@supertinykingThat's all fine and dandy. It partially answers my question but what I was really wanting an answer to was if you find this character practical? Re-read what I asked and give me an answer because I need to know.
@Holy Soldier
Character Name: Rum the Enlightened.
Title: The accident prone.
Kingdom: Wazhack team? ((They have no company name, so I guess this will do?))
Visual Description:
Written Description: Standing at 5 foot, 7 inches, not including his hat, Rum looks to be that of a older man. However his skin lacks the defining wrinkles of age, and his hair seems unnaturally colored grey to the trained eye. His robes are that as seen in his picture, ornate, along with his hat. His hair, along with his facial hair, is extremely soft, almost unnaturally so. His eyes have a slight underlying glow, betraying his magical nature.
Personality: Rum is gentle, caring, and curious. He can be at time, rambunctious, and excitable like someone far younger than he is, but this stems from his internal want to discover, and learn. He has an addictive personality, and he knows it, so he strives to avoid booze, or drugs. He even takes medical supplies with caution, worried that he'd become hooked, and dependent on the stuff, paranoid about his vulnerability to such things. He also has fears about women, a encounter in the Dungeon having changed his outlook for life, causing him to eye women with terror, and paranoia.
Game: Wazhack.
Current Story: Wazhack is a game where the story is bare bones. An adventurer heads into a dungeon, seeking the Amulet of Zaw, and the random events of the game shape the story. Rum went into the dungeon, but returned without the amulet, and was deemed a coward. What he saw in the dungeon, no one knows. That is how Rum avoided a horrible fate, he was scared, and scarred, by the dungeon, and his cowardice kept him alive.
Weapon(s): A wooden staff of +0, and a Quill and Ink, but nothing to write on.
A wand of magic missile, with 30 charges.
((Magic missile is a spell in wazhack, that acts differently than in most games. It's a bolt of magic that shoots though targets, no matter their strength, but it might simply pass though without doing to much damage. It bounces off of walls, meaning it could hit the caster as well. These blasts do minimal damage.))

Special Abilities
Slot One.
Familiar: Rum has a tabby cat following him. It is easily able to maul creatures like goblins, and kobolds, small weak humanoid creatures even when they are armed with clubs, and swords. However, something larger, like a Bugbear, can easily dispatch them. This should note the weaknesses of such creatures, rather than the strength of the bugbear. The tabby cat can also sniff out malignant magical enchantments, warning Rum if they are cursed. (This needs to be in the General Abilities section and not Special Abilities. Please be sure to re-read the difference between General Abilities and Special Abilities so that I know you know the difference. I'm really big on people reading my game thoroughly to understanding rather than skimming. If I suspect you are skimming through the details, then I won't let you in because those people constantly misunderstand things and create issues.)

Slot One. Staff of +0
Slot Two. Inkwell and quill
Slot Three. Wand of magic missile. This area needs to be empty. You should only change the things I tell you to change. If you change anything else, then you are more than likely putting it in the wrong area and delaying the approval process.]
Strengths
Master of many spells: Rum is able to cast most spells, should he be able to read the spell book they are found in. This ranges from the simple magic missile to complex rites necromancers use to resurrect the dead as undead servants. Language barriers, and getting these books will be his main barrier between learning every spell there is, and only those in English.
Scribe: Rum is, with enough time, able to copy down spells onto scrolls. This costs him paper, and ink, of course. These scrolls can be used by anyone, no matter their intelligence or other such factors, however, unless told by Rum, or another wizard, one most likely will have no way of knowing what a spell does, until they use the scroll.
He can also create new copies of spell books, via rewriting them into blank books. This takes hours to do, however.
Wazhack Biology: Rum can leap, and run rather well, having near infinite stamina, as long as he has food to go along with it. He doesn't NEED to sleep, but doing so heals him. He also seems to be fine without water, as hunger is his only concern when it comes to bodily maintenance.
Arcanist: Rum is able to easily read most spell books from his dimension, and learn how to cast spells form said books with only a few minutes of reading for the first time, and then a few moments to refresh his memory later.
Weaknesses
Fast Metabolism: Rum needs constant food, lest he rapidly starve, a trope among many games of this sort. For example, he can, after a night's rest, go though an entire pie for break fast, and nearly a dozen full meals, lest he begin to grow hungry, and if not doing so for the next day, will begin to starve, his body wilting like a dying flower as it digests itself, desperately trying to keep him alive.
Weak: Rum's not able to lift, or carry much, before he starts to become encumbered. When encumbered, when he does move, time moves twice as fast, despite it only going at its normal pace for him, leading enemies to act like the flash, moving insanely fast to him. He becomes encumbered carrying more than 60 lbs of gear.
Frail: Rum is a wizard. They don't wear any armor, lest it interfere with their spell casting, and render them useless. As such, Rum risks being easily attacked, and killed.
Memorization: While able to learn from most any spell book, if Rum does not study his books daily, he will loose his magic abilities. However, he need a few seconds to do so, so this will most likely come into play with their destruction, rather than time problems.

@Holy Soldier Hello! I thought I should drop the CS for Frisk here, for review. ^_^
I hope the profile is alright. If anything needs to be fixed, just let me know.Character Name: Frisk Dreemurr
Kingdom: The Island of Mt. Ebott, and the Underground -- Part of the Indie Federation
Visual Description: Click! (Art is drawn by Sasoura on DeviantArt.)
Written Description: They grew slightly taller since they fell into the Underground two years ago. They have short, layered brown hair, and when their eyes aren't closed, people can see that they're hazel. They have a fondness for striped sweaters. They can usually be seen wearing a blue sweater with pink stripes on it.
Personality: Frisk is a normally calm kid upon first glance, with their face resting on neutral/stoic. However, when one gets to know Frisk, they'll find that Frisk is a very kind, optimistic, and outgoing person. They have an open mind, and like to try new things. They generally hate having to repeat things over and over again. When something bothers them (like nightmares), and it doesn't apply to the situation in front of them, they tend to remain silent and try to get others focus on something else.
Their friends have influenced Frisk a little bit. They have a fondness for puns and practical jokes (*coughTorielandSanscough*), they love cooking spaghetti (Papyrus and Undyne), they can be a bit competitive (Undyne), they love anime (Alphys), and they enjoy performing.
They have moments of maturity when trying to solve problems with peaceful measures, but they also have moments of juvenile humor during down times.
They also like to use everyone else's confusion over their gender to their advantage in jokes or flirting. They will never say what gender they are when asked directly.
Game: Undertale
Current Story: (This current story, so you don't spoil the game for those who haven't played it and who may play it. You can delete everything and start it at "2 years later after the events of the Undertale game..." It would have saved you a lot of work. We don't need to know the game's story. We can easily look it up. What we can't look up is the character's current story for this game.)Frisk doesn't remember their life before they fell into the Underground in the year 20XX; The Kingdom filled with Monsters under Mt. Ebott. All they knew was that they fell for a very...sad reason. After they fell, they met Flowey the Flower, who taught them about EXP and LV, and proceeded to try and kill them. Thankfully, Frisk was saved by a monster named Toriel. Under Toriel's protection, Frisk learned that the monsters they met could easily be talked to, and the encounters could be resolved without anyone needing to die. Frisk wanted to continue on past Toriel's home, and find a way out of the Underground, but Toriel, who feared for Frisk's life, tried to prevent Frisk from leaving and even fought them. Thankfully, Frisk took what they've learned and managed to calm Toriel down, and ensure that the conflict was resolved peacefully.
Frisk traveled through the Underground, befriending many monsters, including the Skeleton brothers: the (GREAT) Papyrus and the mysterious, but lazy, Sans, the ferocious Captain of the Guard, Undyne, the shy anime fan of a Royal Scientist, Alphys, the fabulous TV Star, Mettaton, and the King of all Monsters, King Asgore. During their travels, they found that they could SAVE, LOAD, and RESET. The ability to SAVE and LOAD has helped them out more than they could ever imagine. The only time they had to RESET was after encountering King Asgore for the first time. Frisk was forced to fight, until Asgore was greatly wounded, and only then could Frisk show Asgore mercy. After doing so, Flowey killed Asgore and took the six human souls that Asgore had collected. Flowey became the Eldritch Abomination, Omega Flowey. Frisk did their best to fight the hideous God like creature, but admittedly, there was no way they could have won without the help of the six human souls. After Flowey's defeat, Frisk spared the flower and headed back to the surface. They were convinced to RESET after Sans' call to them, telling them of what happened in the Underground after they left.
After they RESET, they befriended the reclusive Alphys and helped her confess her feelings to Undyne. After the events following the date, Frisk headed off to face Asgore once again. This time, before the fight could start, Toriel appeared and prevented the fight from even happening. All of Frisk's friends appeared as well. Flowey attacked and took all of the six human souls and all of the monsters souls to show their true identity: Asriel, the deceased son of Asgore and Toriel Dreemurr. Asriel threatened to RESET the timeline over and over, but thanks to Frisk, he, along with all of their friends, were saved. Frisk managed to talk to Asriel and calm him down. Asriel used all of the power he had to destroy the barrier that kept all of the monsters underground and with a sad goodbye, disappeared once again.
After that, Frisk and the monsters left the Underground and reached the Surface. Frisk became the Ambassador of Monsters and Humans, along with being adopted by Toriel. They promised not to RESET, considering how almost everyone has a happy ending. But there were still three people on their mind.
Asriel, Chara, and the mysterious W.D. Gaster.
Asriel and Chara clearly needed to be saved, but Gaster was a mystery. Who was he? Frisk had learned that he was the previous Royal Scientist before Alphys, but he fell into the Core and was scattered across time and space, and he had four followers who seemed to be the only ones who remembered him. But other than that, Frisk knew nothing of him.
2 years later, Frisk is still living with Toriel and hanging out with the friends they made while making new friends. However, they had been having nightmares about a timeline where they had chosen to kill monsters instead of sparing them during their time in the Underground. It scares them, but they remained determined.
When the call for adventure came, Frisk jumped at the chance, hoping that while learning about Mugen viruses, they'll also learn how to save Asriel and Chara, and they'll learn more about Gaster as well.

General Abilities
Slot One
ACT --> CHECK: Functions like Final Fantasy's Scan. Looking for the enemy's stats. Frisk draws out the target's SOUL for a very short amount of time, long enough for them to glean off the information. The SOUL takes on the form of a heart. For humans the SOUL would be colored either red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, dark blue, or purple. For monsters, their souls are white. For non-humans, they can be somewhere between white, gray, and black. (With this ability, I'll more than likely PM you and give you information about whatever enemy your character checks. You can choose to have Frisk share this information for the others or not. By PMing you also keeps people from metagaming and making this ability seem useless.)

Items

Strengths
1. DETERMINATION: No matter what, when Frisk sets their sights on a goal, or in keeping their ideals, they will never give up despite what circumstances they face. Frisk will always try to find a solution to any problem they face.
2. Mercy: Frisk normally likes to take the Pacifist approach when it comes to dealing with the people who pick a fight with them, but this does not mean that Frisk doesn't know how to fight in defense. On the rare occasion when they do fight, they make sure that they do not kill the person they are fighting. They know when to stop the fight and not to strike the foe anymore. In Frisk's experience, Sparing others helps in befriending others.
3. Dodging Professional: During Frisk's time in the Underground, they had to dodge many magical attacks from monsters, which took on various bullet forms (bones, spears, spiders, fireballs, bombs, etc.). They may not be the fastest person in the System, but this experience would help them in dodging what attacks may come their way.
4. Adaptability: Frisk can adapt very quickly to new situations that they are presented with, and sudden climate changes (like from a snowy environment to a suddenly hot environment surrounded by lava)
Weaknesses
1. They are 12 years old. There is still a lot they don't know, and they may be a bit naive.
2. They're also a mostly normal human being. They're mortal, they can't fly, they're not super strong, they need proper food and medicine in order to live, etc.
3. Considering they know how LV and EXP work in their world and they are somewhat aware of the events in the "Genocide Route" timeline: The prospect of earning EXP terrifies them makes them very wary.
4. They keep silent about their own problems that don't interfere with the current situation at hand.
