[OOC] Pokemon: Worlds Collide

@Balthazar007 My post is going to bring the group one or two hours into the Stantler place, so it'll be covering the rest of lunch, the bus ride, and two hours of exploring for stantlers. That all okay? And, just a few questions to help me along as I write:

— is the group splitting up as they look for Stantler? Or no? Maybe just by van? (split into two groups)

— What's the area with stantlers look like? Lake, tree density, current weather, heavy snow?

They can split into two groups, by bus as you say, with Professor Rowan leading one group and Sargeant Socolov leading the other.

The area is pretty much open feilds dotted with lakes and shrubs, few if any trees. The ground is often muddy and sometimes icey.

That's a great idea, but I'll be able to reply when I get home in a couple hours. And I've been thinking of content for my next post. So I want to post it myself.

But in the future, if I were to be too busy, I can just give someone the results.

Okay, so I'd like somebody to bring us back to the base camp now. It doesn't matter who. There you can all, chit chat about the day before going to bed, or whatever you'd like to do.

Alright, I should have my next IC post up by the end of the day, as mentioned.

In the meantime, everyone please have another look at the 1st OOC post. I've just updated it with all the information that you will need to know in order to pass bootcamp. Basically, to get us through bootcamp, I will want to see every action underneath "Gaming Features" demonstrated in the IC section.

In other words... I need someone to battle a wild Pokemon. I need someone to battle a minor NPC trainer. I need two players to battle each other. And someone is going to have to battle against a celebrity trainer (probably Ash Ketchum).

I will make arrangements for all this to happen naturally, but if you have any questions regarding the specifics of anything, go ahead and ask. I will do my best to answer.

To battle the celebraty trainer it should be a tourny style battle and the overall winner gets to face the celeb, that would make it fun for our earth based characters and makes sure every trainer gets to battle, but we are still one person short to get anpokemon, and if we battle wild pokemon are we able to catch it??

Still one person shy to... 'what'?

In upcoming posts, people that have already caught a Pokemon can use that Pokemon to battle a wild Pokemon, then try to catch it.

Oh that. Dusk will get more chances to catch her first Pokemon before battling. The odds are in her favor (at least they can be as long as she doesn't ask for a Pokemon with too high of a level).
