@Holy Soldier I was thinking something vaguely humanoid but clearly not (horns, wings, maybe odd skin color) who's incredibly old and well connected so they can be a researcher (since there's so many agents) but they don't have morals (moreso they just don't get why doing something like killing somebody is wrong) and they consume souls. But really smart, a great asset, but not trustworthy in the field.

@SilverFallenIf the demon isn't trustworthy in the field, then the demon wouldn't be working with PRIES. They are a paranormal government agency and so if "trustworthy" isn't in the character's personality that character would be denied. If the creature can only survive off murdering others, it's not a good idea for a species, especially if they have no other forms of sustenance.

@QueentzeSince Shag's character Richard is the only researcher in the entire game at the moment, it is up to his character whether he wants a sample or not. So Mike should be asking him and not the AD. As a GM, I just wrote it as a possibility. It's not mandatory. It's optional.

@Holy Soldier Sorry if I'm pestering you, but could you possibly explain the Phantom species? I'm assuming they're ghosts, but are they tangible? (Trying to find a species that is less used so we don't have a thousand vampires.)

@SilverFallenThe only creature I explained in this game was the difference between Frankenstein, zombie, and ghoul.

Whatever you think a phantom is, is what your phantom is going to be, and you are free to look up whatever online reference (as long as it is not video game or D&D bullshit) to educate yourself on phantoms. When you have an interpretation that you like, make a CS.
