@Nallore Ah cool. ^^ Are you planning on making her a SHIELD agent or someone with powers? Because if she's SHIELD, I feel like we could bring SHIELD into this RP super easily. Since OMEN hasn't been established yet, this stuff would fall under SHIELD jurisdiction.

2. Then if she's SHIELD, what do you think about that ring being an 0-8-4? We could have SHIELD swoop in to get it at some point, before or after our girls grab it. Either works with me. Also the possibility of SHIELD finding out about the purpose of the Institute, since the kids are causing a big old mess and that'll definitely get on the radar.

1. I think Starkette and Cassandra would be like besties since they are both nerds lol. :P

2. I think the object being an 084 would be pretty interesting since the ring itself is unknown at this point, and I think SHIELD should swoop in after the girls secure the ring.

@Nallore I'm gonna edit October's CS to include a skill section for subsets of her power that she's mastered so far. That way she can't be too overpowered with her fire power. ^^ Gonna base it off of the superpower wiki page applications/techniques sections.
