Name: Lucifer Evans
Nicknames: Villain Name: Hell Raiser
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Appearance: --
Weapons: A pitchfork is one of his primary weapons.
Villain Equipment: He wears a full cover of flame retardant cloth over the upper-half of his body. Since his furry legs produce fire-retardant fur to begin with. His mask does a great job of hiding his face, though his horns, and other noticeable features tend to give him away.
--
Combat Section:Strength: Physically stronger than the average human, due mostly to his powerful hind-goat legs. In a physical fight, while being fragile, he's surprisingly hard hitting. Physically he can hit with roughly 300 pounds of pure force with a single kick. His punches being only about as strong as the average person in that regard.
Endurance: Shockingly, Lucifer is fragile. He's can dish out punishment, but he can't take it back. Being knocked around makes it more difficult for him to utilize his quirk. His quirk becomes harder to use if he's in pain, and even harder to use if he's afraid.
Willpower: Lucifer has a very damaged ego. He hides it behind boisterous displays of power, and over-exaggerated anger. But in reality, he is hiding his own fears. If his fears become too great, his power overwhelms him. Making it a constant struggle to remain unafraid and in control. He's also fairly short witted, leading him to be easily manipulated.
Speed: A track runner would find themselves struggling to match up with Lucifer. While his quirk won't make him faster than anybody with the Engine Quirk, his powerful hind legs allow him to run, jump, and kick better, faster, and stronger than regular humans. Even if he does slip on really smooth floors.
Reaction Speed: Fairly regular for humans. If anything, his reactions are just better because his senses are slightly above normal. So he has more time to react. Nothing really special about this part of him. If anything he might be a bit slow to react due to being kind dense.

Quirk Section:Name of Quirk: Hell-Fire
Ability of Quirk: The quirk Hell-Fire makes Lucifer the host of a monster-ish creature of that name. Hell-Fire is a fire entity, and through him Lucifer can utilize a powerful fire force, and even manifest the fire entity around his body for combat purposes. The more fear and panic around him, the stronger Hell-Fire becomes, but the stronger he becomes the harder it is for Lucifer to maintain his control over the monstrous entity inside his own body.
Qualities of Quirk: Hell-Fire grants Lucifer the ability to create fire. Not manipulate, just create. He can set objects on fire, or create orbs of fire. The fire he creates can be controlled within a certain distance, though usually in molding certain shapes. The more fear and panic around him, the more powerful the fire itself becomes. The greater the fear, the more powerful the monster inside him is, and the more difficult it is to control his manifested flames.
Strengths of Quirk: Lucifer is remarkably powerful in terms of fire and creation of fire. Since fire is one of the primal forces of nature. As such, anybody who can manifest fire is noticeably powerful. The more fear and panic around him, the more fire he can generate.
Weaknesses of Quirk: Too much fear can make Lucifer's fire impossible to control. Even worse, if he becomes afraid. The more frightened he becomes, the less control he has. If he surrenders to fear, he will be consumed by his own fire, and turned to ash. Water and lots of sand to smother out fire are also obvious weaknesses.
Limits of Quirk: None that aren't already explained.

Biography: Born in the American Bible Belt, Lucifer was hated. Named for the fallen angel and born of two god fearing parents. His dark fur, horns, and fire quirk earned him immediate fear. So much fear that his own mother and father abandoned him on the side of the road at the age of two when his quirk was fully manifested. A two year old boy, left on the side of the road, unable to fend for himself and expected to die. He was picked up, but unlike most stories, the man who did so was not kind. He saw profit in a kid who looked like the devil. They traveled all up and down the bible belt, where they put on a performance. That performance was the punishment of the devil. Daily 'Lucifer' was pelted by tomatoes. Tortured. Cut. Called a demon and once there was even an 'exorcism' that involved burning a cross into his skin. The bible was read to him so often, condemning him for merely existing that he could quote it from start to finish. In the end though...
He escaped. At the age of 12, he set got lucky. There was a car crash, his cage jostled free from the trunk, and he escaped. Setting fire to the vehicle as he fled, leaving it to blow up with his captor inside. A man, who thinking back he never knew the name of. Just 'preacher.' He roamed for a while the bible belt, unsure of a world outside the religious persecution. He robbed a gas station for food, or a bank to pay for clothing. People persecuted him, and to his scared mind that meant the world was his enemy. He joined a gang, like young men without families or homes sometimes do. Living on the streets, he became the leader of his own gang in a year, feared for his powerful quirk. Heroes naturally seemed to avoid the bible belt anyway, so he was unchallenged for years.
Until, Lucifer packed up and began to move around. He was 15 by that point. He left the bible belt, and decided to try his luck as a villain in the big apple. Heroes love the big apple though, and he was arrested promptly. Not for any violent crime, but for public indecency of all things. Lucifer broke out a month later with a gang, and began to build his new crime gang there. As he had no formal education, he was often an enforcer, or some kind of underling. But, he dreamed big. Making up for his lack of education with something simple. Brutality. A hatred, and cruelty. A interest in causing pain. Fighting, plenty of fighting, and even setting up a fight club for himself and his underlings. Because when you're brutal enough, there is some kind of ladder.
He moved eventually to japan. Picking up slowly on the language, despite the obvious barriers. His english wasn't even that good. So he struggles with the language barrier from time to time. As a result his favorite phrase is "What the fuck does that mean?" Yet despite the language barrier, Dark Tree sought him out upon discovering of his arrival in the country. Mind you, the hiring process wasn't smooth. Being rather... Obvious, he was a case of power over tactical espionage. His sheer brutality is eventually what convinced the organization to reach out to him. Since then, he's worked several big jobs. Mostly since he can't seem to do 'little.' Something about fire alarms drawing attention.
Personality: Loud, crass, uncaring. The best words to describe Lucifer. But, many fail to realize 'vulnerable' is one they can also use. A rude asshole who hides himself under layers and refuses to admit his flaws. After all, the world was so uncaring to him in the first place that what lies beneath is a child. A child aching for acknowledgement. A child aching for somebody to treat him right. A child looking for some kind of proof that he deserves to exist. But instead, he knows only fear. The fear of abandonment.
But you'll never get there. Never ever if Lucifer has his way. Trying too hard may just end up getting you set on fire. For his power comes from fear. Not sorrow. In truth, that hatred is fueled by all sorts of pet peeves, and worse... A non-existent filter. He doesn't get that some things shouldn't be said. And, he doesn't care.
----
Other: - He doesn't wear pants. Thankfully he has enough fur between his leg that you'll never notice what's between there.
- Uniquely, his fur also doesn't catch fire easily. So you're spared there too.
- He doesn't really understand Japanese yet. So he screws up a lot in translation. Complex words or big speeches piss him off as a result.
