The sun was just beginning to peek over the edge of the horizon. Rather, it would be just barely visible in a flat location, but the urban underbrush diminished the illumination of the star to a mere hint of purple in the skies above the buildings. New Cardiff was a city that never entirely slumbered, but the throng of cars that scurried down the streets and the people who shambled along the progressively decrepit sidewalks numbered less than what would come to pass later during the day.

Enter Satchel Sommer, Mayor of New Cardiff, who sat in one of many cars that lined the roadways, waiting for a red light to turn green. His car was nicer than most of those around him, but only just. He had a couple more features he didn't use, slightly more comfortable seats that smelled of tobacco and grease and a paintjob that was just a smidge more ruined by pigeon poop.

The past few weeks had been nothing but stress from everyone he knew, always something new to look over and debate and push through in some vain attempt to make the city as presentable as possible for the coming arrival of Albert. Some things had worked out better than anticipated, most petered out with the expected amount of flaccidity. But hey, that was local government. He didn't have the weight to throw around like Lady Anabelle, even if he was held more accountable for her actions than she.

Satchel pulled a cigarette out from his glove compartment and glanced across the street at a brand new streetlight, still on. That was one visible difference he had been able to make, improving a lot of the infrastructure around the city. A lot of it had been leftover from the days when this city was little more than a pit stop for traders moving up and down the rivers. He'd gotten some pushback from old people and those who wanted to preserve the "authenticity" of old New Cardiff, but more were in favor of roads that didn't crack when somebody dropped their keys on it. Lighting the cigarette, he took a bit of transient pleasure in being able to see some of the fruits of his labor in the public sector.

In his periphery, he noticed red change to green and started the slow acceleration back to 40kmph. Regardless of what joy he could muster now, it would soon be forgotten in the renewed stress of the job once he set foot outside of his car. Hell, the only reason he'd been able to spend this long with relative peace of mind was that he shut off his phone and disabled his car's calling features, otherwise the entire commute would be dominated by last minute preparations for an even they ultimately had little control over.

At least, that was Satchel's line of thought before he had parked his car and walked towards the government building. He felt something drip onto his forehead as he passed the flagpole. It was something he saw so often it was practically invisible these days. His brain just filtered it out. He touched his head and his fingers came away darkened, but exactly what had just fallen was difficult to tell in the darkness of dawn. The mayor looked up and spotted a body impaled vertically on the top of the flagpole. Satchel initially recoiled in disgust, but then got closer and squinted at it, for it seemed more familiar beyond the innate familiarity of the human form.

It was his boss, Ram Tobin, the Minister of New Cardiff. His eyes drifted down and spotted what appeared to be a piece of paper affixed to the pole. Cautiously, he removed the note from the pole and positioned his body to make the writing as visible as possible in what light he could gather.

This is just the beginning.

Sunie Marks

Cars rolling down the street and people heading to wherever it was they needed to go at this hour - work or crime, it didn't matter. The sun was rising but Sunie had risen hours earlier. Already in her shop working. There was always a deadline to be met, especially in Cheapside. Though it seemed that some were just racing towards a death. Moving as quickly as they could from one place to another but the end was always the same. Death came for everyone and usually long before anyone was ready for it.

The noise on the streets was ever growing as the sun climbed higher in the sky. It was why Sunie got up so early each day. What little so called peace could be found when she worked was usually long before the sun rose. Granted not near as much could be heard inside the shop with the roar of the furnace and the hammering of materials, the sizzle of steel as it was cooled in luke warm buckets of water. Yet she knew it was going to be far more loud in there soon. Her sisters had yet to peak their heads in and as soon as they did any semblance of peace and quiet was going to fly straight out the window. War was quieter than the Marks sisters when they were together. (And they were always together.)

The hiss echoed through the room as Sunie plunged a piece of red hot steel into the water, steam rising up as the liquid bubbled. Rotating the piece with her tongs as beads of sweat dripped from her chin. It made her think of the elder of her two younger sisters, Sana. The woman could be cold as ice but once she was placed under pressure she was a bomb that exploded. A cool exterior did nothing to match that woman's temper. Sunie hoped over time that Sana would find a better balance. Not being either turned off or turned on to full boil. That had yet to happen.

Then there was the other sister, the youngest of the trio. Lola. Sunie had to wonder if one night her father had dropped the girl on her head, a few thousand times. Not that Lola wasn't knocked stupid but the girl had a certain way and that way was all her own. Everyone had something they could probably call a spirit animal. Where as Sunie might be looked at as a wolf, Sana as panther... Lola was more like a radioactive peacock on laughing gas. Oh well, to say she was colorful and always happy was an understatement. Yes, a radioactive peacock on laughing gas.

"Suuu-Suuu-Suuniiiieee!!!" a voice yelled out from the small lobby area in the front of the store as the bell above the door rang. That was Lola... Sunie thought as she pulled the metal from the bucket and set it on the worktable. Tossing the tongs to the side she pulled up her goggles and took a breath as she wiped the sweat from her brow.

"In the back," she called back as she pulled out a cigarette and lit it. The back curtain over the doorway flew to the side and there was Lola.

"Morning Sunie-shine!"

Anthony Ryder

Anthony slowly opened up his eyes as he heard his alarm clock going off, he looked over at the clock seeing that it was around 6:30 in the morning. He slowly crawled out of his bed and went over to grab a nearby towel. He looked at himself in the mirror and smiled then went to the shower turning it on, he waited about a minute or so patiently as the water got to the right temperature. Anthony started to wash his hair and then came out a few minutes later, he grabbed a towel and started to dry out his hair and got himself changed.

He went to grab his wallet as well as his keys, he had a meeting pretty soon with a friend of his as Anthony got into his car and started to drive off. It wasn't that far of a drive as he walked towards a small coffee shop, he leaned himself up against his chair as a waitress came over, he ordered himself a coffee. Turning his head as the TV played and the local news came up, the waitress came back a few minutes later and poured his coffee. Anthony looked down at his phone and ran a hand through his hair slowly as he waited for his friend to come by who he hadn't seen in a few weeks.

Kimber McKenzie

Kimber poured the beer slowly as the TV droned on about the arrival of the Royal family. The bar wasn't crowded, but that was to be expected since most normal people were at their respective jobs, but she did have a few in The Onyx, those on their breaks or those with nothing better to do than to get drunk.

One such person was Brandon. An old friend of her father's and a long time customer. He popped in on more than one occasion. She figured it was partly because he wanted to look out for her, but she was also sure it was because of the discount on booze. Brandon was sitting at the counter watching the tv. He scoffed, "Royal family. Please. Bunch of stupid nobles thinking they are better than the rest of us wanna come over here and see how we are living. They are going to make our lives worse, you mark my words." He directed his last comment to no one in particular, so Kimber shrugged it off.

Brandon downed his glass before speaking again, "I'm serious Kimber. They don't care about working folk like yourself. If your daddy's bar gets in their way, they will tear it down without hesitation. Your father knew that. It's part of the reason he made this bar." It was a conversation they had many times before. Her father, a rebel leader, had this bar as a front for his activities. However, she wanted no part in it. Though her views are similar to her father's, she didn't want to start unnecessary trouble. Brandon knew this. "Already told you Brandon, I want no part in that. My father may have wanted it, but I just want to run this place. I couldn't give a damn about the royals. They want to come here. More than welcome to. Maybe they can dirty their feet a bit and see and we may actually get progress. Fat chance of that happening, but a girl can dream."

She cashed out a few patrons that got up and left. Soon it was only her and Brandon in the bar. She poured him another drink. "You know I care about you, girl. Your dad wanted me to look after you and I can't do that if I worry about raids and royals not minding their own business." Kimber knew Brandon meant what he said and she appreciated him. "I know. I appreciate it, but I can handle myself."

Brandon smiled a bit before he polished off his drink. "You are definitely your daddy's girl."

@Lady AmaltheaThe bell of the front lobby rang again right as the cheerful morning greeting had left Lola's mouth. Looks like either somebody was looking for a place to use the bathroom urgently, or the weaponsmiths had their first customer for the day.

"I hope I didn't arrive too early, but I saw the door was unlocked," called out the distinctive voice of Florina Hale, or Flo as the Mark sisters knew her from the lobby. Florina was a refined woman with skin the color of coffee that had had a tad too much cream added, high cheekbones, wild, thick hair that had more than a minor amount of grey streaks and a steely gaze through eyes as dark as coal. She was one of the odd regular customers the shop had, making a visit at least every other week and almost every other day at most. Flo was marked as one of the even fewer non-noble members of the regular customers and she actually paid the asking price for weapons to boot.

Normally she would choose the late, late afternoon for her visits, right before the storefront would close. Perhaps the imminent arrival of the Royal family urged her to fix some (or create new) irregularities in her schedule. Regardless, she was the type to wait quietly and persistently if impatiently until served. Dealing with her was not an urgent need, but one of the Mark sisters would need to see to her eventually.

@Nallore The man Anthony was waiting for stepped through the door of the coffee shop. His name was Lenard Marx and he was kind of a dumpy guy who had early balding issues reaching back to high school days. Luckily for him, the fashion of the day made his constant adornment of wigs socially acceptable rather than just an obvious cover-up for his lack of hair. He stood by the doorway, looking around for a few seconds before he spotted Anthony and made his way over to the table.

"Hey man, how's it been going?" Lenard covered a yawn with the crook of his elbow before blinking a few times. Clearly he was still not 100% awake yet, but he was here and interested in getting a conversation started. Well that and a hefty cup of coffee.

@FantasyChic Brandon had just set his drink down when two more people entered the bar. The one who seemed to take the lead was a man in his mid-to-late 50s and behind him was another who looked like he was in his early 40s. They both wore suits and definitely were not the usual fare who would show up at a bar this early in the morning, and they attracted the eye of just about every patron who still had their wits about them. The elder of the duo stepped forwards towards the counter, ending up right next to Brandon.

"Are you the owner of this bar, ma'am?" He asked as more of a courtesy than a serious inquiry. Both men reached into one of their pockets and pulled out what looked like wallets, they flipped it open to reveal police badges, a detail that most of the bar didn't miss. "NCPD. We're just here to ask some questions, if you've got the time, ma'am." Neither of them appeared to be hostile, nor did they appear or be aware of, or care about the many daggers being glared at them from behind.

Sunie Marks

Hearing the bell ring Sunie glanced towards the door, motioning for Lola to have a look; which she did but shrugged it off. Lola was not the most disciplined when it came to customers. Probably for the best, she would most likely scare them off with her bubblyness.

"Oh it's just Flo," Lola remarked as she skipped over to the work table and had a seat, nearly sitting square on Sunies latest creation. Sunie grabbed it quickly and moved it out of the way, letting out a bit of a huff.

"Do you always have to be so chipper in the morning?"

"Well, when else am I supposed to be chipper sourpuss?"

Shaking her head Sunie didn't bother to answer Lola, instead addressing the customer personally. "It's fine Flo, be right with you," Sunie called out as she moved the weapon over to another work bench and out of the range of her sister Lola.

The bell rang again over the door and Sana waltzed in, shrugging off her worn leather coat as she did. Looking at Flo she nodded. "Morning Flo, you're hear early," Sana quipped as she hung her jacket up on a nail behind the front counter and grabbed her apron from it. Tying it around her waist she looked back over to Flo as Sunie came out from behind the back curtain.

"Oh hey Sana," Sunie said as she pulled off gloves and tucked them into her own apron pocket.

"Hey, Lola here yet?" Sunie asked. About that time there was a crash in the back room and a voice chirping through the curtain.

"I didn't do it!" Lola said quickly, all too quickly. Sunie grumbled and Sana rolled her eyes.

"I got it..." Sana said before nodding toward Flo and pushing to the back room. Sunie found herself taking a deep breath before looking over at Flo.

"Sorry about that. What can I do for you? Looking to buy some cheap labor, got two blondes I'm trading on the cheap today..." she said as rested her hands on the counter and gave a look of "god help me..." towards their regular customer.

As Anthony sat there in his seat he ran a hand through his hair, and leaned back in the seat taking a sip of his coffee enjoying the early morning so far. He took a sip of his coffee watching as some people entered the little shop and then Anthony spotted his friend Lenard Marx, he smirked as he stood up and hugged his friend before taking a seat back where he was. "I've been alright yourself?" Anthony asked as he waved a waitress over, he already knew what he wanted in his coffee for his friend paid for it already. He looked at his wig what he was wearing now and rolled his eyes slightly Anthony hated the wigs that were so popular.

"Ya should stop wear them wigs why not just embrace your baldness man?" Anthony said jokingly as the waitress came over with the cup of coffee, he remembered that the two of them always caused a little bit of havoc in high school, pranking teachers and other students as well. They were pretty close back then and then they started doing illegal work after high school, getting time in prison they worked pretty well together however and were good partners. "So got anything going on today?"

Kimber made the cops about three seconds after they entered. She was getting sloppy. She was used to dealing with them. She had few nights of rowdy patrons, plus they would often come to check on her licenses. She had to wonder why they were bothering her now. Shouldn't they be more focused on the royal family coming in?

She sighed a little internally before she turned on her warm smile, "I am the owner of this place. I got some time. Not like it's happy hour yet. Did you boys want to sit down or can we do this standing?" She eyed Brandon, who was staring bullet holes into the men. She didn't want trouble. She wanted these men in and then out as quickly as possible. She preferred to remain where she was, as she felt it gave her some authority, but she was willing to jump through the hoops provided it meant she could get back to work.

@Lady Amalthea"I'm not a contractor, Sunie," Florina replied with nary an ounce of levity to be found in her tone of voice or facial expression.

"And even if I were, I'm not sure I would be able to source work from either of your sisters and without always keeping my eye on them. No offense." Today Florina wore one of her business gowns that were growing more popular among corporate women these days. Said gowns consisted of a top mimicked that the jacket of a suit with a wide, deep v-shaped neckline filled in with an undershirt and tie matched with a voluminous, if plain full length skirt made of the same fabric as the bodice. Florina pulled up a shoulder that was beginning to droop before stepping up closer to the counter.

"I know your shop's is likely overburdened at the moment, but I was wondering if you would be open to take a special commision." Despite making a statement, the last portion of the sentence was made as if asking a question.

@Nallore"I'd rather wear a hat for the rest of my life, than embrace the wreckage under here" Lenard said, pointing at the top of his head before he took a sip of coffee left unaltered by cream or sugar.

"Today's going to be a long day. After this, my schedule's filled to the brim with meetings that end with not quite enough time to get to the next meeting. I'm going to be running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Must be nice being able to work from home, huh? Just get to sit around in your underwear all day." Lenard looks deep into the cup of coffee, as if contemplating whether he should toss back the entire mug despite the fact that the liquid was roughly 200 degrees fahrenheit.

@FantasyChic"We're not going to be here long. It's just going to be a couple of questions." The younger of the two cops asserts when Kimber asks them to take a seat. He glances to the side and notices the death in Brandon's eyes, but returns his gaze back to Kimber without acknowledging it.

"There's been a murder not too far from here, and we have reason to believe that the suspect might have been here shortly before the incident occurred," the older cop explained. He hadn't dropped eye contact once after establishing it, and his gaze was hard like flint. His expression remained neutral, but there was something off about it that was nearly impossible to describe. "Last night did you notice anything suspicious or particularly out of the ordinary for your establishment?"

Sunie Marks

Sunie cocked a brow and nodded slightly as she crossed her arms over her chest. Her face blank as she listened and a slight smirk refusing to crawl across her features. "None taken, I wouldn't place an order for them to make either considering neither of them are weapons smiths," Sunie said without emotion. It was true her sisters worked in the shop but that was more for Sunie to be able to keep an eye on them. Sana wasn't so bad with dealing with customers but Lola was no front desk clerk. Sana tested hand weapons, Lola did the testing the vehicle installations. Sure each woman had some grasp of smithing and engineering but weapons creation was not their thing, it was Sunies. Sunie was the only one that had been apprenticed fully before inheriting the shop.

Hearing the request Sunie had to wonder why now and such but it was none of her business. What her clients did with the weapons was something she tried to stay out of if she wasn't directly involved with the situation. The less she knew about whatever was going on the better. Plausible deniability was something that had kept her safe and her shop running on more than one occasion. It also kept her customers safer. The less she knew the less chance that anything would get to the wrong person. Not that she would tell anyone working against the government but it still kept things easier.

"The shops busy as per usual but there might be room for something else. It would all depend on what you need and how quickly you need it. Plus the payment. Good and Fast costs more, especially if I have to put other orders on the back burner. So give me some details and I can let you know better if I can or cannot," she said as she pulled out from under the counter an old clip board and a pencil. Sure there were more modern ways of doing things but Sunie preferred this method. In the end, burning a sheet of paper was easier than wiping a data base.

Anthony took another sip from his coffee as he listened to Lenard and smirked slightly. "I could always rub your bald head for good luck." He said with a light laugh as he leaned back in his seat, he listened to his friend and gave a slight shrug he didn't mind working his job finding information or things for people. "You could always you know work for me, I could always use another hand make your own hours and stuff like that." He said with a slight shrug.

Anthony finished up the rest of his coffee setting the cup down and then stretched slightly letting out a slight yawn looking over at Lenard once more. "Want me to come along with ya or something, got nothing better else to do really today." He offered, he didn't have anything to do during the day and usually customers came to him if they needed something.

She left Brandon to stare bullet holes in the men as she talked. A murder? She hadn't heard of anything. The fact it happened nearby didn't surprise her much, though. She wasn't in the greatest of neighborhoods. She tried to think of anything out of the ordinary. She merely shook her head and shrugged, "Can't say I remember much. You have to understand though, officers. I run a bar. I tend to deal with suspicious and out of the ordinary people on a daily basis. Sorry if that isn't much help, but I think I would have noticed if a murderer came in. Anything else I can get you? Anything for the road?" She hoped she didn't sound to rude, but if there were no more questions, she wanted them out as soon as possible. Cops were not good for business.

She mentally filed the note of the murder for later though.

@Lady Amalthea "Ah," Flo remarked, as a corner of her mouth lifted just barely enough to be seen. "Then it appears we are at an understanding. I'm sure this job would not be an issue for a craftsman of your caliber." Florina stepped forward towards the counter, and one of her hands darted into a pocket that had been disguised by clever tailoring, when it emerged, the tips of her thumb and index finger were adorned with a veneer of black. She pressed the two digits together and then placed them directly onto the surface of the countertop. From there, she separated the fingers and revealed a stream of blue light that connected the previously connected phalanges. From there, she dragged her fingertips to the side, extending the stream into a rectangular holographic "screen."

On the screen was a sketch/blueprint of sorts that depicted a rapier. It appeared to be a normal rapier, and not even as ornate as some of the ones Sunie had seen in books or film. Silently, Flo swiped across the screen with her other hand which caused the screen to move onto the next slide, on that displayed the pommel detached from the hilt of the sword, and opened up hidden compartment in the weapon's handle. With one more swipe, she revealed a new slide that contained some specifications: the sword needed to be a meter long, the pommel had to be able to remain firm in the hilt of the sword despite being detachable, and the hidden compartment would need to be 1.5cm wide by 9cm long, the sword blade itself did not need to be sharp but would be a welcome addition. Florina gave Sunie enough time to read over everything and commit it to memory before she lifted her black-adorned fingers from the countertop, which caused the screen to disappear as well.

"I'll need this in about 10 to 14 days," she stated matter-of-factly. Afterwards she fell silent again to give Sunie the chance to reply.

@Nallore "Over my dead body." Leonard scowled and scooted his seat away from Anthony. "I don't think you'd be allowed into any of the meetings anyways. Authorized personnel only. And you're not even close to dressed well enough to get within 100 feet of any of the people I'm going to be meeting. A lot of snobs, you know." Leonard took another long, hard look into his coffee before he set it down with a sigh. He scooted his seat back in and leaned forward, speaking in a far more serious tone than he'd been using before.

"If you're really interested in helping me, there may be something you could do for me that I would really appreciate. You're under no obligation to do so."

@FantasyChic"Is that so?" the younger cop asked before turning to his partner. "I told you she wouldn't know an-"

"Thank you for your cooperation, ma'am," the older cop spoke up and cut off the complaint before he could finish. "We'll have to turn down that offer for a drink, but if you happen to come across something, feel free to come into contact with either of us. I'm Sargeant Roxas and my partner here is Ferguson. Just give the station a call, and if you ask for either of us, it should be easy to get ahold og at least one. Have a good day ma'am." With that, the two lawmen turned around and left the bar whilst talking quietly amongst themselves. When the door quietly shut, it was as if a veil had lifted from the room and what few patrons there were started to proceed as they had been before the police had even walked in. That being for the most part copious consumption of liquor.

Sunie Marks

"Flattery doesn't get you discounts Flo," Sunie said, the corner of her mouth pulling into a slight smirk as she motioned towards the counter. She was interested to see what Flo had up her sleeve. The smith was used to Flo by now having done work for her in the past. She was a regular but Flo didn't come in at morning time. It was always later in the day, late afternoons or early evenings. To have her there peaked Sunies curiosity more than anything at that point. If Flo was coming this early she must have been in a hurry or the commission must have been urgent. At least that is what she suspected.

Standing there Sunie waited as Flo brought up the holographic specs and blueprints. Looking at them carefully and taking in the details as one slide was moved to the next. Her brow cocking as she looked over them but her eyes never went anywhere but the blueprints for the time being. Once the screen went away she looked up at Flo. That was not what she had been expecting. Just what was the woman up to? Sunie was a weapons smith that much was certain. She had done more than her fair share of blade work in the past but she had not had someone actually want something like this in some time and nothing with a compartment in it. Blades she did these days were most likely for show. Formal blades for the Alliance. Sure they were functional but it wasn't what she was known for. Unique firing weapons but more her line of work when it came to special requests.

Either way, it didn't matter. Sunie was sure she could complete the request. "Yes, I can do that. You say 10 to 14 days?" Her voice was steady and neutral as she spoke before pulling out a binder from under the counter. Flipping through it she took a look at what else she had lined up over the next week and a half to two weeks. What could be moved, postponed, or rushed out to make time for this. The time frame made her wonder as well. If Flo was in a hurry, in so early in the day, then why could she wait two weeks for this? Something wasn't lining up but Sunie pushed the thought out of her mind. Why Flo needed this when she needed it wasn't her concern. It was one of the reasons people came to her. There weren't questions of why.

Closing the binder with a snap she slipped it back under the counter. "Yeah, I can get it done in the time frame. Usual base rate for a blade, it will be a functional blade as I don't do costume jewelry. Additional 15% for the added specs, 10% additional on the bottom line for time frame," she said as she did some quick calculations on a scrap of paper and slipped it over to Flo with the total written on it. "Half upfront, other half on completion."

"Hey, I can dress up pretty nicely man I aint no scraggily looking homeless guy ya know." Anthony said jokingly as he leaned forward he did get his interest perked slightly when he mentioned that there was something that he could do. "Well what did you have in mind then?" Anthony wasn't desperate but he was getting pretty bored, he didn't have his job info spread all over the place he did like to keep some of his illegal activities hidden from public eye.

"And of course i'm gonna be obligated to help you, we are friends that go way back after all you know since like high school remember?" Anthony mentioned he leaned back and grinned slightly. "So whats the job?"

@Lady Amalthea "I'm glad to hear that. You're definitely saving me quite a few headaches." Flo reached around to grab the small handbag she had slung over a shoulder and from its depths pulled out a thick roll of physical bills held together with a bright pink rubber band. From the roll she counted off several slips, her expression held stiffly in the throes of basic arithmetic. After about a minute's time she placed a rather significant stack of cash on top of the counter.

"I believe this covers the entirety of the up-front asking cost. Now if you'll excuse me, I must be going. You know where to call me if you need me." Florina gave Sunie a small wave before she left the shop, the jingle of the door and stack of cash the only indicators she had even been there in the first place. Flo's number had been in the system for years and she was pretty good about answering any messages left, 24 hours generally being the latest the shop would receive a return call from her. And on the matter of the cash on the counter, upon counting herself, Sunie would find that Flo had grossly miscalculated and paid nearly three-quarters of the adjusted asking price. Whoops.

@Nallore"Alright, I need you to look into somebody for me. I think I have a picture saved on my phone." Leonard looked to have gained a couple years of youth back (or rather he avoided losing a few more years to stress) with Anthony's acceptance of his offer. He took his phone out of his pocket and began pressing some buttons. Suddenly his eyes widened and his fingers pressed on the phone very quickly. He looked around to see if anybody was looking his way and made a few more presses before both his hands and face calmed down to a more normal pace/expression.

Several minutes passed with seemingly no progress made on finding whatever picture(s) was supposedly on the mobile device. At that point, Leonard was slowly scrolling through whatever it was he was viewing on his phone in stark contrast to his initial hurried actions. Occasionally he chuckled at something Anthony couldn't see.

Anthony leaned back as Leonard told him to find a certain person for him, finding someone was pretty easy, just go around find their last place of residence, ask the neighbors around. If they didn't hear or see anything, simply go to their workplace and the same process pretty much explore look around and ask them. Then last if that didn't work out go to their family and find whatever information out from them, if they saw them or not. One way or another you'd get a lead from someone, he has tracked down people through any of these methods and usually an informant will come through with a possible lead.

As Anthony looked up at one of the waiters, he asked for yet another coffee giving the woman a slight and friendly nod towards her as she went off to go and grab the next cup of coffee. He started to get a little bit impatient as Anthony leaned forward while his friend started swiping through pictures to find the one he needed. "So whats taking so long my friend?" Anthony asked Leonard raising an eyebrow towards him.

Sunie Marks

Hearing another crash from the back of the shop and Lola's voice calling out once again that everything was fine caused Sunie to close to her eyes slowly and take a deep breath. "Now if only I had a way to save myself some headaches," she commented more to herself than to Flo. She loved her sisters, adored them, but there were times she when she was worn thin. Early mornings were not usually one of those times but it seemed that Lola was bent on making it so. Her eyes drifted open once again and she looked over towards Flo as she got the funds counted out and left them on the counter.

"Of course, see you soon Flo, be safe out there," she said as the woman left. Picking up the funds she counted them out and cocked a brow before looking back at the door. Shaking her head she jotted down some notes on the paper and shoved the money into her safe before ringing Flo. If she answered she would say hello and go from there. If there was no answer and she was forced to leave a message she would simply tell Flo of the miscalculation and that the funds were credited to her account with the shop unless she wanted to stop back by later and pick up the difference.

As she let the phone ring and waited for her Flo to pick up she peeked into the back of the shop and shook her head. "Before you two do anything else. Sana take that case out to the range to test. Lola, there is a bike out back I had to work on, it needs a test drive to make sure it handles as needed," she told them before closing the curtain and leaning against the front counter of the shop waiting to see if she got Flo or the message service.

@Nallore Leonard nearly jumped out of his chair when Anthony spoke up. He blinked a couple of times as if remembering where he was in the first place.

"Oh, um. Nothing," he answered sheepishly, as his face color ratcheted a few notches toward the warm section of the color wheel. He looked back at his phone and just swiped a few more times before he set the phone on the table to reveal a picture of him drinking with a woman at what appeared to be an office Christmas party, based on the hats they were wearing and the decorations in the background. The woman had short brown hair, cloudy blue eyes and a distinct scar that split her lower lip.

"It's not what you think." Leonard said immediately after he presented the picture to Anthony. His face was still a bit red, but that seemed to be that his body had yet to catch up with his current emotional state. "This is actually important. I don't know her name, but I need you to find her and try to dig up as much on her as you can. If you need me to, I can shoot you the picture as well as anything else I know that might help."

@Lady AmaltheaIt took about half a minute of waiting through phone rings for Florina to pick up the phone. Based on the ambient sounds Sunie could pick up on her end, it seemed as though Flo was around some heavy-duty machinery at the moment, or perhaps just by an obnoxiously loud truck/hoverbike/sportscar. Flo's voice cut through the noise of the machinery about as well as a piece of dental floss cut through a wheel of cheese.

"Hello, dear. You haven't called to tell me that you're having second thoughts about my special job, have you Ms. Marks?"

Anthony crossed his arms over his chest as he waited a little bit longer for Leonard to answer his question, he started to take another sip of his drink when finally Leonard slid his phone across the table to his end. He grabbed it and then looked at the photo before him Anthony took notice of the woman's short hair, blue eyes as well as the distinct scar on the woman's lower lip. He wasn't sure if Leonard and her were dating or if there was some kind of dirt on her for him to scrounge up on.

"So ya want me to go and look for ya girlie?" Anthony asked with a smirk his mind wondering if they were actually truly a thing before letting out a slight sigh and then he shrugged slightly. "Give me all ya got on her and i'll start digging into her, she missin or something and you two a thing?" He just had to ask and be sure and also just to try and bust the guy's balls to.
