Oh dear. I wonder how that happened? I am rather certain I included you in the mentions for the OOC opener... yeah, I see you there too. That's all kinds of weird and disappointing. I'll keep you in mind in case a vacancy comes up.

Monica might, if asked politely and charmingly enough. But it is awfully rude to interrupt a discussion. And if Renee is not one to take up the offer either, you are sure to find another partygoer who would find it in her interests. After all, you wouldn't be quite foolish enough to break the norm, mask or no mask, would you?

look, FL has established that genders aren't even the norm when there are men about with the faces of squid, so what's a little guy-guy dancing? Also, historically speaking, I think it was actually acceptable to partner with someone of the same gender, though that might have been a different era. I can't remember.

If @Gordian Nought meant the cat, well...that probably can't be helped, alas. But he'd take a shoulder and be a great wingman. However I was mostly joking.

Acceptable? Yes, under certain circumstances. Mainly when partners of the opposite gender were not to be found. Which, currently, there are. I do many of my statements partially tongue in cheek (like that foolish part) but I don't pull stuff out of my behind. Usually.

EDIT: I am not saying he couldn't. But it might draw more attention than usual. Not necessarily a bad thing I guess.

I'm really not able to discipline myself right now, what with my upcoming trip over the weekend. I am starting to bounce off the walls and with the med situation what it is, I'll have to see if I can force my muse to stay put.
