1953: The US Supreme Court rules that the Constitution doesn't protect against discrimination against people because they are mutants.
1960: The US Supreme Court rules that the 14th amendment doesn't protect against Indentured Servitude as punishment for crimes, nor does it count as cruel and unusual punishment if the person has super-human abilities.
1969: All American mutants from 18-30 are drafted and sent to Vietnam.
1973: Trask Industries releases mutant detectors onto the market. All government buildings and large businesses start using them.
1984: Trask Industries releases mutant control collars onto the market, and they are used on Mutant Indentured Servants and slaves to control when they use their powers and track them.
1997: The first home security systems with built in mutant detectors hit the market. Now people will know when mutants enter their homes.

A thousand miles away a man enters the room of a woman who wears an identical collar. He tells her what kind of woman he prefers and, with a tear rolling down her face, changes into that woman.
A thirteen year old hides in an old building, having went on the run after he accidentally threw a school bully into the wall with his mind.
All across the nation, people watch the news as a known mutant terrorist named Magneto announces that he has created a new home for mutants, called Genosha. All across the internet mutant groups come together to flee of fight their way there.
