I've said it before, and I will say it again. @BCTheEntity that was a great match. Don't let the score count get you down. As far as I'm concerned, every one of those rounds was too close for comfort. You've performed admirably.

@GreenGoat It's not 2 out of 3, it's the first to get to 3. Lugs and I both (and maybe others, I don't remember) already encouraged you that you can still perform a reverse sweep if you step up your game and put more content in your next rounds.

With a heavy heart, then, I'll take that as your resignation. Backing down from what you knew would be a competition because the going got rough is understandable, but still disappointing.

With the forfeiture of the first player to submit an application to the RP, we are down to just eight players remaining, not counting myself. Just half of the initial roster of members is still here, but for those of you who remain, I am very grateful.

Yet the show must go on. @Sentel, @FloodTalon, I'm looking forward to a post from each of you in the near future.

So they are going to doublecross the participants... That's a bad idea. Like a really bad idea. They might get new and awesome powers with that arrow, but they have no experience with them. They're gonna get wrecked if they try to fight :P

@kapuchu But they also kept the best relics to themselves. It's true that there can be no substitute for experience, but it's also true that no amount of strategy and tactics can overcome pure raw power once it has reached an absolute threshold.

@Banana, I'd like you to remove that stuff with Saria in your last post. I have given no indication that's how the 'soul' collection works in any prior match, or in any part of the OOC. You didn't even use it for anything significant, just a couple of random questions with no reflection about the emotional end to the battle. Not to mention, bringing Saria back would void the closure that the duel provided.
