Lecter: More than lucky. Couldn't think of a better companion to have.
*The Devil Hunter frowns when he hears the explosion and he rears a hand on his arm blade*
Lecter: Karma, we're moving. If Devils are active, we need to stop them.
*Lecter turns and heads outside towards the ship, with Karma flying after him*

[Vulkan 707]

*Jillian zones out, hears the explosion but ignores it for now. In her trance like state she remembers a battle, and lots of yelling before a final "boom."*

*The fire keeps burning, yet doesn't seem to catch the trees on fire.*
*Lecter can see that a good portion of the craft is intact, except for the duel engines on it's flanks which keep burning a purple flame.*

*Lecter draws an arm blade and keeps making his way towards the crash site*
*The Devil Hunter stops and smells the air when he sees the craft, and frowns*
Lecter: The fuck...
*Lecter slows his approach and looks for any survivors, while still slinking towards the ship*

*Horus hears the boom and looks towards it*
Horus: That doesn't look good...
*He curses his lack of a weapon and goes to follow Lecter*
*He goes the opposite direction of Lecter once they reach the craft*
Horus: You seen anything like this before?

*Mergoux grimances, wanting to investigate but knowing he she can't*

*Lecter shakes his head*
Lecter: No. Devils don't need ships.

[Vulkan 707]

*The cockpit hatch opens, and a man wearing a rusty futuristic flak armor with a brown duster crawls out from the cock pit.*
Man: Fuck...
*He wears a black helm, and black flak armor that is rusted on all it's edges. His duster is also in similar condition, and has frayed edges. On his back sits a quad barrelled gun of some kind, and two well kept pistols. Worth noting that one of the pistols has purple lights on it, while the other is simply blue.*
*He looks over at Lecter, and frowns under his strange looking helm.*
Man: Er... hello?

*Lecter nods to the man, and steps towards him*
Lecter: Odd place to park a vehicle. Are you injured?

*Karma perches herself on a nearby branch, and watches the encounter*

*Horus looks down at the man*
Horus: Odd place indeed... Who are you?
*He looks over the ship*

*He groans, and stretches his back.*
Man: Name John... I was... escaping a Baduum base, got hit-
*Looks at Horus, and debates on drawing his quad barrel.*
Man: I may have hurt my head... cause I am seeing this guy with a birds head... Overall, I should be fine, just a little shaken up.

*Jillian keeps zoning out in her memories.*

*Lecter shakes his head*
Lecter: He's a friendly. But you're not imagining his head. That's real.
*Lecter sheathes his blade and steps forwards again*
Lecter: Need help walking, John? Are there others with you?
*The Devil Hunter secretly smells the air again, trying to see if he can decipher what species John is*

*John shakes his head, and starts walking slowly.*
John: I'm fine. Nothing to worry about, now where are we?
*His helm starts catloging data, yet is unable to figure out his location or the time.*
John: Feels like I fell into wonderland...
*John is human, with some minor cybernetics.*

*Horus chuckles*
Horus: No, no I'm real. What's a Baduum base?
*He looks around*
Horus: Honestly... we're not sure. We sort of just ended up here too. Not crash landing, but wandered into one set of woods, and came out here

*Lecter shrugs*
Lecter: Your guess is as good as mine. We'll help you back to our home, however. There's food, beds, and a place to drink if you're interested. I'm Lecter.

*John nods, and smiles at Lecter.*
John: Thanks for the hospitality.
*He turns to Horus.*
John: The Baduum are a shadowy organization that runs.. *looks around.* my world... I'm part of the resistance, trying to stop them, and such. So what kind of race are you?

*Hanna walks back into the main room with a little splatter of blood on her left hand*

*She licks up most of it hoping that nobody noticed it before she got to it*

*Horus nods*
Horus: Sounds like a good cause, fighting against them. As for my race, I am a Elder. My name is Horus

Lecter: Wouldn't be right to leave you stranded.
*The Devil Hunter stays silent at the question about races and just stands there*

John: Fighting them is all I mostly do...
*John grins, and walks along. turns to Lecter.*
John: Well I will be sure to return the favor... now tell me about this place?

*Lecter nods and keeps walking*
Lecter: There's the forest, and there's our home. I haven't explored anywhere else. There are others back at the house, but they're all safe to be around. The kitchen has plenty of food, but I have a feeling that it will feel outdated to you.

*Horus nods*
Horus: it's big too. Far bigger than it has any right to be from looking at from the outside. There seem to be hundreds of bedrooms...
