Perhaps the greatest of the “Things that go bump in the night”, or rather Supernatural beings, the Originals are powerful beings, the first of their kind, they created their races, and have been alive perhaps as long as civilization itself. Werewolves, Witches, and Vampires, they tend to immortal beings, and an a lot stronger their their kin. Typically leaders in their races, Originals are the changing force of the supernatural world.

This doesn’t mean that their children are less, quite the opposite. Originals merely are stronger, faster and more of what their races are. The Originals in the three main races, tend to be family, and from them all current all current descendants are created, and they are the most powerful and indestructible

There are four Original Vampires. Five Original Werewolves, and three original witches. You don’t need to play an Original, descendants are always welcome.

A budding war is blooming, has perhaps always been under the surface between the three main races. The setting is Carson City Nevada, this city established by the Originals in 1858.

A little bit of history clears the mystery!
The originals began approximately 1350 years ago. The three original witches were simply born as such, perhaps a genetic mutation, perhaps something else entirely. The vampires were made first, through a process they do not speak about, and the werewolves were created soon after, perhaps to complement the vampires, but tension rose, and the two races became mortal enemies.

Species

Here is a complete list of the Species involved in this roleplay.

Original Vampire
A group of extremely powerful vampires that are known for being the first of their bloodlines and the first generation of vampires, which makes them the oldest, fastest, strongest, and most powerful vampires in the world.

Original Werewolves
A group of extremely powerful vampires that are known for being the first of their bloodlines and the first generation of werewolves, making them the oldest, fastest, strongest and most powerful of their kind in the world.

Original Witch
The three original witches are the only immortal witches around. Extremely old, these three witches created the Original Vampires and Original werewolves.They are extremely powerful, and no one is quite sure of their strength.

Vampire
Vampires are magically reanimated human corpses which are inhabited by the spirits of the deceased person and who closely resemble the living human they were before their transformation. Vampires feed and survive on the blood of the living, typically on that of humans, and they can also transform other humans into more of their kind with their own blood

Werewolves
Werewolves are supernatural shapeshifters that can turn into a wolf-form. Typically around the full moon, they have no control over their ability to shift. There are a few ways that a werewolf cacn be created.
Natural Werewolf Birth - If someone is bitten by a werewolf, the gene then passed down through the bloodline of the infected person, though the children themselves are not werewolves. They can, however, awaken the dormancy of their true nature by completing a ritual involving the werewolf drinking fresh blood or killing somebody. However, this transformation is not instantaneous; in fact, it doesn't occur until their first full moon.
Werewolf Bite - Werewolves can turn humans by transmitting their saliva through wounds such as bites. If the human survives the attack, they will transform into a werewolf during the next full moon.
Werewolf Copulation - If a women becomes pregnant with werewolf children, she inherits their typical traits and, at the end, becomes a true werewolf. This transformation is faster than in those who are bitten.

It is more common for someone to be turned by being bitten or by being impregnated by another werewolf and inheriting the condition that way, since the ritual to awaken dormant werewolf heritage is a secret not known by many.

Witches
A witch is a person who is born with the power to affect change by magical means (Witchcraft). While many witches are the self-proclaimed "Keepers of the Balance," other witches have been known to work against the Balance and use their power for personal gain.

I was originally planning on making my twin werewolves into originals ever since I conceptualized them. If you allow me to bring them over, I can alter their histories to fit the roleplay. Or I can just make new characters.
