Years ago, when the meteors fell, upon their crevices and fissures were remnants of extraterrestrial life: the Aeons. Their origins were untraceable, their culture assumed of intelligence and essence prescribed of otherworldly and misunderstood. They were the embodiment's of elements, nature and empathy; each bequeathed with a power and unearthly might that the denizens of Viera could only revere them as they were: Gods.

All stories have a beginning; a prolouge to the woeful hero, the crippling tale, and the prelude to a mutilating affair. Foundations arise, christening the initial premise with a bedlam seeded with misunderstandings, death, and sometimes scorn. All muddled under the fictitious development of lies and secrecy, to delude the truth into a desolate conception of moral dignity and simple right. Origins dictate the proceeding terror, and foster the risks and dangers of mortal tampering that blurs under the obligation of obsession and power. Future generations will arise from these scarlet ashes, bathed in nebulous hate and aphotic void likeness that confines will and self-thought. Origins bathe with world in red, and sometimes blue, suffocating all.
The Rise of Soldier comes from shadows of thickening taint, the warriors sanctioned under military law and brutality, writhing in their secret arsenal, baying on leashes that pull taught like twine and barbed through armoured throats. The world always needs more; more death, more power, more wealth. Fostered on greed that compounds with gluttony and conceives the concept of weapons gilded in flesh and wed to metal that promises all manners of destruction. Man is never satisfied with reality, they seek to fortify or delude their perception through degrees of mutilation of mind and body; all for the method and means of development and adaptation. They fail to rise to confession in these events, deciding to live under cushions of lies and glossed over reasoning and will that always reap the soul and hearts of others who possess the desire to protect things of mortal value: hope.
When the Aeons came, Viera was divided on a term of action, those of the North, under belief of the Fayth, considered their plummet a sign of imbalance; to interpret that wrong and sin had befallen them. Others termed it as a visual sign of invasion, that something yonder was attempting to impale the world in an act of war and defiance, the prelude to an eternal apocalypse. The third party, those of the central continents, immediately became warped by curiosity, gleaning over such a writhing notion with the intentions of seeing to the truth of these rumours and speculation of boiling vermilion and screaming star dust. The Government of Dalmastice was the primary source of desiring to discover the fallen, and thus the first was uncovered in the tundra mountains of Archadia. Cloaked in obsidian ice and boiling ebony that oozed like a terrible sickness; all swathed in a ethereal glow of star light that shimmered about like lamplight over the entire impact. They were wrought with fascination when, within those remains, they found a creature that could not be described in Galban tongue, or any other, it was both fascinating and terrifying, and struck the initial witnesses with an awe that begged, needed, an explanation.
Mystery fell, secrecy cloaked the Dalmastice Govern so rapt and suddenly, they immediately excavated and scoured across Viera, claiming to rid of the remains under the pretense of law and safety. In a world of ascending scientific knowledge and technology, former fascination and awe was immediately exchanged for obsession. Reverence for life, morality, and to abide by a code of certain conduct of universal govern, was interchanged for mutated needs to understand. Led by scientists from the capital, plied apart, flayed, stripped down to the marrow of their selves, the Aeons were taken and manipulated; forced into states of minimal consciousness: unable to strike back in their brief states of awareness. It was a cruel fate of helplessness, all under the assumption of preservative intentions to backbone their twisted cause. This method of subjugation benefited the larger cities, bringing forth a new age of refined medicine and pharmaceutical campaigns that lured and seduced smaller settlements and estates, bringing with it that promise of fruition in further alignments.
Though, accompanied with abundance and peace came sacrifices, and not all were benefit to the glory of cells of the Aeons. Experimentation led to exciting possibilities, but the further they descended into mutilation and discovery, the further they began to hide these evidences and suddenly, upon the fringe of science, came war.
Suddenly, the united government of Dalmastice has divided, causing a disruption between the continents, the promise of alliances and unification has died with the result of lost brothers and sisters, and families being split; caught on the tides of difference and conflicting beliefs. Surprisingly, the scientists originally responsible of Aeon containment have remained sullen and silent during these uproars; itβs no longer about medicine and development anymore, it has become personal. Obsession bleeds over the reason and methods of knowledge, warps it into the corrupted spur and desperation to bend the moral law, and, to ultimately harness the power of a would-be god and exacerbate that might to the fullest extent of their stolen prowess. Lost under the distraction and sedition of the lesser continents, people have forgotten about the Aeons, theyβve lost their reason for fighting and a merciless and gluttonous greed takes hold of Vieraβs citizens.
Now, theyβve come.
With bays of decay and pain, sudden creatures of monstrous wonder pour from the literal shadows, with no master to herald their wake, with no sight of reasoning to their uprising. They are feral and insane with the thirst of power and agony, itβs reminiscent of begone cruelty of bestial natures, almost vengeful and manic. They tear through the ghettos of Faelan first, perishing under fire and ruin, but not without having left a desolate land in their mad wake, a land that has now become to be known as βGround Zero.β
Itβs the pinnacle of reality for Viera, where the war continues to rage ever on, indicating to an age of dissolution and reaping future, where darker beings and rumours circulate beneath a cloak of lies and deceit; slowly rising from the depths of their own war and pain.

Understand that Requiem is a second installment of an expansive world rather than a reboot of the pre-existing story that premiered some months ago. In this, previous knowledge is not required, as the plot stands alone as a compilation of events that happened before. Characters consist of SOLDIERS, the military force bidden under shadow and secrecy by the Govern, and can be described as super-human in origin and creation for a basis of conception. Understand that the ooc possess all information and knowledge of lore and will answer any and all questions. Characters will fight among man and monster under order, and sometimes among themselves. Consider your own limitations before applying, as The Rise of Soldier is designed to test mortal limitations and confinements of morality and mature themes of sensitive materials and subjects might be exploited under creative pretenses. So, bearing these in mind, apply your interests and join us in Viera. - rockette & icmasticc.
