Adrian hummed as he moved away from Soap, staring at the Dark Elf. Something was a bit off with her. But with things considered, it's probably Adrian just being paranoid since her eyes have not left the pair since they've arrived. "I'm getting no quest tabs whatsoever. So either this is not a quest giver, or it's a player..."

He frowned and put a hand over his mouth for a moment, obviously in thought. "... We forgot to check if any NPC has names above their head. Well, I did anyway. Did you?" Adrian glanced at Soap and raised a brow before returning his gaze to the Elf.

After hearing the words "quest giver", she paced back and forth, oh so casually. Her eyes narrowed, scrutinizing the pair. "I have a task needing tact and," she paused for dramatic effect before continuing, "moral flexibility. Alas, you are not properly geared!"

Cesira then returned to her original spot, keeping her face as calm as possible.

How long could she keep this up? Inside, she wanted to die of laughter.

Snow White looked at Jon, trying to remember the name. "Soap?" it clicked "oh, hi! You decided to play too? This game is really realistic! I don't even remember completing the login, and suddenly I'm in."

The other new person got a wave. "Hello. I'm...Snow White" she pointed to her name above her.

She looked confused at what Chesa was doing. She wasn't a NPC! She looked at the girl, then it clicked. She was having a joke at those who said she was a npc!

"You mean that quest Icon? She pointed about Chesas head, trying to join in the joke as if she could see the quest icon the others couldn't."

"You mean that quest Icon?"

When Snow White also said the word "quest", she said began pacing again. "I have a task needing tact and," she paused as before, "moral flexibility. What say you, human?"

She was so happy that Lily picked up on her goal so quickly. Likely because she's done this before in other games.

When he said the word "quest" she repeated what she first said to him, stating that he was not properly geared. But added, "The sapphire marks the worthy."

Adrian frowned as he noticed the one called Snow White have a moment of confusion in her gaze and the Elf spouted her lines about the so called "quest." In all truth, Adrian thought this was entirely stupid. But, as Soap did his Shakespearean thing, Adrian couldn't help but smile and covered his mouth. "Oh my god, Soap no. Just no."

In all truth, Adrian was nearly sure that the Elf was a player now. Would he share that out loud, however? Nope.

Snow white stood up a little straighter. She wanted to be part of the joke she finally understood! She looked thoughtful for a few moments, then spoke;

"I, Snow White, can perform what is needed for the quest! What is the quest?"

She bit her lip, trying not to laugh. She wasn't as good as Chesa was at hiding jokes though. She was close to laughing and ruining it.

Great. She didn't completely think that far, being a spur of the moment sort of thing. She could improvise, however!

"Yes, I was told that a human with a sapphire ring would be so inclined..." Frau S trailed. She lowered her head, looking solemn. "As I warned, the task is nothing pleasant. Revenge, cold and cruel, I seek, and I have not the authority to perform it myself. My brother was a fool and allowed himself to be murdered. Though I cared little for Fray, it is a matter of pride nonetheless!"

She needed to get them moving!

Frau S walked at a slow pace, back towards the town. "Come, we shall convene at the inn!"

It would give her time to formulate further. She wasn't sure how fooled she had everyone, but at the very least, they were buying it to an extent or just goofing with her. Maybe she could get more people—

The dark elf bursted out laughing, stuttering out between breaths, "P-porca vacca!" She couldn't help it—for she saw a pale human girl dancing like a total lunatic, not awfully far from them. She wasn't good, per se, but that did not stop Vulenn in the least.

Well, that ended her "quest" for sure.

Jon, now realising the joke and seeing the mad dancing woman, laughed, "oh giver of this fine quest, please do tell me more about this brother of yours!", Jon shook his head, how could he have been so foolish, "sure, I'll take up your offer, come, my friends, we shalt leave for the inn.", before leaving, though, Jon waved over the dancing girl, when she neared he said, "hey! Thanks for helping me out, um, Vulenn. As thanks I'll buy you a drink at the inn, I won't take no for an answer!"

Adrian continued to smile as he followed the Elf stopping only to raise a brow when she started laughing. "Oh my, so you really were a player? How fun." He glanced towards the dancing girl and gave a small chuckle. Not something you really see everyday.

Adrian soon turned his attention back to the Elf. "Anyway, were you going to tell us you were a player or were you going to continue blowing it out rassinn?" He crossed his arms and glanced back to the forest. In truth, he was curious why there was no one guarding the entrance like any normal MMO that would try for realism. Maybe there was a guard but they were hidden?

He'd have to come back to figure that out later. But for now, it's off to the inn.

Redkeuhn smiles sidling up to the gate in her heavy armor pretending to be a guard as she watches the forest relaxing. After a long day in the city it was nice to just relax and watch the beautiful sky. The chime of laughing and foot steps nearby made her jump a little turning to see the two figures headed to the inn. Redkeuhn smiled deciding it was a perfect time for some tavern music and food padding over towards the smell of fresh meat and ale.

Vulenn's moment of fangirl joy was cut short when she realised that she wasn't alone. A yelp escaped her lips as she scrambled to a stop, folding her arms behind her back. "I, uh..." she simply stammered out, unable to make an excuse as to why she was acting so strangely. The party that had spotted her didn't seem to mind, finding her outburst quite amusing.

She was surprised that she was beckoned over, as she honestly expected just to be ridiculed by internet trolls, as it often happened in MMOs. Quite awkwardly, Vulenn shuffled toward the group, her face bright red from embarrassment. "H-Help you out? How did I do that?" she shyly stammered. Of course, she just had to be socially awkward in-game, too.

"heh, these guys tricked me into thinking she was an npc, then you came along and made her laugh!" Jon explained, [color=f7976a"to thank you I wanted to buy you a drink, you're heading to the inn as well, right?"[/color], Jon patted the dancing girl on the back and moved his arm over her shoulder, "c'mon, you're alone so we'll let you join our party!"

Vulenn couldn't help but let out a low and almost uncomfortable "Uuuuuuhhh..." as the stranger had suddenly wrapped his arm about her shoulder. It seemed that even escaping into a fantasy world didn't help with her social anxiety. "You're welcome?" she said with a tilt of the head, looking as if she was unsure if she had given the player the right response. Apparently, she had, as her rather close companion in her bubble had invited her into his party. "I suppose I could come," she said, a thoughtful look on her face.

"I was going to start grinding, but I'm sure I could spare a few minutes - surely people couldn't fly ahead of me then..." Vulenn continued, more speaking to herself than anybody else.

I smile following the party into the Inn happily the tavern filled with other players drinking and enjoying the mood. I smile sitting yelling to Vulenn only a few chairs open. I blush glancing at her clothes a little jealous in my warm heavy armor as I order a plate leaning over to her and Jon "Hey, My names Red know any good quests?" I blush even more at the deep guttural growl of my orcish voice surprised.

As Max looked up he saw his in game username "oh yeah du vr game" while trying to remember how to open up the inventory system he made a few hand motions that didn't work. oh well it should tell me later he thought as he began to walk around the town to see if he could find a help place.

After walking around for awhile Max saw a group of people out next to the forest with the names Frau S, Snow White, cyphos, and soap he thought that they might know how to open anything for that matter so he ran over to ask them.@Shmektheshmuck@Deathsong12@medalliah@Sodie Pop

When Chesa finally broke and started laughing, Lily also did, giggling loudly. It was funny to be on this side of the joke! She was so used to being the butt of the joke, and that was less fun.

"That was really good Che...Frau S!" she said in her happy a little higher voice. She hadn't noticed the dancer until @Emuxe had joined them. Snow White gave the girl a wave, and a smile.

"Hello! Aren't the graphics realistic? But how do we do anything? I can't even work out how to log out and back in."

The next approacher, @Blueflame, also got a wave and a "hello!" from Snow White

As the person with the name Snow White waved and said "hello" blueflame waved back and said "hi, um quick question do any of you know how to open anything yet"

"I know right? Just like from that last time~" She held out her fist to fistbump Snow White.

"Hey, My names Red know any good quests?"

The dark elf perked up at that, a devious smile forming, but her evil machinations plans were cut short with the arrival of more players.

Only slightly overwhelmed at the sudden crowd, something she was not all that surprised over being that the game was quite new, Frau S shrugged at the robotic Blueflame's question. "Not yet. It's weird that the basic commands don't seem to work. Most VR games don't deviate too much."

She wasn't that crazy, she knew something was up when she couldn't figure out the menu.

She waved at all the people gathered and bowed. "I am Frau S. A pleasure."
