Kat smiles a little bit as she is glad that someone understood her. “I am from a small town outside of Salem Massachusetts. It was another town for people to hanged witches, the rumors say a lot spooky things happens there.” She is thinking if you beleive in stuff like that, she is enjoying Zack’s company.

"Oh nice, I went there once for Halloween." he said taking another drag and blowing out the smoke. "It was a great experience. Always loved Halloween, and to be in a town that celebrates it so wholeheartedly was wonderful. Loved going to the different shops, and even visiting he Sanderson house."

“Cool, does this town do anything spooky for Halloween or have a history behind it?” Maybe they met before in Salem but doubts it as she was in costume all day long. “We should get back to class soon.”

"Yeah, not as much as Salem, but they do alot of decorations, and we throw a big Halloween Bash." he said, finishing his joint and putting it out. "You gonna be ok?" he asked, looking at her.

“Yeah, by talking to you I feel much better.” Kat says as she looks back at him, she had to stop by the math room to pick up her other bag she left behind. She hopes nobody mess with it, she gets up to go look in the mirror before digging in her purse for her compact with makeup in it.

"Well, anytime you need to talk, you have my number." he said, smiling at her. He pulled out some gum and some spray, to cover up the smell of the pot. "Also, what time would you like me to pick you up for the party tonight?"

Kat smiles back as shees Zach’s reflection in the mirror. She finish fixing her makeup, “you can pick me up at seven.” She guess that is a good time as she does not know when the party starts or does not be one of the first to be there.

"Sounds like a plan!" he said, turning around and smiling at her. "Shall I walk you back to class ma'am?" He offered her his arm, acting a little silly now, hoping to at least get a chuckle from her.

“Are you going to carry me like a princess.” Kat ask teasing him back as she giggles a little bit as she takes his arm as they walk back to class. She notices everyone left guessing everyone went to their next class. She grabs her bag to see what class she has next.

He chuckled and said "If you want me to." He grabbed his stuff too and followed her to their next class.

“Do you have the same class as I do?” Kat ask as her next class is cooking. She could smell something good cooking as they walk down the hall. She guess she is hungry as she did not have much to eat for breakfast.

"Yeah, I wanted to take a cooking class since I'd always wanted to learn. It's so much better and cheaper to cook my own food, then to buy premade and heat it up." he said.

“At least it keep you thinking about stuff.” Kat says as she puts her stuff down. She rolls up her sleeves to wash her hands, Zach could see a scar up her forearm. She guess she could finish the work of making cupcakes.

He washed his hands as well and noticed the scar. "What happened?" he asked her.

“I was in a car accident,” Kat says as she has a couple of more scars on her body from the accident. “What kind of cupcakes do you want to bake?”

"Ladies choice." he said, smiling at her. "Sad to hear you got in an accident though."

“Red velvet then, at least I am lucky to be still alive.” Kat says as she get the indergants for the recipe. She still have some bad memories from that night.

"Yeah." he said. "If you ever want to talk, or just hang out, give me a call." He helped her grab the ingrediants and got to work.

“I will, maybe we can talk later.” Kat says as she puts the batter into the oven to bake. She wonders how does Zach wants to decorate the cupcakes.

"Cool." he said. He looked at what they had available and asked "I know it seems bland, but how about some vanilla frosting with some sprinkles?"
