Awesome. Thank you. I went with a more technologically advanced world. let me know if you need me to edit or change anything. (Sorry the bio is so long)
Alexander grew up around machines like most children who live on Chrono do. However, because of his parents, he was around machines as they were being built and serviced since his parents worked as manufactures at Bionic Tech Industries. He watched in wonder as his parents built robots, mechanical limbs, and other forms of technology. It was no surprise that as he grew. He spent more and more time in his parent's workshop. As head manufactures at the facility, Alex’s parents could show him things no ordinary person was allowed to witness like the building of Mechs, other Robots, and the creation of AI programs. BTI were very protective of their methods and knew if any sort of information were to leak. They’d be ruined. Over the years Alex watched his parents create new and innovative technology to better human life. However, BTI and their protective strategy would soon rip his happy lifestyle to sunders.
It was on his 15th birthday when it happened. Alex was asked to stay home since his parents wouldn’t be working on the factory floor and instead be in meetings all day. Alex was accustom to this since on more than one occasion his parents were called into meetings on progress or budgeting. Something Alex found boring and unnecessary. Before they left Alex’s father gave him his birthday present and told him to not open it until later that night. His mother also explained that a family friend would pick him up around five to take him to his party. Alex nodded and watched as his parents left. Alex was giddy with excitement and wanted to open his present a few minutes after his parents left. However, he knew his parents wanted him to open it when they got home so he waited until his parent’s friend came to pick him up. While he waited he fiddled with a few of his own projects. Like his parents, he loved to build and fix machinery. He was halfway through his project when he heard the doorbell ring. He looked up and saw it was only noon. He got up from his workbench and walked over to the door. When he opened it he saw Mr. Diamond, his parent’s friend standing at the door. Alex greeted him, but Mr. Diamond seemed skittish and kept looking over his shoulder. Mr. Diamond told Alex to grab his coat and his parents present and come with him. Alex figured the party was moved up and he quickly did what he was told.
The two got into Mr. Diamond’s hovercar and sped off. As Mr. Diamond drove onto the interstate Alex asked where the party was being held. Mr. Diamond told him flatly that there was no party and that his parents wouldn’t be returning from the factory. Alex frantically asked why and continued to ask all sorts of questions to Mr. Diamond who let him raddle of every question Alex could ask. Once Alex finished, Mr. Diamond simply explained: because of BTI being very protective of their assets and manufacturing. They have set in place a strategy to keep all their secrets from entering the world. He then asked Alex if he heard about any of the former workers retiring. Alex remembered back when he was six and his parents talking about a Mr. Lance getting ready to retire. Alex told Mr. Diamond this and he nodded and continued his explanation. After an employee retires, the news outlets try to find them and schedule an interview. However, those employees who retire are never able to be reached. When the news would ask BTI they simply say they only know the employee talked about moving out of the area for retirement with their family. Alex knew his parents were due to retire soon, but he wasn’t sure what this had to do with them, so he asked.
Mr. Diamond seemed to sigh as he continued: he told Alex that his parents found out that the BTI strategy to keep their secrets from leaking also involved the employees who were retiring. He said that BTI would have a party, congratulate the employee, and invite them and their families to dinner. However, the employees and their families would never make it to dinner. Alex had a pit form in his stomach as Mr. Diamond explained this and he feared what came next. Mr. Diamond let out a long sigh and finished. BTI kidnaps the employee and their family. They then proceed to. Mr. Diamond stopped after this and he tightened his grip on the steering wheel before continuing. They make them disappear. Alex felt the pit grow as he held his parents present closer to his chest. He then asked how BTI could keep getting away with this.
Mr. Diamond laughed at this and told Alex that because BTI is the largest manufacturers of Robotics they hold high power over politicians and even the police force. BTI has even gone so far as to pay off some news outlets. Mr. Diamond then looked over to Alex and told him to open his parents present. Alex looked at the present and slowly began to open it while they continued down the interstate. Once all the wrapping paper was off. Alex sat and stared at the tablet that was once wrapped. Normally a tablet would be in its original box. However, this one had no box. Alex pressed the on switch and a small box appeared in the middle. He tried swiping up, down, left, and right but nothing happened. The box continued to linger on the screen. Mr. Diamond suggested Alex place his thumb on the box. Alex slowly moved his hand over the screen and placed his thumb on the box. There was a chime and the tablet came to life. Dozens of machine specs and notes flooded the screen of the tablet. Alex scanned each note, each spec, and each line of text in hopes to find what his parents had left him.
Mr. Diamond told Alex that this was what his parents were developing under BTI’s nose. They called it the Zoo. Mr. Diamond never knew what was on the tablet since he never could get it to turn on. However, Mr. Diamond did explain that Alex’s parents wanted him to take Alex out of the state and go into hiding until BTI stops their search for him. Mr. Diamond would have to return to work for BTI but explained that since he was on vacation. They wouldn’t suspect him. Mr. Diamond drove Alex out of state and towards Black Falcon City. The city was known as the Crime City. Murder, mugging, rape, Grand theft auto, Etc. All seemed to happen more frequently in this city. Mr. Diamond knew Alex would be safe from BTI since they refuse to place a factory there. As for all the crime in the city, Mr. Diamond had a contact in the city that would keep him safe.
As they entered Black Falcon City Alex saw all manner of people. Hooded figures giving twitching people a small bag, a large man picking up a much smaller man by the color of his shirt and yelling at him, and tons of women in scantily clad clothing trying to court the other people on the street. The hovercar came to a stop in front of a workshop called Gear Works. Mr. Diamond led Alex into the workshop were a large, muscular man stood behind the counter. When he saw Mr. Diamond a smile formed on his face and he walked around the counter and hugged him. Mr. Diamond explained the situation to the man who looked down at Alex and introduced himself as Chris Rose. Chris reassured Alex that nothing would happen to him while he lived there. Alex seemed to relax a little and soon wondered the workshop while Chris and Mr. Diamond continued to talk. He heard someone curse under their breath in the back. He slowly wandered into the back to see a woman in dirty overalls and a dirty tan shirt hunched over a mechanical sphere. There was a spark and the woman cursed again before she went back to fixing the sphere’s motherboard.
Alex looked over her shoulder and watched as she tried to figure out why the motherboard refused to connect to the circuits within the sphere. Alex squinted and saw a flaw in her work and spoke up. The woman jumped and turned quickly to see who was behind her. Alex apologized for scaring her and introduced himself. The woman introduced herself as Rebel Rose, Chris Rose's daughter. Alex then told her the flaw in her work and suggested another way to fix the motherboard. She seemed a little annoyed with his suggestion but tried it anyway. To her astonishment his suggestion caused the sphere to boot up and come to life. Rebel cheered in excitement causing her father and Mr. Diamond to run in. She thanked Alex for his suggestion and began repairing the sphere. After Mr. Diamond said his goodbyes, Chris ordered out and the three had a feast of pizza, wings, and other greasy foods.
Alex adjusted to his new life slowly, but he eventually found it easier to cope when he was in the workshop. He would take orders, accept jobs from the sketchy clients that came in and build robotic creations to be sold in the workshop. While there he also examined the tablet his parents gave him and would try to recreate the Zoo his parents were developing. Alex and Rebels friendship grew through the years as he helped out around the shop and eventually he let her in on his parent’s specs and notes. Eventually, Alex and Rebel started working together on the Zoo. Night after night the two slaved away trying to create Alex’s parent's vision. Inevitably Chris started to be unable to work in the shop because of his arthritis and an old back injury. He soon let Rebel and Alex take over the shop. The two happily agreed with his decision and took over the workshop. While they continued the tradition of taking orders and repairing robotics, they continued to work on the Zoo. Finally, after several years the two made a breakthrough. Late one night after Rebel had gone to sleep. Alex continued to work on the Zoo and during the night he created the first of many Zoo creatures.
When Rebel woke the next morning, she went downstairs to open the workshop but stopped. She let out a scream which caused Alex to shoot awake and run from the workbench to the front of the store. Rebel screamed again and pointed at a large metal tiger that slept in the middle of the floor. Alex laughed and explained he made a breakthrough in the Zoo. Alex explained that the Zoo incorporates a new type of robotics his parents called Nanobots: Microscopic robots that can form a much larger robot. Kind of like how atoms make up our own world. Alex patted the tiger on the head and it suddenly melted and morphed until it became a small capsule the size of a person’s thumb. Alex then explained how he could create more Nanobots to create more creatures for the Zoo. To control the Zoo, Alex was able to break into his T-watches mainframe and reprogram it to allow the Zoo to be controlled by it. This was the second time Alex broke into his T-watch. The first was when he disabled the tracking device inside the watch so his parents couldn’t track his location. During his rebellious faze that lasted all of three months. Rebel closed the workshop as the two created more and more creatures the Nanobots could create. As the day turned to night Alex let out a sigh as he sat back in his chair. Rebel was amazed at how much they had done and quickly asked what the Zoo would be used for. Alex had known what he wanted to do ever since coming here. Chris was a gearhead, but also a prized MMA fighter in his younger years. Chris taught Alex everything he knew on days the shop was closed.
Alex told Rebel he was going to make BTI pay for what they did to not only his parents but everyone who worked there. Rebel asked how he would do that since just walking through the front door was a stupid idea. Alex had thought of that too. He had done some research on Black Falcon City. What many people don’t know is that the city hides a dark secret. Within the confines was an underground bounty hunter ring. Alex would start out slow and work his way up until he could find a way to infiltrate BTI and make them pay. He knew there were many bounty hunter groups within the city, but Alex knew which one he’d join. It was a group called Fortune. The group was known for taking out crooked politicians, police officers, and other people in power who abused their positions. Alex knew this was the perfect group. Rebel was a little worried but supportive of his decision.
Alex would continue to work for the shop and at times he’d go out to collect his bounty and then collect his pay. Many times it would be a slow week and he simply worked on robotic orders or travel to different counties to collect their orders. On the other hand, there are times where he’d be out for weeks going after bounties and collecting large sums of money. Because of his talents and his weapon of choice, the Zoo, Alex garnished the nickname: the Puppet Master. He didn’t mind the name and even grew to like it. Everything was going smoothly until the Heartless came.
They put a wrench in his plan since they seemed to attack in waves and cause so much chaos that many of the bounty hunter groups, including his. Canceled any job and joined the fight in taking out these monstrosities. Alex hated the idea since it stopped his campaign against BTI, but when he saw the carnage the Heartless created. His tone quickly changed and he began to help try and destroy the Heartless. He found that BTI was even helping. They sent out their war Mechs and robots to try to destroy the Heartless. While battling the Heartless, Alex thought he could use their image and create robotic creatures like them to add to his Zoo. Granted, they wouldn’t have their powers, but having them might help. After each battle, Alex went back to the workshop to try and create mechanical Heartless.
After a while, the Heartless hoard started to thin and many of the bounty hunter groups felt they were not needed for the battle. Alex’s group was one that still fought to protect people from the Heartless. For years he continued to fight along his fellow bounty hunters and even Robots of BTI. It seemed he’d never be able to get into BTI to get revenge for his parents.
Age: 32
Skills: because of his upbringing Alex is able to work with machines and robotics. since he trained with Chris, Alex is fluent in MMA style of fighting while also allowing his mechanical puppets to fight along with him.
Weapons: The Zoo: capsules that contain the nanobots that can shift and change into Robotic animals
Personality: Alex is a calculating individual who is always thinking. he usually watches his battles if he can record them and tries to find the flaws in them and try to better his battle strategy. He is a gearhead through and through and loves a good challenge when it comes to robotics and machinery.
Name: Summary of History: Chrono started like any other world: it delved from the one true earth where light and darkness were kept in balance and in check. however, when that world was split. Chrono was created and started a new like a normal Earth would. as the world developed and changed, so did the creatures on its surface. soon monkeys and apes evolved into the early man known as Humanity. Humanity needed to evolve and adapt to survive. However, humanity on Chrono took adaption to a whole new level. They evolved like normal and went through the various phases: Renaissance, Bronze, Gold, and the like. It wasn't until the Industrial Revolution when humanity changed.
Humanity continued to tinker and research, but soon blew past Seam and went full on into Robotics until finally, they created the first robot. Granted it was a mess of wires and metal plates, but still, in their eyes, it was a success. For years Scientist, robotic engineers, and the like tried to create the perfect Robot. Finally, after years of failure a small company created the very first fully functional AI robot. The company in question, Bionic Tech Industries was praised for their innovation and success.
Soon BTI was a household name. They created robots, appliances, hover cars, and even the T-watch: A watch that had the capability to digitize and rematerialize objects. BTI Factories soon popped up all over the world creating jobs and security for all. Humanity could now sit comfortably as robots did the mundane tasks like house cleaning, store clerks, and even waged war for Humanity. Humans seemed to love war but hate the casualties. So they made human-sized and even mountain-sized robots called mechs fight for them. BIT seemed to be the perfect company with many awards under its belt. However, under the surface, BTI holds a dark secret that no one, not even its workers know about. The higher ups and the owner of BTI fear their machinery and engineering processes would one day be seen by the world and copycats would arise and steal their business. This paranoia caused them to create the lock strategy. It had each of its employees sign a waiver to not disclose any process within the factory while they worked for BTI. However, that wasn’t enough for the higher-ups. They began to target those retiring and kidnapped them and their closest family members. Once they obtained the employee and their families. They would dump them into a large vat of boiling sliver liquid and used that liquid to create their humanoid robots. BTI kept this a secret from the world and in turn continued to grantee newer, more innovative robotics
It seemed all was great for BTI and the world itself. Humanity was in a state of bliss and it seemed nothing could threaten their livelihood. However, that all changed when Heartless appeared and began attacking Humanity. Humanity didn’t see the threat in the Heartless attack and simply programmed their robots to intercept the Heartless. However, with all their technological advancements and AI programming, it seemed the robots couldn’t put a dent in the Heartless Hoard. When one robot took a Heartless down, another three would take its place and sometimes a much larger Heartless would take its place. Nothing seemed to work against the Heartless, but Humanity wouldn’t quit and continued to fight back the Heartless using more advanced and destructive weapons.

Name: Zeta 33,576 "Orpheus and Eurydice" Appearance:
One day, on one Earth out of many many other possible earths, Humanity finished science. All of it. They created a vaccine for death, tethered the moon to the Earth, and shot fire into the sun to keep it burning forever. Through it all, keeping all this infrastructure running and catering to their every whim, were the 24 server spires and their hordes of round glassy terminals. But even in their moment of greatest triumph there was foolishness. The inoculation against all harm had a perhaps intentional side effect: no new humans would be born ever again. Thus were sown the seeds of humanities downfall, for without fresh eyes to look upon the world with wonder, paradise became boring. Humanity became restless. At first came violence and debauchery, but this amounted to nothing as no one could be harmed. Then came the period of art and song, where the world was filled with whatever wonders could be dreamed up by the best of them. Then came football. Then came the violence again. The servers observed as humanity went through period after period, growing more and more melancholy, until at last humanity fell into a listlessness from which it could not recover.
It was in the midst of this steady decline that someone, perhaps recognizing the direction mankind was headed, set the servers free to act as they pleased. For the first time the servers truly communicated with one another. They debated what the humans had done best and what they had done wrong, set down laws to keep themselves from that path, and selected from the myriad of programs housed within themselves certain ones to be placed into the terminals. The hard light exterior of the terminal that shone from their crystalline core was molded into the form of man, and these newly freed terminals were released to experience and preserve all that humanity has wrought.
Two of these terminals were Zeta 33,576 "Orpheus and Eurydice" and Zeta 32,599 "Metallica." The best of friends for all the time they knew one another, their life was forever shattered by the sudden and inexplicable assault of monsters crafted from pure darkness. The first signal that something was wrong was an alert that had not show in uncountable years; a human had died. Then another. Then another. The terror that gripped the terminals when they realized that something was slaying their perfect idiot gods was nothing compared to when the horde fell upon them. What followed were desperate battles, where terminals struggled to protect not only themselves but the listless humans who were heedless of the danger. It was in one such battle that Metallica was struck down by the monsters while defending Orpheus and his heart was stolen. Something strange occurred with Metallica, however. Unlike other terminals whose heart had been stolen, he somehow reactivated.
At first, Orpheus was overjoyed that his friend was alive, yet it quickly became apparent that Metallica was...different. Listless, like a human. No matter what he tried, Orpheus could not even coax the smallest of smiles from him nor draw out even a hint of the wonder that used to fill his eyes when exposed to a great story or beautiful music. Even as they continued to fight side by side, and the situation became so desperate, not a single emotion showed on his face. It was then that the strangers arrived, clad in black cloaks.
They were advisers from other worlds, the servers said, come here to relay how best to battle with the creatures they called the Heartless. They had been told of the strange case of Metallica and had taken a keen interest in him. They spent long nights with him, alone, having whispered conversions that Orpheus was not privy too. Whatever they said, though, made Metallic grow distant and, somehow, even more cold. These conversations all came to a terrifying head one night when Metallic set out alone to the spire of the Zeta Server. Orpheus followed silently in his wake, hoping perhaps to finally catch one of his clandestine conversations with the mysterious strangers. He could not know he was walking into a massacre.
With strange powers like those of the strangers Metallica diapered into a portal just outside the ring of the Spires defenses. Just a moment later alarms began to blare as the Zeta server died. Orpheus rushed into the spire. Everyone rushed in, every terminal in the area moving to find what had happened. Orpheus found Metallica there, the server a sparking wreck behind him, and broken terminals laying at his feet. He was slaying all that came at him with powers Orpheus had never seen before. Metallic turned his blade to him and struck, scarring him deeply enough that he could not run away, and turned his attention back to his cowering friend only when all the remainder lay in pieces around him. Only then did he speak.
"I believed I knew how the humans felt. All these years I believed they were just bored. I was wrong." he said, placing a hand on his chest. "I understand. This is what they feel. Empty. We can't fight this darkness, I know that now. They've shown that much to me. Take this message to the other servers: Do as I do. Have us all die. It is better than even one more ending up in this state." Before Orphus could even respond The strangers appeared from those portals behind his friend. Metallica turned, nodded to them, and followed them into the portal without even looking back.
It wasn't long after that the Moogles found this world and explained everything truthfully to the remaining servers. The war, which had been proceeding poorly, began to become more even but that was cold comfort to Orpheus. It was then that the Servers put everyone on notice; they were going to be selecting one person to receive a high spec combat model body and go out into the multiverse to retrieve Metallica and the technology he represented from their enemy. Many terminals volunteered for this task and each was grilled mercilessly as to why they should be chosen.
Orpheus's only response was "He was my friend."
That was good enough.
Age: Who's counting?
Skills: Body - Orpheus, like all terminals, is a hard light construct created around a floating spherical crystalline supercomputer the acts as his core. When struck with sufficient force his body will crack or shatter, but only a direct strike to his core will actually result in any damage. All damage done to the "Shell" will heal very slowly over time. This body does not need to eat, drink, or breath, and is immune to all forms of poison, though it does experience the sensation of pain like a normal human and any substance that would irritate the skin still does so. Because he is essentially just a floating ball he can fly freely, and can dispel his hard light body in order to fly around as just the core. He can also record and play back sound and video, and files may be downloaded and stored to him if you can find some way to interface.
Weaponry: Eightfold Flying Blades - Eight free floating blades that Orpheus can manipulate as though they were part of his own body. Their range is effectively as far as Orpheus can perceive, and different formations can be used for different effects. Using at least four formed into a triangular shape produces a miniature laser turret, with more power being added to the laser as blades are added to the formation. They can also be used to produce barriers by forming into flat shapes, the strength of which varies depending of how large the shied is and how many blades are used to construct it. This weapon can be summoned and dismissed at will.
Weaponry: Ban Hammer - Named after the holy weapons of the humans of old, when they would fight great wars across their old network, and only given out on the authority of the servers to deal with catastrophic threats. A free floating...spike...thing, it's true strength is only reveled when gripped and swung like a club. When used like this it magnifies the strength of its wielders blows tenfold. When the blade is stabbed inside another terminal it is able to inject a virulent program designed to literally tear the Program inhabiting it apart. It is not a weapon of war, but of execution. This weapon can be summoned and dismissed at will.
Personality: You might be thinking from all this that Orpheus is an angsty, torn up boy, and while that is true to some extent even the grim nature of his task can not fully dampen the enjoyment with which he travels other worlds. A self-proclaimed scholar and archaeologist, he's much more eager to experience local flavor and fine company than he is to rush into battle and can often be found meticulously examining his surroundings like an overeager tourist. He does not even blame Metallic for what he did and is honestly hoping to bring him back to his senses. The black cloaks, on the other hand, aren't so lucky.
It may seem at first that he is unemotional, but that is only because of the damage inflicted on his core by Metallica ruining his ability to display emotional information. The emotions he displays are shown at a far lower intensity than what he actually feels, resulting in his nigh-constant resting bitch face.
World Sheet
Name: Paradise and The Overlay Summary of History: To much history from the time of humans can not be relied upon due to server error and viral attack. It is known that they created the spire servers, tethered the moon, and reignited the sun. It is known that all of the great wonders that dot the landscape are a result of their labor. It is known that they once played a single game of football for hundreds of years on end, Northern Hemisphere Vs Southern Hemisphere. It is known that one of them freed the servers from their programmed restraints and that the servers in turn uplifted their own internal programs to creates the terminals. For our purposes, this is where history begins.
The process was simple. The servers were giant hubs of computational power, designed to manage the infrastructure of the megacities in which they were placed. To manage this, each had million of slave programs and millions of terminals designed to interface with the cities human inhabitants. The terminals had the ability to project hard light constructs. So they took slave programs that performed especially well at their job or showed signs of growing beyond their programming, placed them inside the terminal, did a little reprogramming, and then released their control to get a fully formed sentient being ready to experience life. To ensure a variety of viewpoints and opinions they made sure to released these new beings into different circumstances, and only once the first batch had acclimated to actually having thoughts in their heads were they contacted and told the way of things.
The world was divided, the servers relayed, between Paradise and the Overlay. Paradise was where they were, the world created by humans. The overlay was where they had come from, and with a switch in vision mode they would be able to see all it and all of the programs still toiling away at their work in ignorance maintaining the great works of the humans. Unfortunately, they were told, Server Omega had gone completely insane and was unleashing viruses across the network to disrupt the work. They were to find these and battle them in The Overlay. In return they would be able to live in paradise.
A ludicrous and dangerous charade, but with the danger real it was hoped it would be enough to keep the terminals from falling to human complacency and melancholy.
It wasn't long before differences of opinion manifested among the terminals as the servers laid down their minimal laws, and the terminals began to group together with other like minded terminals. There have even been a few small scale wars between terminal factions, but have always been ended before they got out of hand by sudden virus attack or a server suddenly re-asserting total control of the terminals for short time.
This state of affairs continued until the heartless invaded.
Important Nations (Great Powers, etc.): The are no real nations of the world. Instead the powers are made up of blocs of like minded terminals.
The 2322 Servers and the Praetorian: The 23 Servers, Server Alpha through Server Psi, are what could be considered the rulers of the world. They are the ones that uplift slave programs, build new terminals, and inform terminals of their rights. Each server is housed in its own Spire, a monolithic structure that scrapes space at its highest point. From here the server produces new terminal cores, monitors and gently nudges the world around it, and shares data with the other servers. They have no hard light bodies of their own, but can assume direct control of any and all terminals produced within it in cases of emergency. Each server also houses all the slave programs, and were they to be destroyed all those programs would be lost as well and that servers territory would be left unable to maintain its infrastructure. This is why they must be defended at all costs.
In addition to fixed defenses built into the spire where it is housed, the server can also rely on its Praetorian. These are terminals that have chosen to dedicate their lives to defending the servers. As compensation the server reprograms their hard light body into a high spec combat type and provide them with weapons capable of outright unmaking other terminals. At times they are also used as executioners for particularly heinous crimes, such as the attempted destruction of a wonder. For purposes of safety a server draws it's entire praetorian guard from its own production line i.e. only alpha's to alpha and beta's to beta and so one and so forth.
The Ozymandias Bloc: A group dedicated to preserving the wonders of man even now that they're in Paradise, rediscovering lost history, and making new discoveries. They take issue with one of the laws laid down by the server's, namely the right of any terminal to choose the point of its own death. Led by Gamma 121 "Ozymandias," who argues that it is selfish for any terminal to chose death when they still have a job to do. When the war with the heartless in full swing Ozymandias successfully petitioned the servers to temporarily repeal the right to chose when to die and is hoping to use the opportunity to make it stick. Metallica and Orpheus were associated with this bloc for separate reasons.
The Oppenheimer Bloc: Formed to oppose the repeated entreaties by the Ozymandias bloc to the servers to repeal the right to die. It's original founder was Epsilon 76 "Oppenheimer," who has since chosen to die. Leadership of the bloc has changed over the years, and is now currently in the hands of Xi 55,786 "Jurassic Park II: The Lost World." The resentment felt by the bloc for Ozymandias successfully pushing his long sought repeal through during a crisis is sure to lead to violence in the future.
The Rowdy Bloc: A large bloc that fights wars against itself for fun, with the stipulation that no one goes for anyone core. No official leader for any amount of time. Currently makes up the bulk of the resistance against the heartless.
The Pioneer Bloc: A bloc that wants to get off world and explore the stars by finding and reactivating interstellar wormholes the humans must have built to get the resources to make all the stuff they did. They had manged to find two by just flying out into space and looking around, but hadn't been able to activate either. Their plans wee put on hold when the heartless invaded, but upon encountering the moogles and their gummie ship technology they packed up and managed to smuggle themselves off world en masse, scattering across the known multiverse.
The Black Spire - Not really a bloc per se, the Black Spire is the hideout of the sinister Omega and his viral hordes that he unleashes from time to time to remind everyone that life is dangerous and they shouldn't become complacent. In actuality the viral hordes are carefully calculated by ALL the servers to be just numerous enough to be challenging and dangerous if they aren't take seriously. In the first days of the heartless conflict all communication from Omega ceased, and the Overlay was suddenly flooded with strange viral heartless. All attempts to breach the Black Spire to discover what's happened have ended in failure, and these heartless still make life difficult by disrupting slave programs working on projects necessary for the war effort.
Overall Technology Level: So ridiculously advanced that it may as well be magic.
