Is it just visual invisibility? Does it hide her from magic or camera or thermal sensors? Can she still be heard or smelled? Is it draining to keep it active for very long. Can she keep it up while in combat?

Is the probability change something like, "that coin is gonna land on heads" or "The floor beneath you happened to collapse dropping you several floors." Does it affect herself others or both.

Can she kill people during time stop?

I'd like to know for my sake at least.

Name: Master Grey
Age: 80
Important items: Research Books from many years ago. His 'Pointing Stick' that he used when he was teaching.

Short Bio: Master Grey has had many professions in the past. First he was a teacher, more specificly an advanced science teacher. Teaching everything from biology to chemistry to physics. After a good 40 years of being a teacher, Master Grey came up his teaching career to start a new career as a researcher. He stayed in libraries looking through books and using the information he gained to help him progress in his research. The majority of his research consisted of animal biology, trying to find a way to combine animal DNA with humans or trying to make animals smarter. As everyone knows, this isn't possible, as far as we know anyway but there have been stories such as giving mice the ability to speak using specific genes in the human brain. Of course, it wasn't actual talking, more so Master Grey discovered the mice were more vocal in communication but sadly no human communication. Master Grey continued to conduct research trying to discover new ways of mixing animals with humans, one way or another. A few of Master Grey's successful researches were giving the ability to grow hair again, curing a number of diseases, and other well known feats. Master Grey stayed as a researcher until he was the age of 70 which at that point he retired. He would still read physics books, biology books and research books that he either made by himself, or by somebody else. It was until he was 80 that he had dreams of a strange creature. Not long after, he discovered that he had powers that he never imagined he would have.

Skills/Flaws: Master Grey, being a Professor and a Teacher, is very intelligent.
Not only is Master Grey Intelligent, he is Wise.

However

Master Grey is old, and he sees the best in people. Sometimes that can be used to manipulate him or trick him.
Master Grey doesn't like fighting, and will only fight when he has no choice. He will do anything to protect the innocent and the young, even at the cost of his own life. this again can be used against him.

Spell List: Chain Lightning
Cutting Wind (Basically, a wave of wind that can cut)
Flamethrower (Constant stream of fire out of his 'wand' for up to about a minute)
Earth Fist (Creates a fist out of earth to either grab someone, punch and slap)
Bending Water: He can bend water to his will (Like Katara, for example the 8 tenticals)
Grind: He can channel one element at a time in himself to make that element stronger. (Example, lightning, creates a higher voltage, fire, turns into blue fire, etc.)

All World Magic

@The One, Good post, but Healing Water is explicitly not a thing. Bending (Without healing) is World Magic, and Healing, all forms of it, is Change Magic.

Also, you forgot to clarify what School each spell belongs to again.

@Eklispe She can't keep hidden in combat, however she cannot be smelled, seen or heard by any normal means, such as cameras or 'mortals' however. those who process magic like herself will be able to see a small outline of where she is, not completely see her, but see her enough to know she is there, and if somebody has magic to see her with, they can use that.

The probability can affect herself and partly others except magic users unless she puts a lot of effort into it which is draining on her. The probability itself is things like, increased chance somebody might fall on a rock. Increased chance somebody will take the alleyway home instead of taking the long and safer way home. Increased chance that somebody might make a mistake that allows her to get close, etc.

And with the Time Pause, he cannot physically kill anyone, but she can use it to set traps, or get close enough to get a chance to kill them. She can also use it to run away if needed to.

Name: Charles McCloud

Not so short Bio

Charles use to be a normal boy from a home in the country, lived a normal life with friends and family. It was one people would desire to have. His parents was hard workers, allowing them to always have food on the table, and even being able to expend here and there for things they could want. Like the small crystal amulet that Charles wears around his neck. But on his 10th birthday while him and his family was out on a ride, a grand trip they planned for his birthday they ran into a terrible accident. A terrible car crash against a Semi. His parents was killed and he was gravely injured. When he was finally taken to the hospital he was on death's door, but they managed to save his life. But he lost majority of his memories from everything before. All he remembered was his name, and that the amulet he had was very dear to him. He was soon put into foster care and went from home to home, most families sent him back after having him in their homes for only a couple of days because of how dark the boy appeared. He who had lost everything always had a sullen and dark look on his face, he begin to wear a more gothic look after a year and became an outcast at almost everywhere he goes. He ended up frequently visiting graveyards, and cemeteries. when ever he gets the chance, late at night normally. Just so he can have peace and quiet.

when he was visited in his dreams by the Malakim and was given power, he chose to take on a school of magic, he instantly choose only one. Underworld, even with the warnings from the Malakim he knew he had to choose this magic. It was as if calling out to him. Could he see his family again.. learn who he originally was, he would take the chance even if it might not work. when he received a letter addressed to him it confused him greatly. tough he decided it would be better to get out of being forced into homes after homes, so he hitched a ride on a train as soon as he could and headed out.

Neil stands at 5'9 and weighs around 165 pounds. He is very skinny but he still has a large frame. He has no blemishes or scars but has three tattoos, one on his right forearm and the other two on his upper arms.

A pack of menthol cigarettes, his smartphone, Denis, and a satchel.

Short Bio:
Neil was grew up in Downtown Brooklyn, New York. He was raised on the streets by a veteran and learned how hard life could be. This man would not tell him who his parents were or if they were alive, the only thing he told Neil was that he was legally his and that's all that mattered.

His caregiver always taught him that he needed to get his education stick up for himself and work hard so that he could get out of the streets.Neil lived by this mans words and grew up getting A's and B's in all through out K-12. He was always seen as the kid with raggedy clothes who had a smell and would be picked on for this but no matter what he would not go down without a fight. This strengthened him and made him even more rebellious. Every day was a challenge for him and it was these challenges that made him better and stronger and steeled his resolve.

When he graduated he went off to UNLV for college, at the wishes of his dead "father"(to go to college in general). He moved to Nevada and started college, and boy did he start. With little to no money he got a job and lived on campus, but was still a fighter. He earned a reputation and was none not to be messed with, this drove many to associate him with the "bad boy" but really he is laid back but stubborn. It was during finals week of his first year, his first final to be exact, that he saw the visions, angelic and grotesque creatures throbbed throughout his mind clouding his answers but filling his body with a warm sensation, as if electricity was flowing through his veins. He did not finish that test and ran out the room and back to his dorm. When he got back the surge of power became to much and he ended setting his room on fire. It was considered an accident and his room mate was not hurt but he went on the run anyway and has been living that way since.

Skills:
Dare Devil: Neil is not afraid to do crazy things that most others would not, throwing caution to the wind is his kind of fun.
Knife Fighter: His father taught him how to fight with and throw knives, the man would say "guns are for men who don't like to fight".

Flaws:
Hothead: Neil can be very stubborn and he has authority issues as well, this can make him irrational and one to follow his gut rather than listen to reason.
Weak Physique: Neil is naturally skinny, he is not inherently strong but is light weight and fast

Spell List:
Soild Change (Change): Neil can change sold objects into other solid objects. Whether it be sand into stone or gold into cotton. He has to be touching the object in order for the spell to work.
Non-Solid Change (Change): Neil can change any substance that is not a solid into another substance that is not a solid. He also has to be in physical contact with the liquid in order for the spell to work.
Slow Down (Timespace): Neil can slow down time for a short period (i.e it will only last for about 10ft) and move around freely, during such time.
Portal (Time Space): He can open a portal to any place that he has a mental image of, the portal takes about 2 minuets to open. The more clear the image; like sights, smells, and details the better and safer the travel will be.
Body Change (Change): Neil can change the anatomy of his body to help him, like making his bones stronger to receive impact or reshape his muscles to make him run faster. The spell last about 5 mins a piece and he can only change one group on his body at a time.
Size Change (Change): He can increase or decrease the size of any object. The smaller or larger he makes something the closer he has to be to it for the spells affects to not wear off, also if the initial size is smaller or larger it will take more magic to make it grow.

Code Name: Striker Mustang

Age: No records of birth currently in existence. Looks to be pushing 50.

Physical Description:


Important items: Modified M9 (fires tranquilizer rounds), Bowie Combat Knife, the rest are classified.

Short Bio: Nothing but a very long and drawn out military career filled to the brim with erased records and lots and lots of redacted op files. For what it's worth, he's tried retiring... twice. But it was to no avail.

Skills/Flaws: Whatever his enigmatic military career entailed, it apparently forged Mustang into perhaps the best damned soldier in the world. Infiltration, espionage, extensive CQC and firearms training, military history and tactics - both conventional and guerilla. The man is basically a walking Swiss Army knife of military skills and tactics, with what is now decades of experience with which to hone and master those skills. He also has an eerily intimate knowledge and understanding of how magic works for the most part, despite magic itself being a "new" thing. How and when he acquired such knowledge is - naturally - classified.

Spell List: None. Just good at his job. Damned good.
