I guess I can't fault you too much for it, though, considering you've obviously taken my writing advice to heart. I feel a lot more investment from your posts now. One point I should note, however, is that you're starting to lose some details; most recently, the bit about Elly getting dropkicked in the face, plus my character's current appearance and gender. You're improving as we go, though, and I think that's really great!

@Lord Szall - Psst. The Ghoulish Rider - Traveler of the Highway of Hell is not on a motorcycle right now. He is on foot. He also doesn't have his Duel Runner on his Unholy Grounds. Sure he has two other vehicles, but not his motorcycle. But he is not also on, well really in, them.

I don't think that's really "jumping to conclusions."

In the anime, characters that want to seem dignified have outright ignored damage they take, and considering how painful damage was a plot point at a time, I expect it doesn't actually cause any physical effect that an industrial fan wouldn't.

As for your character's appearance and gender, I was going to have Elly acknowledge it, but ended up deciding not to because it's irrelevant for her. She kind of mentioned the cross-dressing by insulting their fashion sense.

Yes, Yuryuu has 1200 Life Points. @Lord Szall commented on it earlier, thinking that he had 4000 when he actually only had 1200.

Acutally, this is a good question. Depending on if you were in, out or left the Battle Royale, we both could be on regular Life points.

If you just started the battle royale, it'll be 1200 vs 8000

Out. Static lifepoints during the Battle Royale, returns back to normal after. So it'd be 4000 my end, 1200 your end. Will wait to do duel shenanigans just for confirmation sake or something along those lines.

So is it possible for somebody in a battle royale with battle royale life points to play against somebody not in a battle royale?

That seems like it's rife for opportunities for abuse with something like Gift Of Greed abuse with a friend. Would probably make more sense if your lifepoints weren't affected by duels outside of the battle royale, or that just by accepting a duel you forfeit the battle royale, but i wouldn't know. I'm not KOGaming.

A teacher can intrude on a battle and a participant can intrude on a battle outside of the battle royale; but an outsider can't join in.

Taking damage doesn't hurt the person, but it should still /look/ like it. If not from a narrative/artistic standpoint, then from a roleplay standpoint in which a person in that position might feel a reaction as if they had actually been hit. Kind of like when you react strongly after dying/taking a lot of damage in a video game; you don't feel physically hurt, but you still react to it as if you were.

Alright, I have a plan to boost you to a really high life point amount:

I give you golden ladybug for one battle and let you spam the crap out of it. Then, I use snatch steal of you, but never attack and we go like that for a match until you're really strong and then let you beat Lua.
