Background: Ever since seeing the Star Build Strike Gundam in the 7th World Tournament, Nanashi has become obsessed with Gunpla. Although he loves battling, he loves building much more. Having built replications of custom Gunplas like Maohs X Gundam and Ricardo's Wing Gundam Fenice.

Battling/Building Ability: Although Nanashi’s battling ability is average, he makes up for it with his Gunplas superb making. His Gunplas performance and Nanashi’s Gunpla knowledge keeps him from losing to other extremely talented battlers.

Mobile Suits:
-Name: Origin Strike Gundam
-Description: A pure white enhanced Strike Gundam with black features and an opening in the back of the neck that creates a plavsky particle scarf. The suit gains color depending on what Striker Pack is Equip. The Origin is also equipped with 4 circle shaped funnels that can create a particle shield and shoot independently. The Scarf can move around also like a pair of sub arms, being able to wrap around opponents to restrict them or to help repair broken off limbs.

-Description: An enhanced Zaku Warrior that's just painted white instead of green.

-Name: Origin Zaku Phantom
-Description:The Origin Zaku Phantom is the upgraded version of the Zaku Warrior, using parts from a Zaku Phantom kit. It has the two shoulder shiels as well as a thired one on its back. All shields hold a beam tomahawk and multiple missile pods, all able to fire homingh missiles. Lastly, the rifle is replaced with a beam sniper from a GM sniper unit.

-Name: Skyscraper
-Description: A support flier that equips and delivers Striker packs to the Origin Strike Gundam mid battle. It can utilize the effects of whatever pack is equipped. It's been modified to be remotely controlled by the Origin Strike Gundam.

Sousuke

Name: Sousuke Kikkawa

Age: 18

Personality: When describing Sousuke, only two words really come to mind: Cocky and Driven. Sometimes he can be a little too cocky for his own good, which can and has gotten him into trouble on multiple occasions. In spite of that, his rather driven nature and sometimes unbreakable tenacity to keep pushing forward has often been the thing that got him out of the very trouble that his cockiness gets him into. Some would say that that balances out in the end, while others might find him annoying or just outright frustrating to work with. On top of all that is his apparent need to be as cool as possible. His gestures, way of speech, it's all for the purpose of making an impression and ensuring that people who meet him are not soon to forget his name.

Background: Having moved around several times throughout his life, Sousuke has transferred between many different schools. The subject of why his family moves around so much seems to be a sore spot, as asking him about only seems to make him irritable. Whatever the case, Sousuke is no stranger to being the new kid, and this has made it rather difficult for him to form any kind of bonds with other people... at least none that actually stick. He's also been a member of several different Battle Clubs, at least until his family has to move again and Sousuke has to transfer to another school. This has led him to stop joining the Gunpla Clubs altogether and just focus on developing his Gunpla skills solo. One recurring trait of his was to offer his skills to Gunpla Teams, but not for free. Rather, he would ask for compensation in exchange for his filling out a slot that a team needed filled. Some would call this greedy, but Sousuke prefers the term "Free Agent". As for what Sousuke actually uses his earnings for... no one actually knows, and he tends to just make up an answer when asked.

Battling/Building Ability: Sousuke is definitely more of a battler than a builder. Sure, he can fix his Gunpla with parts, but building an entirely new one was never something he was good at. That being said, Sousuke's Gunpla happens to be a very well-built model with top notch performance and customizations, leading some to wonder how someone with such poor or average building skills managed to get a Gunpla of such quality. The answer is, as usual, something Sousuke prefers to keep to himself.

Mobile Suits:
-Name: Crossbone Joker
-Description: Crossbone Joker is a heavily modified Crossbone Gundam utilizing various utilities and systems from other models. An example of such is the Joker's primary melee weapon, clearly inspired by the GN Swords from Gundam 00. His primary shooting weapon is a high powered beam rifle reminiscent of the Wing Gundam or Wing Gundam Zero. One the Joker's more flashy weapons is the Crossbone Bars mounted on its back. Rather than simply serve as boosters as they do on the official Crossbone model, the Joker's Crossbars can be dismounted and swung or thrown like a giant windmill shuriken. And finally, the Joker possesses another Trump Card, one that Sousuke rarely ever uses if he can help it. It's equipped with a 00-inspired Trans-Am system that turns the Gunpla red and then briefly triples it's overall speed, power, and defense performance. It's primarily a sleek black color that allows it to easily blend into the dark environments of space fields, though retaining the white skull chest piece of the official Crossbone model. Also, its head unit is decorated like a pirate bandana rather than a captain's hat.

-Joker Blade: An enhanced GN Sword that deploys from the right forearm.
-Joker Magnum: A customized Buster Rifle that is kept in two pieces stored in each leg respectively.
-Joker Star: The crossbars mounted on the back. Outfitted with openings for particle emission.
-Trans Am: A phase shift system that turns the suit bright red and temporarily triples performance.

Rival

Name: Masato Kusaka

Age: ?

Appearance: ?

Personality: Masato is arrogant, narcissistic, and has a borderline God-complex. As far as he's concerned, there's only two tiers that actually matter: himself, and literally everyone else beneath him. Like Sousuke, he's a free agent, but for some reason charges no money. Instead his form of "compensation" is finding strong opponents worthy of him. If he can't find an opponent within a seemingly random timeframe? He not only leaves the team, but outright turns on them and trashes their Gunpla and ensuring their inability to continue competing. To call Masato an asshole is the understatement of the century. And yet, in spite of all that, he still manages to find himself on teams willing to risk hiring him.

Battling/Building Ability: Masato is a prodigy builder and battler. In spite of his extremely jerkish personality, he still manages to find teams that are willing to put up with him. The reason for that is almost chillingly clear: because Masato really is that good. The only reason he hasn't started competing at World Level yet is because he wants to milk the Under-19 scene for all it's worth before moving onto the World Tournament competitions.

Mobile Suits:
-Name: Phantom Rogue
-Description: It appears to be a highly customized Epyon, or at least it was an Epyon at some point. The dark maroon paint has been replaced with pitch black. Not only that, but the horns on the head as well as the areas around the suit's eyes have been painted white, making it appear as though the Gunpla is wearing a mask. The wings appear to have been removed, in their place are openings for plavsky particle emission. The emitters equip the Rogue with either a set of black wings or a shadowy cloak.
=Weapons=
-Twin Magnums: A pair of revolvers, stored in each leg that fires surprisingly high-powered plasma shots.
-Lupin Striker: The wicked whip normally seen on Epyon. This one has been modified to be able to straighten into a sword blade for dueling, or use its usual whipping attacks to make wider strikes. It's also outfitted with particle emitters to boost the weapons striking power as needed.
-Particle Phantoms: The particle-emitted wings or cloak isn't just a fashion statement. It allows the Phantom Rogue to deploy doppelgangers of itself made of harmless energy, or leave them in its wake like afterimages. The doppelgangers are harmless, unable to cause damage to enemy Gunplas, but they can cause confusion visually and cause radars to detect multiple Phantom Rogue copies.

Natsu Saisei

Background: Natsu Saisei is the younger of two, trailing behind his elder brother by a gaping ten years. His childhood was normal, often invisible to most because of his introversion. He found a love for Gunpla battling at a young age, mostly due to his elder brother's obsession with it. But it was there that they found a connection through Gunpla that bypassed the usual jealousy of siblings. It produced a humble, sincere appreciation for their faults and skills. When his elder brother was diagnosed with lung cancer ... that changed. Natsu began to harbor guilt for hating his elder brother. But who else could he blame for all the pain and anxiety that plagued him now? Questions that poisoned his mind now. When will Yuma die? Is he already dead? How does cancer even work? If nothing else, Natsu had recognized his own chaotic thoughts and emotions. His anger and abundant love for his brother: Yuma, clashed violently inside him, numbing him to everything besides these three things. Yuma Saisei, Gunpla, and his damaged mentality.

Battling/Building Ability: Natsu has no building ability at all. Perhaps his greatest flaw is his unwillingness to learn the basics of repairing or building. When asked why, he simply shrugs his shoulders and walks away. The truth is a bit more difficult to hear. Since his childhood he had relied on his elder brother, Yuma, to build and repair his Gunplas. After his brother was diagnosed with lung cancer from his horrible smoking habit, Natsu had been denying the harsh reality that his brother may die by relying heavily on his exceptional building skills. Telling his brother, "You can't die with a gift like this, Yuma." As for his battling skills, let's just say he's put all his pain and free time into mastering Echo Barbatos. It connects himself and his brother in a way not many can grasp.

Mobile Suits:
-Name: Nu-Build Echo Barbatos Rex (Echo Barbatos)
-Description: A lightly modded version of the Barbatos Lupus Rex frame; Nu-Build Echo Barbatos Rex is a sleeker, immaculate construct with parts taken from the admirable Nu-Gundam. Dubbed the Echo Barbatos, the build has these armaments.

  • Two beam sabers. One of average length, the other shorter. (Right hip, placed vertically.)
  • Tail Blade w/ closed-ranged particle blaster. (Tucked away on its lower back.)
  • Yuma's Echo System (YES) System. (Its speed and agility are extreme allowing for it to produce afterimages and complicated maneuvers. The secret to this however, is the slight, ever-so subtle shift, in its all white color when moving at high-speeds.)

-Description: >>> The ∀ Destiny Gundam is an amalgamation of the ∀ Gundam Shin and the Destiny Gundam. Its main build is the ∀ Gundam Shin. The wings of Destiny Gundam has been formatted to fit on ∀ Gundam Shin's back and molded so that both hung on one side, looking more like a stylized cloak than wings.

Kayl Lanzer

Name: Kayl Lanzer

Personality:

Kayl is a calm, collected and logical person. He is polite but stern when having to be, he is prone to voice his opinion and does not dread having attention put on him. Speaking to a larger crowd seems to come naturally to him. He is a leader at heart and seems to assume the role naturally even when there are others giving commands about. Which can get him into conflict with others, as he often questions others on their choices.

Background:

Kayl have been a regular to tournaments and various events and challenges, having done quite well for himself and many know him by name and exploits. He has improved for each passing year. He comes from a high-middle class family and found Gunpla to be things of beauty. He liked seeing the variety and individual beauty of each one.

Battling/Building Ability:

He is severely lacking in building abilities. He has only assembled one full machine from spare parts gotten from his friend Ternal. He has never revealed this machine to anyone though, some suspect it is due to embarassment. Though when it comes to battling abilities Kayl is more successful. He isn't the strongest in a one versus one fight, but he'll make up for it with good tactical decisions and teamwork.

Kayl is the most experienced of the trio, in the amount of different opponents he has fought. But he is not the most experienced in terms of knowledge. That falls to his friend Ternal.

Mobile Suits:
-Name: Shinzaku Flag
-Description:

The Shinzaku Flag is a heavily customized GN Flag. It does however bear the unmistakable Zaku head, despite it's very sleek and light looking design. It is equipped with a phase shift system. Which turns it's color into red for the majority, with yellow and black details. Making it appear as if it was part of the Zeon military.

In terms of weaponry it has a custom colored GN sniper rifle which can be recognized as part of the 002 Gundam Dynames, aswell as the GN pistol from the same machine. For special occasions it is also equipped with a simple beam saber for rare close combat encounters.

Due to it's somewhat static nature the machine carries a large battery on it's back. Not for itself most of the times but for it's allies where they may recharge, providing such a moment is given. Lastly the machine is equipped with the mirage colloid function, which was an ability possessed by an unit like the Blitz Gundam. Giving it the ability to cloak itself, as in hiding from visual detection.

Making the machine into an excellent recon unit which the pilot can give orders to the rest of the team while moving into an advantageus position where it can give ranged support. It cannot have it's phase system working while being cloaked so it can be risky to use. Apart from the phase shift system and the mirage colloid it has pretty weak armor, it's speed and mobility is decent but not competitive with the highest speed types. It's average melee power also leaves much to be desired.

To summerize the machine is that it relies alot on the pilots skill at using it. It is a teamplayer and a decent support. But it can be overpowered in both melee and against enemies which outgun it in terms of firepower, forcing it to retreat and rely on guile and tactics.

Ternal Dawning

Name: Ternal Dawning

Personality:

Ternal may seem kind, relaxed and smooth voiced when first meeting him. Don't let the first impression get to you. He is very sly and cunning, prefering to take people by surprise and beat them by any legal means necessary. He seeks to be on the top of the food chain and considers himself to be of top material, thus he needs his machine to be on par.

He also loves to gather information of other peoples machines, aswell as watching people fight. He tries to memorize patterns and what abilities each one has so that he can easier defeat them.

Know thy enemy.

Background:

Ternal runs a small assembly service for Gunpla. Putting things together for other people depending on their requests. Doing so puts money in his pockets which he can use to improve his own masterpieces, but also puts his own machines out there increases his odds of beating them would he someday need it.

He often watched the tournaments and memorized people which showed promise and their machines abilities and weak points. Though at the same time he did not want to take inspiration from anyone else, rather make his own creations. At least for those he made for himself.

Battling/Building Ability:

In building abilities he is great. He builds machines for others, such as to his friend Kayl. He has made a large amount of machines that he sells but only a chosen few he have decided to keep to himself. One in particular he considers his masterpiece.

When it comes to actual battle, Ternal is the most skilled of the trio. His reactionspeed is 0.200, which makes him quicker than most. He is also very brutal and fights with everything available to win. He does not have the pride and honor which seems to guide Kayl sometimes, or being lost in emotions and rage like Syo. Ternal is somewhat arrogant, but having the skills he does many likely would be. Despite his machine may seem very straight-forward, he tries to defeat his opponents as fast as possible, sometimes by employing sneaky plans. With or without his teammates.

His perception is also very good, making him well suited for fighting more than one opponent at a time. Though he would have to take one of them out within a certain period of time or the battle may turn in their favor. Ternal's abilties comes from fighting people at his place. But only specific people who knows how to keep their mouths shut. He is a person who prefers secrecy to some degree.

Kayl is usually the one he has fought against and helped finetuned his own skills and also train Kayl, aswell as to learn what things Kayl's ideal machine would have. Ternal never has joined a tournament in the past. He has been on a quest to find the perfect machine which could become one with him. But in order to win you also need capable teammates.

To this he is not blind to. Kayl was the obvious choice. Syo on the other hand is way too reckless for his own tastes, but in the lack of anyone stronger within sight. He'll have to do.

Mobile Suits:
-Name: Extended Destiny
-Description:

The Extended Destiny is a monster of a machine. The largest of the trio. It resembles much the Zaibach Guymelef from Vision of Escaflowne (Piloted by Dilandau Albatau). It is orange, white and black in color. It possesses immense raw power, speed and mobility which it makes great use of. It is equipped with the thrusters of the Tallgeese for extra mobility, power and speed.

In terms of weaponry it is equipped with the following:

"Mjolnir" Spherical Breaker, which was first used by the GAT-X370 Raider Gundam. (A morning star ball connected by a thick and strong wire). He may use this to slam into opponents or to destroy certain projectiles.
2 × MMI-X340 "Palma Fiocina" palm beam cannons, which would have been used by the Destiny Gundam. (The palms of the machine can emit a powerful charge of energy)
2 x Machineguns mounted on the shoulders. These inflict minor damage.
2 x Grappling hooks on the chest. These are generally used to target the chest area of an opponents machine, aiming for the cockpit. Often used when in a grapple with a machine.
Phase shift system.
Nuclear jammer canceller. He has alot of access to energy and by the way he fights he has to have it. This is his major source of energy. He also could use it as part of a suicide attack but doing so would destroy his masterpiece. Something he would hate to happen.
GN Drive. This is mainly used to power his GN shield.
GN Shield. He uses this shield to block some ranged attacks or put it on his machine before ramming into someone. He cannot always keep it on him however.

It has some powerful evasive, defensive and close quarter abilities but the machine is severely lacking in ranged options and thus would face some trouble fighting enemies which kite or have means to avoid him. Thankfully his machine has some gap closers that will make the chase quite intense on both ends.

Syo Morisaki

Name: Syo Morisaki

Age: 17

Personality:

Fierce, aggressive and impulsive sums up Syo pretty good. He acts completely on emotions and what he may be feeling at the time. Bearing a strong belief in that the best defense is a great offense, he generally is the one first to engage in fighting.

He tries to fight people one-on-one and gets annoyed and starts cursing whenever someone interupts, be they allies or enemies. Moreso with the latter. He can often come across as a big jerk and someone you really come to dislike, though under his thick shell and fiery temper is a guy who is really passionate with his own creations.

Background:

Syo was 'recruited' by Kayl to act as the third member of their team. He ofcourse accepted as Kayl had a way with words and he was looking for a team anyways to actually get into the tournaments and all that. He didn't care much who they were, but if they were somewhat good then he wouldn't have to babysit them.

He always had a high opinion of himself, even amongst Kayl and Ternal. The latter whom he has yet to see in actual battle. Syo believes Kayl is weak. As he relies too much on his teammates rather than his own capabilities.

Battling/Building Ability:

Syo is not the fastest builder, but he does spend much time and effort to build his machines aswell as paint them.

When it comes to fighting he is severely held back by his stubborness and reckless nature, often disregarding his allies and using tactics. Thus such can often get him into trouble. That apart he does know how to fight if someone comes to engage him into a one-on-one.

His general idea of fighting involves throwing as much offensive things as possible. Pressuring his opponent until their machine turns into junk, and he holds no bars when it comes to that. Taunting and tearing his opponents to bits. Providing they don't do the same to him.

Mobile Suits:
-Name: Berserk Ignited

-Description:

The Berserk Ignited looks for the majority like a crossbreed between a Queadluun-Rau armor from Macross and a gouf with white and red skull motifs on it. It looks quite fearsome and asthetically it is quite impressive.

It comes equipped mainly with offensive weapons however.

2x Beam sabers. He swings these with unpresidented aggressiveness to the point he becomes reckless and open to counterattacks.
2x Gouf arm blasters. These are his primary ranged ability, he uses these at short-middle range.
6 Fangs. These are used to chase down people who flee or as initial engaging means. He is not the best at controlling them but they are useful to him to some degree.
Chest beam cannon. This is a somewhat slow attack but very powerful if you get caught in its way.
Twin GN drive. He has access to a double GN drive much like the Double 00 Raiser.
Trans-AM. When he finally have had enough of something he'll activates this and goes pretty much berserk. Syo tends to scream out in rage whenever activating it. It will drain his energy fast.
