So I've been pingponging between a few of these requests and trying to work out how the frick to approach them (like I just keep drawing Cao the Exiled's character's over and over and only ever finishing the gold eyeliner decently. shinnnyyyy). Anyway I keep coming back to @Light the Dark's character so that's most likely what piece will get finished next.

I'm trying to do it art nouveau style but basically everything I attempt atm is a little outside my skill level which is deeply frustrating. Redid the lineart a couple times (trying to learn how to be less sloppy/thinner) ended up giving up and starting to colour it. Then it started to come together a bit soooo... yay! cries for the lost time rip

This also has a border thingum which I've decided to finish seperately if I do manage to get it to the standard I want.

Anyway likely Cao the Exiled's and Feyblue's characters next? Those are the ones I've been experimenting with. But if I get comfortable with this style while i'm drawing there's also a possibility for me to finally start working on GodofWar's group pic since that's a more realistic pose/characters/colour palette/lighting.

not much to say but here's an update pic. Trying to add a bit more roundness to her curves. Mostly focusing on her face for now and then écolletage & legs next. Then I'll try to tackle the fabric a bit better... rip

Couldn't get the lighting right so took a snap of my face and then her expression went a little evil queen which i'm not sure how I feel about @_@ anyway i'll fix her expression to be a bit more friendly again xD

oh also i come from a planet where noses and eyebrows don't actually exist so
(I'll fix those at some point too)

Right so! I basically haven't had decent access to my computer properly since May, due to various irl stuff and my computer getting shoved into a cramped box room. In the meantime* I was learning to use ink and I'm still pretty terrible at it ;p

But now I have a cabin-office place! wahey! This computer is currently in a temporary setup down here while I wait for my desk to be delivered, but I can get back to drawing stuff digitally again now. All in all I'm alot happier here, aaand I now have a fridge in chair-swivel distance, so big plus there.

At the end of July I am going away for two weeks to Ireland but nothing after that should be getting in the way of things sooo... I'll knuckle down and tick off the rest of these requests and you guys can finally be free of commission-limbo xD

I got back yesterday night after a twelve hour car trip. My new desk arrived while I was on holiday so I'll be setting that up later in the week, but I'll be back to drawing tomorrow with my temp setup either way :D

I do need practice in this / this style though and no one seemed interested last call to arms about portraits/bust ups. If you don't mind a Portrait I could jump onto it after I'm happy with Aerebella's piece as personal work for me, fullbodies you'll be waiting a loooong time for :P
