@Gowi Yes. All areas not taken when the IC starts have civilizations not advanced enough to put on the map, so conquering them is automatic as opposed to a dice roll.

Well I'll probably be making a nation based loosely off of Central/South Americans natives. Not sure where I'll be yet, though.
