Someone who can create music with their hands essentially. (If used properly this can provide an excellent tool in hypnosis and can trigger certain things in the mind, as well as distract enemies, damage hearing, and enhance physical attacks through vibrations).

Besides that they'd just have Flight, Enhanced Strength, Enhanced Speed, and Enhanced Durability.

Their civilian identity would be a high school student and musician for hobby.

@MasterOfChaos I'm pretty sure that they mean that your power is too similar to the character's in question. Just my interpretation though, correct me if I'm wrong.

@Dynamo Frokane He'll basically be able to manipulate and shape his bones and maybe his fingernails, similar to the way Wolverine does with his knuckles. On top of this he'll have a minor healing factor (Just so he doesn't bleed out every time he uses his powers.)

Abilities:
-Smoke Manipulation- Thomas has control over the smoke of any kind in the air.
-Smoke Mimicry- Thomas Dircks’ body is made up of smoke allowing him to completely transform his body into smoke
-Combustion- Thomas can increase the temperature in himself and things he comes in contact with igniting it.
-Trained fighter- Whether it be in hand to hand or in the use of weapons Thomas has learned well from growing up rough.
Stealthy- Thomas can use his Smoke abilities to mask his movement and allow him to enter places most people couldn't.



Weaknesses:
-Should Thomas ever be drenched in water he can no longer enter into his smoke state
-Thomas has a problem with fighting people with control over air.
-His powers don't work automatically. He must do it himself meaning that if some would be able to sneak up on him he would be very vulnerable.
-Thomas can't create smoke other than changing his body into it.

Equipment:
Chain- Thomas can use his power of ignition to set fire to his chain making it a formidable weapon.

Bio:
Thomas Dircks grew up in what was, for a time, a stereotypical middle class working day in and day out just to get by not concerning themselves with much outside getting through life. Sure they had seen that crime had become a big problem in the city but what could they do about it. It wasn't that they were selfish though, the Dircks’ always did what they could to help out the other workers in one of the Gastro Chemical plants. It was through these acts of kindness like giving some of their pay or some food they had left over that they tried to teach Thomas what it was to be a good person. And for most of his life, Thomas was the same, always helping those he could in anyway. This all changed though when the accident happened.
Being mechanics, Thomas and his father were tasked with making sure the plant ran smoothly and all machines were constantly running at full capacity. One day they both received a call that there was an issue in the chemical storage room that they had to go check out. Upon arriving it was easy to find that one of the problems was a faulty wire in the wall stopping power from moving. Not thinking anything of it they simple reconnected the wire to test how bad the damage to it was. What they could not have known was that once the wires touched the sparked lit causing a massive explosion in the plant consuming both Thomas and his father.
Thomas thought that this would be the end for him, he would die right here in this factory just like he swore he would never do. After a short time, however, Thomas realized that he, to his surprise, was still very much alive. However, he felt different, like he was lighter than before and that he didn't feel complete in a way. To his horror when Thomas looked down he saw a metal beam to be impaling him through the chest. When Thomas Calmed down somewhat he realized that the beam while going through him wasn't actually hitting him. It was passing through him with no damage to himself, and that there seemed to be smoke coming from what would have been the wound. Holding his breath bracing for the pain he was sure would come to Thomas moved forward but watched in amazement as his body let it pass through him.
As stereotypical as it sounds part of Thomas died that day in the ruble with his father. Gone was the young naive boy who wouldn't hurt anyone replaced now by a bitter anger against those who take advantage of the weak. I guess you could say that was Thomas died and Smoke Screen was born.
