Biography:
Emilia grew up as the younger of two daughters to a single, middle class mother. At a very young age, she fell in love with all aspects of performing (although dance is NOT her strong suit). However, her mother did not have the time or the money spend on Emilia's acting “whim”, so her acting exposure was limited to school plays and a few stints at the company theater.
Emilia's “big break” came as a complete accident while she was spending a day at Disney with her mother and sister. A TV executive approached Em while she was watching a parade, and insisted she had the “ Irish girl next door” look that had been eluding casting directors on his new show, Edenridge High. He was so confident, that he flew Emilia and her mother out for the audition for the role of Kaitlin O'Connor, leading to her big break into acting.
Emilia spent the majority of years acting on Edenridge High being hailed as “the next big thing” and a “rising star”, but never actually made it to “star” status, try as she might. Her career path lead from failed TV show pilots, to lifetime movies and back again, with small successes in between. She is very active on social media, and has managed to maintain a small following of die hard fans. Emilia is currently working on a fiction book series, based loosely on her early years in the spotlight, so revisiting the role of Kaitlin O'Connor could not have come at a better time for her.

Biography:
Kaitlin was average in almost every way. Average of height, at only 5'4. Average of build. Even her intelligence was average, with her grades being mostly B's (the exceptions being English, which she always excelled at, and math which, well, she'd rather not talk about). She was pretty enough where she was always guaranteed a date for dances, but had a hard time holding anyone's attention for long.
Kaitlin was quickly overwhelmed upon entering highschool, never feeling like she fit in with any of the groups. She tried cheer leading, chorus, and various other clubs, but none of them felt right. Fed up with being lost in the crowd, Kaitlin slowly began to change, dressing more and more provocatively as the seasons of the show progressed, and as her body developed.
One thing Kaitlin realized was that she was good at making people like her, if only for a little while. She would form her personality to be whatever the people around her wanted her to be, glorying in the attention until that persona became to hard to keep up, then she would ditch it (and them) and move on. In the middle seasons Kaitlin also became known as a “boyfriend stealer”, using male attention as a way to feel more than average. If she could take a guy's attention from another girl, then she just had to be better than her... right?
In Kaitlin's final season, it was revealed that Kaitlin had become pregnant. At this time, it was unknown who the father was, as Kait had spent many episodes jumping from bed, to closet, to back of seats of cars. While Kaitlin struggled with the decision of whether of not the keep the baby, she was shot by her friend's ex-boyfriend while at school and rushed to the ER. Kaitlin did not return to Edenridge high, and the show was canceled before fans go to learn whether or not the baby survived the trauma.
Ten years later, Kaitlin, along with a 9 year old chestnut haired boy named Nathan, have returned to Edenridge, where she has accepted a position teaching freshman year English at high school where it all began.
