Not likely as the Legendes are pretty much Carribean themed and their home, the main one, is in a different area than where Anya was last spotted. Right now their first priority is collecting the survivor before something happens to her.

Add on: I also assumed that they appeared in the cafe but their entrance was hidden by alchemy, making it where it seemed like they were there all along or they are in an alchemy sanctioned part of the cafe where it's not uncommon for alchemist to pop in and out in various ways.

I mean Anya is with them and the AMRO already have relations with them.
They hand their own kids over I can't see it being an issue to hand over a stranger.

That's alright, give me a moment to answer all of those questions. Mainly as I learned most of it from last chapter and so know most of the answers.

Technically they already did by contacting AMRO about Anya coming to the family after the bloodline was attacked, but not all Bloodlines are on the best of terms with each other. While the Legendes were one of the few families that didn’t go out of their way to create hard strife between themselves and others, they also weren’t aligned with any families either. This made them a bit like Switzerland in terms of alliances which created hard feelings from some bloodlines and made them have less to do with the Legendes over all.

Since a Bloodline was destroyed, AMRO’s concerned that another Bloodline might be responsible (despite the lacking evidence and how bad that would for the Bloodline) and leaving her in the Pallidino’s care might either put the Palllidinos at risk or increase her odds of being killed.

Right now, we’re trying to determine which church- owned by the Pallidinos- to head to see if she's being held there. No matter which church, we can learn where she’s being kept/hidden and then retrieve Anya from them since they are keeping tabs on her. All we know is that she is being kept safe by the Pallidinos. We’re pretty much a powerful escort service right now. This is because Asylums are pretty much AMRO’s dogs/soldiers to be blunt.

Like this image (closes I could find from memory) but with much longer hair which causes her curls to lessen and become a bit weighed down, looking more like crimped locks.

No, AMRO is having them learn that on location when they reach a church with a Pallidino or rogue loyal to the family. AMRO didn't ask specifically due to being cautious and being on the fast track to get Ante Mortem out of there. :P

Samad's currently wanting to get this done asap, because this mission requires him to involve Cade directly and he doesn't like that. Cade has pretty much, for the last 6 months, played a very distant support role that he's not even been in combat much or directly involved to be considered a partner. So Samad is asking who is checking which church to see if they can get information over Anya faster or maybe actually bump into the church she is at, saving them time and energy.

It's not out of the question for someone to suggest they all go to one church, noting the tension between the two, and everyone agree.

The whole Bloodline annihilation has caused a massive upset in the political structure among the Bloodlines. A key player has now been eradicated, this means all Bloodlines are now at high alert and the single witness is at the center of it all. This makes the possession of Anya a dangerous gamble. The Pallidinos will not directly announce they are harboring Anya as that would put them under fire from the other Bloodlines. The fact which A.M.R.O received was that Anya ended up seeking shelter at some Pallidino church.

The objective now is to locate Anya and have her escorted back for questioning. A.M.R.O wants to know who the perpetrator is and the Bloodlines want to know that even more. The very idea that someone is out there targeting Bloodline is creating paranoia among the Bloodlines and the possibility that another Bloodline is behind it, that is high as well.

As such a form of a rapid response team was set up and discreetly sent to retrieve Anya from the Pallidinos.

Now the teams can split up to carry out their research however they see fit. Samad and Cade can approach churches, or you can approach other contacts. The Ante Mortem will be going to meet some of the head Pallidino members.

However from all sources we will learn that Anya suddenly left the church she was seeking safe harbor and now is MIA.

That really was the reason Samad and Cade were aiming for the churches. Mainly because that's where you will find them or people that can get a hold of them.

Unlike those trained by the AMRO she does not fit or fall into their categories and classes. Outside of their reach. Hidden from their sight, beyond their protection she had been freely used and abused as a child. Her alchemy developed as a way to survive.

Specialty: Infiltrator
She goes where she wants to go. While not hot headed she has a stubborn streak that is backed by a calm and collected calculating patience.

Alchemic style: Blood contact.
To say her power or Alchemy runs in her blood would be far more accurate than one might expect. She does not use the conventional means such as vocalisation, movements or sigals, instead applying the source of her alchemy directly. Her blood.

Alchemic specialty: Persuasion
The nick name Succubus came from her ability to get into the minds of and persuade others. While she is an extremely clever and cunning mentalist who is equally diplomatic and intimidating it is her alchemic ability beyond her feminine wiles that truly earned her that nick name.
But. Applying blood to another's brain is no easy task.
Alcoholic beverages work well, a deep kiss after a small bite on her own lip will also suffice. It is not complete control, she cannot take another's free will. She merely implants suggestions and ideas while making them more susceptible and fond of herself.

People are tricky to control. Objects however not so much. Her favoured weapon is a rope dart with spikes in the grips. Squeezing tightly spills her blood into the absorbent material giving her and unnatural control over the inanimate object. Making it dance to her will it writhes and moves as if alive.
Cutting herself with a knife before throwing it grants her the ability to manipulate it mid flight, altering its path and speed.

While she can persuade and control objects touching or coated by her blood, the connection quickly dissipates as it cools or coagulates.

Bio
A confident sexy sultry seductress. She is mischievous, selfish and a compulsive manipulating liar. Proudly a professional escort and an assassin, one role serves as a source of financial income while the other is just a bit of fun. She never shares which is which though.
She has worked for many powerful and dangerous people, pissing off at least half of them.

Dark there are a few problems with this new character.

I don't mind that you creates a rogue alchemist. However amro rarely affiliates itself with their like.

1) No one is outside amro's reach. The closest to that is this new organization called the Omerta however amro can track them down as well if they ever wished it. No one can hide from amro, if amro decides you are a person of interest.

2) Amro does not seek help or affiliates itself with rogues, aside from Bloodlines. They are usually seen as a hindrance and are discriminated. However you can still have a rogue hitman or a rogue agent. Their kind still exist and they sell their services to bloodlines etc.

3) Alchemic style is constant. There is really only three ways to cast alchemy. Through sigils, through verbal commands or through gestures. There is no other way to channel and or cast alchemy.

4) Blood is being used by another Rper who has reserved it. While persuasion is fine but your use of blood kind of clashes. You don't really need blood contact for persuasion alchemy. Also the use of persuasion is also split. You are showing it as a means of implanting suggestions as well as controlling objects. That is a little advanced for a rogue.

Good job on the post Rtron. I am going to start working on mine and so we will all split in three teams but ultimately arrive at the same destination.

Rtron and Fallen's characters will go in one direction in the attempts to gain insight on the missing target.

Mine, Fox of Spades and Aidees characters will go in another direction, they will go to talk to the Pallidinos to gain information.

Dark light is going on a more solo routine where he is trying to gain information via his character's information circle in Venice.

From all sources we will come to understand that Pallidinos are uncomfortable in accepting or openly admitting that Anya sought refuge with them. Cryptically we will find out that Anya has run away.

Now a sub plot will open. In Venice there is one location which is abandoned and no one is allowed to go to due safety reasons. The real reasons uncovered by Pallidino will be that, that location is a source of a 'haunting' (will be explained in IC). As such all our character will ultimately believe that to be a likely place or due to some reason or the other end up there.

That will begin the sub plot: Poltergeist mini arc.

Asylum Code: XXIII (23) behind his left ear

Weapons:

Ranged: An easily, to him, customize-able sniper rifle compatible with a variety of ammo types that he usually chooses three of based on mission. His favorites being incendiary, anti-tank, and .50 cal. When the rifle is disassembled, the parts shift into hollow numbered metal bars of varying size between 1-2 feet.

Utility: Two ice-picks modified to vibrate at an extremely high frequency to pierce most materials. These picks connect to a harness via a retractable high-strength wire. When an electrical current passes through the wire, it locks into place and will not move until the current is stopped. He uses these picks to get himself into an advantageous position to kill his target.

Alchemy Specialization:
Lawrence is able to manipulate sound, and how people can hear it. He can create loud, distracting noises, deafen someone with silence, or mimic sounds that have been heard, but for the most part, his specialty are bubbles of silence, any noise that gets made inside those bubbles are completely nullified and will not pass outside of them.

Appearance: Lawrence is a stout man standing at 5'2" with piercing brown eyes, a tan complexion, and the physique of a rock climber. He keeps his brown hair in a crew-cut and is clean-shaven. His nose is slightly crooked. Almost as if it was broken and set improperly. His attire when he doesn't have a target would be called casual camo with his climbing harness underneath, but for anyone paying attention, the camo is usually tailored to the colours of the location. He's almost always seen carrying a camper's bag with his ice-picks tied to it and his disassembled rifle inside. When he's got his target in his sights, he's wearing a much higher quality camouflage.

Personality: Lawrence is a man who values efficiency above all else. Which is why, despite being a silencer himself, he despises the majority of the personality types that take the specialty of silencer. His thoughts are that being a slave to anger is an easy way of getting yourself killed. While he himself is not immune to getting angry, he doesn't wear it on his sleeve as other silencers do.

Whenever his isn't on a mission, Lawrence cannot stay motionless for too long. He is often either seen fidgeting with one of his many Rubik's Cubes, disassembling and reassembling his sniper rifle, or pacing.

He is not a conversationalist.

Weapons:

Thorne: A needle-like dagger disguised to look like a rose hairpin and is always seen in her hair. When held in the palm of the hand and squeezed, the rose shrinks as the the handle and blade form from the metal. How tightly the rose is squeezed determines the length of the blade. The blade is religiously coated in anti-alchemy substance.

Blotters: A pair of handguns, seemingly identical. Only Olivia knows the difference. One is compatible with several ammo types, like Anti-alchemic, incendiary, and explosive. One is only compatible with Olivia's specialized Ink Blotter bullets, syringe-like bullets with programmed ink inside of it. When the bullets embed in skin, the ink is injected and forms a sigil that stays dormant until activated by a verbal command.

Alchemy Specialization:

Sensory Manipulation: Touch

Olivia is able to affect a person's sensory input of touch. If it can be felt, it can be manipulated by her. She can bring forth sensations that the brain has scrubbed out. She can make someone feel the worst pain they could imagine, or she could numb them completely. This ability has proved useful in interrogating and determining the location of rogue alchemists.

Alchemic Overdrive: TBD

Appearance: Olivia stands at around 5'4" and is always seen wearing bright pastel colours off mission. Her shoulder-length brown hair is usually in a different style each day, and sometimes, it changes during the day. There is a look of mischief seemingly permanently etched into her light blue eyes, and at brief moments, almost a feral hunger.

When she is on a hunt, however, she wears muted grays and blacks. She ties her hair up tight and tucks it into a beanie. The only thing of colour she has is Thorne, which she keeps pinned to her beanie and within quick access.

Personality: Happy-go-lucky would be one way to describe Liv. Her carefree attitude seems like her way of dealing with hunting down and, for the most part, ensuring that rouge alchemists don't live to see another day. But if someone got to know her, they'd learn that she thrives for the hunt, revels in it. Her favorite part of the hunt, it would seem, are her interrogations. She is quick to get information from rouge alchemists.

She does tend to get bored and restless while waiting on the mission, usually causing Lawrence to put her in a silence bubble so she doesn't alert anyone with her sighing and repeatedly stating her boredom.
