@McFazzer I'm not sure about the contracts. It really depends on what you're summoning. Somehow, I don't feel like you need a contract for regular summonings but that it was reserved for the beasts that actually offer a mystical location as well as sage mode or similar things. :/

This suggests that a contract needs to be made. Although it does make me think that the 'Kakashi Hound Squad' are raised by the Leaf Village and the contract may be easier to obtain in that regard
