Ten months after Yugi Muto sacrificed his Millenium Puzzle, and wished for Shadow's freedom from eternal servitude, a new chapter means a brand new adventure in the supernatural card game of Duel Monsters. The enthusiastic sixteen year-old Jaden Yuki desires to become Yugi's successor as the next King of Games, and what no better way than to attend the Duel Academy institute to get started? Having to receive "Winged Kuriboh" and "Dark Djinn" from his idol, Jaden finds himself becoming Shadow's new owner. With a circle of friends, both old and new, Jaden and Shadow go head-to-head against new rivals, enemies, and challenges as Jaden seeks to become the world's next top duelist!

Will Yusei being enrolling in Duel Academy?

Sort of. Its mainly so he can traverse the grounds better and all while there. Im thinking sometime after the incident with the rare cards going missing that he'll start making an appearance in their class about a few days later. I think a little after that Jesse makes a transfer instead of transfering just for the Tournament.

Of course though now I have this romantic idea and I should really stop because Im a very terrible person Dx

Well, I do ship Jesse and Jaden better, though it would push Shadow out of the picture a little, and I wouldn't want that for her. My original thought was a playful relationship between Shadow and Yubel, or Shadow with Yugi or Atem, but I doubt the second option.

Shadow and Yubel would be a side-relationship but not the main focus; its up to you :)

I see where it would yeah. >.< Oh but a playful relationship with Yubel or having feelings for either of the two Awwwww :3 That would be so Adorable! I can see a playful relationship AND feelings for either of the two. Maybe Yugi, Though I have had a usual Idea for Atem, thats if we would want him to come back. x3

Shadow and Yubel would be a playful "friends-with-benefits", and although Shadow's feelings were for Atem, her fate may be with Yugi, if he was crushing on her to begin with ;)

However, Atem might appear in her dreams...

I can see Yugi having a crush on her but of course feeling the lack of confidence to do so and scared with not knowing what would happen and how to make it work.

Who knows? This is ten months after the first series, though in Dark Side of Dimensions (which I assume you haven't seen), he amazingly became more confident and outspoken i.e. he surprising talked back on Kaiba ("Back off or we're gonna have a problem!")

I would assume seeing Atem being more of a mentor to her, rather than a love interest :)

Yugi!? Talk back to KAIBA? Holy Cybertron! Yugi grew up so fast! x3 I am leaning more towards Yugi and Shadow. It would be so adorable. I can see Yubel tease them both!

That I can see because of all that he taught her back then but I can see still see it.

He didn't exactly grow up fast per say, though by the character design in the movie, he seemed to have a physically grown by a few inches, and mentally matured, although he does keep a small amount of a timid nature, but more courageous and confident.

Hes still grown up dang it x3
