Robin, Kid Flash, Aqualad, Donna Troy and himself started a team of their own called the Teen Titans. While in the Titans, Roy had a brief relationship with Donna that, frankly, didn't last long. The Titans themselves didn't last forever either, due mostly their roster constantly changing with people coming in and out of the team. Soon even Robin, who by then had rebranded himself as Nightwing, left the team he had helped create along with his then-lover Starfire. The Titans disbanded shortly after, and Roy found himself turning to heroin once more.

It didn't take Oliver long to discover Roy's relapse, and angered, he threw Roy out. Roy wasn't on the streets for long, instead he was taken in by Black Canary, who helped him break the addiction once and for all. But by then his relationship with Oliver had become strained, so Roy borrowed a page from Dick's playbook and rebranded himself as Red Arrow.

As Red Arrow, Roy found himself once again among the ranks of the Titans. Vic Stone - aka Cyborg and a member of the former team before it disbanded - asked Roy to help him start a new Teen Titans, and even Nightwing approved the idea despite politely refusing the offer to join the new team. This new team of Titans lasted all the way until Superman's death, only disbanding because Anarchy forced them to. During this team's tenure, Roy met the assassin Cheshire during an undercover mission meant to take her down. Instead the two ended up falling deeply in love with each other, and so Roy couldn't bring himself to take her down when the time came, instead letting her go.

After Anarchy's takeover, the New Titans lost contact with each other. Roy at first tried take Anarchy down on his own, but found himself defeated and dismembered for his troubles. He was forced to go into hiding after that, but during that time he reached out to Vic and his former teammate built an advanced prosthetic arm for him, but advised Roy to stay hidden and to give up on taking Anarchy down. Ever stubborn, Roy's response was to sever all his previous ties, forever discarding both Speedy and Red Arrow. He donned a new mask and hood, started carrying and wielding more weapons than just his bow. With such a small arsenal of weapons he always seemed to have on him, it wasn't hard for Roy to earn a new name... Arsenal.

Name: Light

Super Name: Light, Toon Girl, Toon Lady (Shes not particular.)

Appearance: Light is a 5"6 tall pure white humanoid figure with a thin pear shaped frame. She has an overly large spherical head with short blue hair, no visible nose, very large black and yellow eyes, fin-looking ears, serrated beartrap like teeth, and an incredibly thin neck. She wears a blue tanktop with skinny biceps leading to larger forarms which flow into her nearly cartoonishly big hands which have long claw-like fingers attached to them. She has wide hips, which look even bigger due to the thin short white dress like thing she has which covers her back down to her lower knees and covers her front down to her kneecaps, with the front having an M cut taken out of it. Her legs look normal, short of her having no feet, instead having her lower leg come to a sharp point where her foot would be.
She also wears padded gloves so her claws don't get in the way of everyday life things.

Toonforce

Toon Regeneration: Light can regenerate from nearly any injury, even supernatural ones such as having her soul ripped out, her mind shattered, or other such things. She can also sort of control body parts that get separated. She tends to regenerate with a 'pop' back to her normal state, sometimes with bandages or other artifacts on her to signify how she was hurt last time. Injuries that are inflicted by exceedingly powerful entities or attacks that deal no damage take much longer to regenerate from. This also increases her stamina, basically meaning she doesn't stay tired for very long.

Toon Resilience: Depending on how much she is forced to regenerate, Light gains resistance to that type of attack, eventually becoming immune to it outright. Light can't gain resistances to chemical based attacks, nor attacks made using Silver or Nth metal and takes much longer to build up a magical resistance. After a short period of not taking damage, Light will lose the resistances she gained. When gaining a resistance to something, Light's body tends to morph a little to show what shes resistant to.

Toon Strength: Light has varying degrees of Super Strength depending on her emotion. Normally she can fairly easily lift up a small house or a truck no problem. While sad she tends to have less strength than a normal person. She tends not to get angry, so the upper limits of her strength when angry aren't as well known.

Toon Physics: Light runs under Toon Physics instead of normal physics. while most of these changes are small or cosmetic, there are a few powerful ones.
-Light can pick up and use enchanted weaponry even if not 'worthy' to use them. However she will not gain any enhancements or be able to use them beyond using them as a club unless she would normally be 'worthy'.
-Light's body has a 'rubbery' movement to it which is most notable when she is hit very hard. She can't stretch herself out though without outside aid however.
-Light can hover in the air for a few moments before falling to the ground or walk on air if she is unaware that she isn't walking on ground anymore. Additionally while falling she can adjust her fall a bit more than normal.
-Light can't bleed nor does she have workable DNA.

Reality Shift: Light is mostly immune to other forms of reality warping that aren't her own as well as power dampening. Light gives off a 'creepy' feeling when touched as she steals away the reality of the object or person shes touching. When an object has lost some reality, it is unable to gain energy from other sources but itself until its reality is restored. When Light isn't touching something, it regains its reality back fairly quickly. As something loses its reality, it starts to turn toon-like (But with no benefits), and if it loses all of its reality, it fades from reality altogether (Possibly going to Toon World?). Beings who can reality warp themselves have a massive resistance to this ability, as do massive or cosmic entities. This power can't be turned off and Light has no control over its intensity.

Pocket Space: Light can store and withdraw objects seemingly out of nowhere using a small pocket dimension located somewhere under her dress. She can't store living objects, or objects that are larger than herself, and can only store so many objects before she can't store anymore. She can also pull an ACME crate out from this space every once in a while which can hold any of the various ACME products which is to say, its random and can be anything. And considering its from ACME, most of them tend to tick and go boom before she can do anything with them, even the stuff that isn't bombs!

Portable Hole: Light can teleport using a wormhole she pulls out of her dress. She can place the hole on anything, and the exit hole forms when she places the entrance hole. If the exit hole is not on a solid surface, Light has a very noticeable delay before she comes out of it. She can only travel to extremely familiar places (Think quick travel in video games, except even more limited to something like the watchtower.) or stuff along her sightlines. Only Light can travel through these holes and they don't stay open for very long.

weaknesses

-Light takes extra damage from attacks, and due to Toon Physics most attacks tend to send her flying, squash her as flat as a pancake, turn her to ash, and the like. She can also be knocked out fairly easily if she is hit with an attack she is not aware of, IE someone sneaks up on her and hits her in the back of the head or something.
-Light is incredibly unlucky and usually if something bad can happen, it will. Especially if it leads to slapstick.
-Light has an exceptionally difficult time escaping nets, ropes, being bound in general, and especially Duct Tape. While she can eventually work her way free of some of these, they take a crippling long amount of time for her to escape on her own. Its best that someone else helps her out of them otherwise she might not be seen again in a battle for quite some time.
-Light is very weak to chemical based attacks and weapons and is very easy to knockout with something like knockout gas. She also gets drunk very very easily.
-Light has a very hard time using technology as it tends to not work for too long for her.
-Light can't use a vast majority of her powers if she is sad or depressed and regenerates much slower when in such a state.
-Light can't affect Nth metal much short of using it as a club herself. Shes also sheepish around Silver.
-While she shares many similarities with a cartoon, shes actually a demon. Though most holy objects don't bother her as she herself isn't evil. This is probably why she has problems with Silver and Nth metal though and some magics.

Personality: Light's outward personality is very fun loving, outgoing, honest, and can be mistaken as airheaded at times. While it is true she tends to not consider small consequences, which is apparent with how nihilistic she appears to be about most situations, she hides a sharp intellect. This is more on the Genre Savvy side of things than the technical, so while she can learn about tech, she really can't make any and instead is better at observations and general logic. While on the outside she is mostly a pacifist, tending to avoid fighting or fight in a playful manner, defending her allies, or make friends with the combatants than fight for real. If she is forced to get serious, well.... Lets just say your gonna have a bad time.

Bio: Light didn't know too much back before... the sacrifice. All she remembers about it is that it was quite bad with no freedom, lots of whips, and other terrible things, stuff that she has blocked out. Anarchy's usurpation of the Justice League had far spreading consequences that not even he could've seen, even with the Phoenix Squad patrolling around, they couldn't handle everything. Cults to different demons or eldritch horrors sprung up around the world without the Justice League to stop them. While most of them tended to not get much done, and started to get lax on their lorals, others managed to summon things that shouldn't have been summoned.
One ritual went fairly well. Well, in Light's eyes anyway. While being a sacrifice wasn't fun, what with the curved knife and all the blood... The results were more than she could've ever hoped for. Transformed by dark energies, taking on a form that was akin to the cheerful freedom of those things she saw sometimes on television known as cartoons, she was able to break free and explore the world. While the exhiliration of freedom was great, she would enact her revenge against her captors, well, if she could remember who they were. Sacrifices tend to leave you with kind of a scrambled mind there when thinking about the before.

Construct Physiology: They are immune to disease and poison, have no bodily needs, and has a high resistance to heat and cold.

Super Strength: Enough to lift a large truck overhead without serious strain.

Magical Components: While they look like a creature of science, they are most definitely 100% magical in nature. The stone, iron, and wood that make up their body are non native to Earth and are stronger than most materials one would find. These parts make them the perfect battery and conduit of magical energy.

Magical Potential: The components that make up their body, the location of their "birth", and the crystal that makes their heart all give them incredible power and potential. However it is unrefined, unreliable, and dangerous with their current experience.

Technology: Besides being a magical construct, they have no other equipment.

Acquaintances: None

Personality: A fairly blank slate, being "born" only about a month with minimal interaction with others. However the positive energies used in their creation predispose them towards "good". Fairly compassionate and empathetic to the suffering of others, they are nonetheless naive in their world view and very impressionable at this state.

Bio: They are too young to have any notable history, waking up in a hidden lab deep within the maze like sewers of Gotham. With no creator in sight and no purpose to drive them they just... sat. It took two weeks for them to discover the bookshelf, diving into the pages with surprising comprehension. The books mostly held occult lore, information on other dimensions, and maps of Lay Lines though for every four books on the theory and practice of magic there was at least one book on poetry. They liked those books the most.

In recent days their curiosity has lead them to explore beyond the lab, only in the past two days discovering the city above. Tonight is to be their first excursion.

Super Name: Anarchy

Powers: He believes his powers are centered around his desire for freedom. As such, they are all tools with which he can either remove restrictions or defend against restrictions.

Amplification: Suppresses the limits on a person's powers or physical body, amplifying them. The more he amplifies a person's powers the faster it tires them and the more it physically harms them. He is able to suppress the negative effects in himself quite a bit, allowing him to safely amplify his own abilities far more than he could safely amplify another person's. If use on someone with dormant powers, it will let them access their powers, allowing him to give potential meta-humans powers.

Telepathy: Little more than Empathy unless amplified, he can feel another person's fears, concerns, and pain. If amplified he can speak telepathically, and if they allow it, can view another person's memories, though he can't alter memories or force his way into minds.

Telekinesis: He can shield himself from attacks, either with a skin-tight or a bubble shield, and can lift objects, whether touching them or not. He can also fly. If not amplified it is limited to a few hundred kilos of strength and a flight speed of 100kph. If amplified he can lift up to 100 tonnes and fly at up to mach 10.

Technopathy: He recently discovered that if he amplified his powers he could break electronic and computer based encryption and security. He is unable to access the files directly with this power, but he can break into them and download them or view them on the machine itself.

Personality: He wants to help people be free. What you do with your freedom is up to you, as long as you don't use it to hurt anyone.

Bio: As a child he was treated terribly but his drug addict parents, who rarely fed him but kept him at home to make him work constantly. When he was twelve he was locked in his home, desperate to get out, when the lock on the door broke and he ran away. He spent the next six years on the run, believing that the cops would lock him up if they caught him. While on the run, he learned to read and eventually learned enough to get his GED. He now realizes that he must have been boosting his intelligence with his powers, which would explain the headaches he kept getting. He also learned to use his powers and use them to his advantage.

He got a job working construction, using his powers to secretly help himself, while taking classes online. Eventually he learned enough about technology, chemistry, and biology to start inventing things and selling the patents. He used the money to start Phoenix Security Services and, as they were one of the few security companies that had the technology to take on super villains, they began guarding research facilities. This included research facilities belonging to Lexcorp, Wayne Enterprises, Star Labs, and others.

About two year ago he discovered that he could break computer security with his powers while investigating a stolen shipment of Lexcorp particle rifles. He found that the theft was ordered by a Us General Wade Eiling for use at a secret government facility in South America, and went there under the guise of a hero to get the shipment back. During the resulting battle, however, the base was destroyed and, when he told the press why he went there, they chose to say he was a terrorist. This got the Justice league involved and he had no choice but to side with the Legion of Doom for his own safety. He convinced them to follow him on the grounds that he would help them destroy the Justice League by amplifying them and their powers and, one year ago today they had their greatest battle ever.

During this battle one hero did die, Superman, when Lex Luthor ran a Kryptonite blade through his heart. Anarchy flew off with the body to see if the Ultrahumanite could save his life, but the man of steel died on the operating table. They cremated him, after taking scans and cell samples to verify that he was completely dead and not just in another healing trance, and Anarchy returned the ashes to Metropolis, where he commissioned a statue for the fallen hero.

After that he built up his Security force, hiring ex heroes and villains, as well as ordinary people, and set to work stabilizing the world by being a kind of police force that specialized in super villains. He hired Kevin Kirk about three weeks after the great battle, and the man became one of his best friends and his advisor.

Name: Jonathon Kent

Super Name: Superboy

Powers:
Kryotonian Psychology: Jonathon Kent is half Krypton and half human, which grants him superhuman abilities shared by all members of the dead race from Krypton. His cells adsorb solar radiation from earth's yellow sun and grant him super strength, incredible durability as well as microscopic, heat and x-ray vision. He is also able to fly at supersonic speeds and possess superhuman hearing. Do to his young age, Jonathon is nowhere close to Superman's power and max can lift 80 tons of weight, maybe more if he really pushes himself. He is also very weak against Kryptonite and Red sun radiation can slowly strip him of his powers. Jonathon has no defense against magic and effected by magical weapons just like a normal human.

Technology: He just has his smartphone and a communicator from his father's fortress of solitude.

Personality: Jonathan is his father's son and has a very kind heart. For him Truth, Justice and The American way are part of the legacy that his father created and he wants to live up to that legacy. Because of his young age, Jonathon has tendencies to be immature and more innocent then an average adult, which makes it easier for him to be fooled by deceptive people. Jonathon tries to be a symbol of hope like his dad, but the status of America has made it more difficult to keep his faith in a good society.

Bio: Born to Clark Kent and Lois Lane, Jonathon was destined for big things. From a young age his powers had developed and his father helped teach how to control these great powers. Jonathon was raised by his father's belief in Truth Justice and the American Way. When the villain Anarchy attacked the world governments in his way of making the world a better place, Jonathon saw his father's supposed death and he was hit with the terrible tragedy.

But things were not as they had seemed and his father turned out to be alive. He explained to him about his reasons for faking his death, but Jonathon disagreed with his dad's decision to disguise himself in order to see if Anarchy was right. Johnathan wanted the world to go back to the way it was and see more peace.

Name: Toby Skinner.

Super Name: Nuke.

Powers: Combustion. He gathers matter around him and compresses it so hard and fast that a hit from this force equals to being hit with a Nuke (hence his name). But he can only use this energy when he is swinging his fists, or he can unleash it into the ground and create an earthquake in a single direction.

Technology: He wears a heart rate monitor so he doesn't over use his power and kill himself. He also has something called a concealer, it's a battery that he can charge with his power and use to power anything he needs.

Acquaintances: Eric Skinner, his father. Susan Skinner, his mother. Daniel Ross, best friend.

Personality: Confident. Brave. Sometimes a little cocky. Attempts to be funny. Knows when a job needs to be done and won't stop until it is.

Bio: He had a fairly normal life until his father, who was a scientist, got a job at a huge nuclear power plant. His father was always at work and his mother tried her best to keep him happy. She was a strong woman, strongest woman he's ever met. His best friend Daniel was there with him through everything, they were always together. He tried his best to stay happy without much of a father figure to go by.

One day, on his 16th birthday, his father invited him to take a tour around the plant. He gratefully accepted, this was going to be the first day in years that they had together in over seven years. On the way to the compound, he couldn't stop smiling, he was extremely happy and couldn't contain it. He was amazed by his fathers knowledge and stories about the plant. The science behind what he did was astounding, the complexity of it and how it all worked. When they got to the compound, it was breath taking. Just beautiful. So many great minds and hard working people experimenting with highly dangerous substances for the bettering of people.

After he spent a few hours at this compound. He started exploring, walking around, harmlessly exploring. But after a while of walking around, sirens started blaring, lights flashing. He started running, he didn't see anyone, so he kept running. He ran right into the center of the plant, the reason the siren where going off. Just as he started running away, it exploded. He was launched into tubes full of chemicals and toxic material.

A few months later, he awoke in a highly advanced hospital. He was welcomed by doctors who tired to explain what happened, but he didn't understand any of it. He did understand the fact that something changed. He was different. When they finally let him up, he walked around and looked in a mirror. His hair was green and his eyes were a toxic yellow color. He started freaking out, asking what happened to him. While he was freaking out, he began to have a white aura around his hands. When they tried to grab him, he punched one of the doctors and he dissipated. While everyone was freaking out, he ran. He ran out of the hospital, oddly enough, no one stopped him. He spent the next few years on the streets, hiding away from everyone.

When he heard about the Anarchy attacks, he continued to hide away, trying not to be seen. Then reports started flooding around about how Anarchy and Lex Luthor had killed Superman and captured the Justice League. He continued to stay hidden while he watched the world fall apart. Still, to this day, he's hiding. Waiting for a opportunity to show his face safely.

Super Name: Zanthos

Power: Magic

Like his family, Zane can use magic in a traditional fashion by saying spells backwards. He can only use elemental spells; fire, water, ice, lighting, wood, and air. He has never tried to use magic that concerns people, like transmutation, or shift shift-shaping. He cannot use magic that affects complex beings.

Tsalb Hctirdle: He can summon blasts of pure magical energy and imbue them with elemental properties.

Maeb Noissucnoc: A single beam of magical energy that changes color on which element is being used.

Tsrub: Zane produces create an explosion of elemental energy, like a tiny bomb.

Sekips: He can make spikes of either ice or wood.

Sdleihs: Zane can create a shield out of any of the elements.

Technology: He always caries his wand, and spell book.

Acquaintances: Zatanna (Mother), John Constantine (Father), Doctor Fate (Mentor)

Personality: Zane is a laid back kind of guy. Not letting much bother him, but he is always looking out for his best interest. He was always had a win attitude and strives to make sure he at lest walks away with some kind of victory. He is always welcoming with one arm and carrying a knife behind his back, most people who talk to him fell like they can trust him but do not know that they are setting them selves up. Zane is prone to lying o others, and sometimes cannot help himself when it comes down to the misfortune of others.

Bio: Zane is the son of a heated love affair between Zatanna and John Constantine. He is the product of a night of heated lust before they split and went their separate ways. He grew up in a single parent house hold, with nothing but his mother and lots of magic. She was still running her side shows while helping the JLA and Sentinels defend the world all while helping Zane learn magic and Physics so he can go to college. Overall Zane had to learn how to live by himself, anything she did not teach him he learned how to do, this is how he became self sufficient and selfish. Zane learned that if he did not put himself first he could not take care of anybody else.

Zane was 17 right before the down fall of the JLA and the and death of Superman. He knew his mother had not come home because of Anarchy. The super villain who killed Th Man of Steel, and tore apart everything he knew and loved. This turned Zane cold on the inside, and even after the heroes where released his mother or father have not resurfaced yet. He has tired every locator spell but it just seems like they don't want to be found. At one point he expected the worst and his hate for Anarchy grew, now h waits for an opportunity to get his revenge.

Name: Victor James Tully

Super Name: Necro

Powers: Victor has the unusual power to control the undead, He can control the bodies of dead humans and animals controlling them to follow his orders. As well as controlling dead bodies he can also have them speak if he needed any information out of them, The downside to his power is that the dead bodies will soon decompose within a month or two.

Technology: Silenced M9 Pistol, Silenced Uzi.

Duela Dent – Lover and partner.

Personality: Victor is a daydreamer always spacing out imagining he was someplace else and most of the time when he does this people will have to poke him or doing something else to snap him out of his daydream. Besides being a daydreamer he a bit lazy when it comes to certain things although when it comes it crime he is more then happy to commit it be it for money or pleasure. His outer perception to other people would tell that Victor is very shy not speaking much and only when he feels is needed, However when he is around people he trusts he is quite talkative.

Victor as well loves to paint and write poems and is very passionate about it and is very protective of his art and paper with the poem written on them. As well he is a bit of a crybaby getting easily frustrated and when scared or too frustrated he will crying, He is also quite to anger having a very short temper letting out his anger in his own way.

Bio: Victor was born into a middle class family of his father being a librarian and his mother being a teacher. He was living a pretty average life with the occasional bullying form his class mates, The first time he found out about his powers was when he was nine years old when he found a ran over cat and controlled it to follow him and be his secret pet until it was bones. Even then he kept that cat until he found out he could stop it form living and was while growing up he had many secret pets” as well as looking for dead bodies and using them as his secret friends until he stopped doing so he would not be caught.

When he was 18 years old after he graduated highschool he moved away form his parent’s home where he meets Deadshot and both of them robbing banks and going on hits but this relationship did not last long with Victor trying to kill Deadshot and take his share of the money. During this conflict he along with his Deadshot were caught by Nightwing with Deadshot placed in Blackgate and Victor heading to Arkham where he met Duela.

The two of them at first had a strange relationship at first they hated each other always getting into shouting matches with each other before slowly falling in love with each other and escaping with the two of them eventually becoming partners in crime stealing, killing and being rude towards most people.
