An ogre of a boy, reaching 6'4 with no sign of slowing down and a body naturally prone to gaining fat and muscle in equal measures. Tonkatsu strikes a fairly intimidating figure, not at all helped by the intensity of his stares or the pointed lower canines that have begun to poke their way past his lips. Odder still the coloration of his forearms, as if he had rubbed soot into his flesh. His final quirk comes from his mother, the hair on the top of his head naturally growing white while the sides stray more on the side of pitch.
When it comes to clothing such a large child you do with what you can, which is not much given where he is. For the most part Tonkatsu where's a large, roughly made but functional poncho over a shirt made up of several shirts while his pants were made from two hemp potato sacks that were stitched together. In lieu of regular socks Tonkatsu has been forced to adopt bandage wraps which he also wears along his arms. He wears wooden sandals that he made himself, simple things of wood a leather cords. Nickname:
Tonkatsu
Age:
15
Gender:
Male
Background:
Tonkatsu's story begins several generations ago, in the fortress monasteries of Yamanoie far to the east. His was a hardy people who lived symbiotically with the harsh environment of their mountain homes, however what stood them out as truly odd was their dedication to Order in a world where Chaos was king. To put a long story and many tragic misunderstandings short, a war broke out between Yamanoie and it's neighbors that destroyed the their home and scattered the people to the four winds. Ever since then the people of Yamanoie have been dwindling, each generation shrinking as they are either absorbed into other kingdoms or meeting more violent ends. Tonkatsu's parents were in this latter group.
Descending from the great warriors of Yamanoie's past, Tonkatsu's parent's and several more families like them took to the life of wandering mercenaries. Young Tonkatsu grew up amongst these mercenaries, taught the beginnings of the ways of their warriors before things took a turn for the worse. Soon after the young boy's tenth birthday his parents gave him his father's mask, the carrying cylinder, a map of Dirt Town, and a scroll written in a language he did not know with the only instructions being to "Find the Orphanage, the owner is an... Old Friend of ours. Go," after which Tonkatsu never saw his parents again.
The old man read the scroll easily and looked upon Tonkatsu in a way that, even to this day he couldn't quite read, before taking him into his house of Urchins. The transition wasn't terribly hard, Tonkatsu wasn't a fool and knew that his parents were either dead or so deep into hiding that it didn't matter, though knowing them it was most likely the former.
This has left Tonkatsu in a sort of limbo. He isn't like most of the other kids, massive size aside. He knew his parents for a fairly long time compared to others and has only recently been "accepted" as an orphan, as it was. This has lead him to be a quiet boy who keeps many things to himself, only really speaking when absolutely necessary and an unconscious scowl that has become legendary amongst the other orphans. However he does not seek out solitude, instead just rolling with whatever happens while trying his best to keep everyone out of the worst of trouble.
Equipment:
A crude greatclub, a wooden mask carved into the face of a snarling demon owned by his late father, and a large carrying cylinder filled with schematics detailing the construction of various arms and armor native to his homeland
Level:
1
Attribute:
Force
Skills:
-Butchery, three years into his work with the local butcher has taught Tonkatsu how to disassemble anything from a chicken to a cow as well as desensitised him to the sight of blood, gore, and the smell of death. Plus he makes a mean smoked sausage.
-Natural Carver, Tonkatsu has natural knack for "seeing" the shape within materials and carving them out. While he hasn't been able to get his hands on stuff like marble or ivory he is fairly confident that he'll be able to handle them.
-Obfuscating Stupidity, much of the Tonkatsu that most people see is a front, the image of the big, dimwitted brute who likes to keep quiet. Those that are more trained in the watching of people, or to those who have just known him enough, will know that this is far from the case. He is always watching, judging the people and venue under scrutinizing lens of always expecting trouble. No one expects the giant wall of muscle to actually be able to rub two ideas together and get some ideas.

Fire
Gift:
-Physical Enhancement, by activating his Gift Tonkatsu is able to increase his strength threefold which manifests as the veins in his forearms breaking up like the crust of molten earth however this process causes no discomfort and heals shortly after his Gift is shut off.
