After the shootout, Ruslan looks around. Fortunately, none of his teammates went down. "Are we exiting this tunnel? We don't know how many waves they have," he asks.

"Yeah, let's go" Sontara said reluctantly looking back

Ruslan goes behind Sintara, looking backwards. "No need to look back. I'll cover that side," he said. He looks at the rest of the team, watching their moves and keeping an eye out for any unrecognized people moving between or toward them.

Roxy thought tiring up the invaders was a waste of time they would only be more aggressive once they got free. Instead she focused her attention on getting everyone out of her. "Lets start heading top side."

"I'll help you tie them up." Liz offered as she reluctantly let go of Katherin's arm. She would rather tie people up then kill them.

Ruslan slowly walks backwards along the tunnels. After a while, he passes through Liz, who appears to be tying someone. "Who's that guy and what are you doing?" he asks. It took him a few seconds before he realizes that Katherin is without a guide, and took her hand.

"Tieing up the people Cassie knocked out. I would prefer not to kill anyone if I can avoid it." Liz answered as she finished the person she was working on. Liz quickly stripped the shoelaces off another invader and began toeing him up.

Katherin smiled in Ruslan direction when he took her hand. She really liked him. In another time and place she might have considered pursuing a relationship with him.

Roxy headed down the tunnel. Might as well put her skills to use. She could clear their way out and get an idea of what was waiting for them outside.

Ruslan tries to hide his reactions to Katherin's smile. He can understand if Katherin considers him important to her, but any extra feeling should not develop; it may be detrimental to their effectivity as a team.

With the team consisting of those who face the exit and those who face away from the exit, and with him being in the latter group, he puts his trust on those who face the exit. "Any idea where and how to go?"

Liz wished Roxy hadn't headed down the tunnel, she knew these tunnels better then anyone other then Sintara. "I guess we just follow the tunnels. Roxy has already headed to clear a path. My question is what are we going to do once we are out of the tunnels. We can't just shove everyone into a regular vehicle."

Katherin squeezed Ruslan's hand. She was tempted to kiss him on the cheek to see how he would react. Maybe sometime when their lives weren't in danger. "We just need to hang out here for a few minutes. It won't take the others long to clear the tunnel, but we will have to move quickly once we start moving."

Ruslan couldn't agree more with Liz's sentence. Roxy is indeed the team's navigator right now, and the team can't go on a regular vehicle anymore with about a dozen people going. But he just can't imagine them driving a bus or troop transport vehicle under pursuit, that puts them at significant disadvantage. Meanwhile, the pursuers start to move into the tunnels, but as soon as they look at the team, Ruslan pushes them back. He knows he can't keep holding them that way though, for there are more of them coming.

Pride had to keep his guard up, he shifted back to human then looked at the tunnel proxy was about to turn. Pride grabbed her arm, "wait there's 30 of them down that tunnel." He looked around seeing there was a hidden door he grabbed the lever and pulled down. The secret door slid away from the wall silently, Pride smiles "lets go."

Roxy was surprised when Pride grabbed her arm. People generally didn't touch her. She didn't know what to think. She hadn't been worried about the number outside. Thirty might be a bit much with only her throwingknives. "We don't want to loose the others."

[Drakon rilt]

Pride nods at that, he grabs both of his pistols from there holsters. "Go get the others I can hold them off here got more than enough ammo." He puts silencers on both guns and fire the first five of them drop to the ground.

Roxy went back to show the others the secret passage. Liz had tied up several men with shoelaces. Roxy had to admire her ability to adapt to the situation. "Pride has found a secret passage way. Lets start moving this group before we get trapped.

[Drakon rilt]

A bullet grades Prides leg, and he winces he curses. He fire off a few more rounds before he has to reload.

Katherin stumbled sligllly as she headed in the direction of Roxy's voice. She should have been more careful she knew there was bodies and other debris. "Liz come along. Pride has managed to get himself shot."

Liz ran in the direction Roxy had just come from. She hoped the injury wasn't too bad. Luz had a feeling that her healing ability was going to be used a lot today.

Roxy growled at Katherin's announcement that Pride was injured. She should have never left him alone. She raced passed Liz. Sliding into the hidden tunnel. With her knives ready.

Pride fires off, the rest of his rounds taking down the rest of them. He slides down the wall taking the silencers off, and putting his pistols back in there holsters.

Cody hovered in the shadows, watching Liz tie up the intruders. He found it curious that she would stop to do that, but then, he thought, she was a healer. He watched to make sure none would take her by surprise. He followed after when she finished, still I'm the shadows. He was
Prepared to attack anyone that wasn't a friend. Shadows surprised people, they were expecting an attack from them.

Cassie armed her own gun, the police issue one she had from her one and only rookie day. She covered Pride as he used his pistols, keeping hers out when he put it away. And then shooting as one appear suddenly "up you get Pride, I'd rather not carry your dead body out" but she knelt, and took out some rags and doing a field dressing to at least stop the bleeding

Sintara followed, uneasy glancing. Back hoping all the other residents of he underground had gotten out

Ruslan was a bit surprised when the team turns toward a direction he didn't expect. It turns out that the tunnels have a lot of secret passages. The tunnel has more exits than anyone can think of, and 'anyone' includes himself. Knowing that he will walk through territories his mind hasn't charted yet, he stops walking backwards, although he still takes a look back quite often.

With a grunt Pride gets to his feet, he reloades one of hid pistols just to keep at ready. "Tunnels cleared don't see anyone up ahead now we wait on the others."

Ruslan looks back for one more time, making sure everyone has made the right turn toward the secret passage before telekinetically pulling the lever back, closing the passage. He focuses back towards what's in front of him, but is blinded for a while as he sees light at the end of the tunnel.
