The Circling Crows are an upstart of assassins. Each member has his or her own reasons for joining, for killing. But neither of them has disclosed any. Their faces are obscured in ambiguity but they have quickly made headlines with high-ranking political assassinations and their daring attacks on Hunters and other high-profiled targets. One of which was Feitan and Phinks of The Phantom Troupe.

"Helloooo ♪ now I'll take back what you took from me. Plus more."
Age: 19, Nineteen.
Gender: Male.
Occupation: Contract Hunter
Personality: Once a dreamer, Beelzubu now has a whimsical personality. He often speaks with a musical note to his words, seeming playful at first before quickly dropping to a deadpan and callous tone. He strides with indifference and forces down his want of interaction with deceitful words. He, like most Hunters, is in the profession out of greed. His selfish nature keeps him from being weighed down by morals and often times causes him to do things for no other reason than for the fun of it. At the end of the road Beelzebu wants nothing more than to find his purpose in life. But he's not above putting a few corpses in the morgue to fulfill his own agenda.
Appearance: Beezlebu is a handsome youth who appears devious and malcontent at first glance. His hair, wavy and short is hued black with deep blue shades mixed between. His lean figure is hardly imposing in his black clothing, though beneath his attire is a finely etched frame. The most enticing feature on his person is the foxish shape of his eyes and within them his bloodred iris. Atypically, when he does wear a smile, its perhaps one the most mysterious conundrums. Why is he smiling? what does it mean? why is there such a air about it in the first place? Believe it or not, Beezlebu understands this perfectly and has decided with a undiluted consciousness to enable the enigma to continue.
Backstory: Beezlebu was tossed out to Meteor City like most unwanted children. He roamed the junkyard alongside the other neglected. But found that within Meteor City was a tightly-knit sea of family and enemies. For the most part the junkyard was filled with bitter-sweet memories. There were rustic sunsets, games of tag in the metal desert, and dreams of the outside or lost families. As time went on specific incidents arose that shifted his views and ambitions. The Tramp incident specifically was troublesome. That year he lost eight of his best friends to the elder's decision. The words "We'll accept anything you leave here, but don't ever take anything away from us."
The Kurta Clan massacre had also transpired a few years later, enamoring him even more with the exploits of his local heroes: The Phantom Troupe.
A year later and he had left to take The Hunter Exams. His razor sharp instincts, his honed yet natural affinity for battle, and born physicality pushed him along nicely. However, amongst them were a few people that stoked an odd excitement, fear mixture. People who were capable of exuding odd airs and terrifying abilities. Through the four phases of the exam, Beelzebu had crippled six applicants, bruised three ribs, broken two fingers, and murdered two applicants indirectly. By the time he had reached the final test; which was a test of will between himself and a few others, Beelzebu had been physically and emotionally exhausted.
After resolving he would bet his life on becoming a Hunter, he had received his license along with four others. A month later he discovered the power of Nen through both deduction and finely placed hints by his soon-to-be master. His Nen Master: Hiro-san, a middle-aged, Environmental Protection Hunter taught him the Four Major Principles. Alongside his Nen Master, Beelzebu discovered his aura type and Nen Ability. Hiro, a One Star Hunter, who was famous for providing safety for civilizing and saving hazardous enironvements. They were tending to a region where the forests were prone to combustion for half-a-year, it was during these months that Beelzebu realized he burned with the desire to discover himself and that fire was both destruction and creation. It was enlightening to the point that another shift occurred inward.
Feeling that he was growing far too attached to Hiro-san, he departed in the middle of learning the advance techniques, missing out on Ryu, Ko, and Shu. But along his journey and contracts he discovered Ko, dark techniques, along with other advance forms of Nen to help him survive. Three years after passing The Hunter Exams he became a dangerous Hunter himself. Often times acting in such a unpredictable way, that his aggression would seem like unnatural outbursts of pure rancor.
Natural Abilities: Beezlebu has all the benefits that come along with being a pro Hunter. The all access passes, the well of funds, and his incomplete Nen training. He's a fledgling yet exceedingly rare talent. Having learned Nen he is several dozens of times stronger than the average human. This includes maintaining a speed far faster than any mount, performing feats such as dodging bullets; blocking them with his Ten. He is also adept at utilizing Zetsu, Ren, and Hatsu. On his own or with little tutelage he has discovered Ken, Ko, In, and En, despite the learning curve they require. He also is capable of performing the Silent Steps and Rhythm Echo.
Aura Type: Transmuter.
Nen Ability: Devil's Playgroud is the name of Beezlebu's Nen ability. Its a Transmutation type and is for the most part a hardy change in his aura. His aura becomes much like fire in terms of excessive heat and flickering shape. However, Beezlebu's whimsical nature has twisted it in certain ways. Using his training in Emission, he's also capable of sending the flames out towards his opponent and around himself.
