Ash is too much of a klutz and awkward to dance XD and she pretty much has to play lead for tango type dances since she towers even guys :P

Its not a formal ball, it's a centre Point street ball...

There is a potentially more formal bit at city hall with tables, more food, sofas and such. But hey, street party seems where it at right now.
