The arrival at the playground had been a huge blessing for the SHIELD agent, considering that SHIELD might not have existed anymore. Apparently, HYDRA had managed to take down SHIELD from the inside. As far as she knew, all of SHIELD was right there in the Playground. And even then, any one of them could've been HYDRA and be even deeper undercover within SHIELD. But she was trying to keep that away from the forefront of her mind, considering that the issue she had on her mind was being addressed right now. Chewing on some wings, she listened on the briefing and what had gone down with the other agents.
"I can't believe HYDRA managed to infiltrate us..." Victoria sighed, inhaling deep. Some of the wings' sauce fume got into her nose, prompting her to cough a bit, but she managed to recover in time. Other than that, Victoria didn't have much to offer when it came to this. It wasn't her place to add anything further. All she could do right now was sit back, eat some wings, and do whatever the agency needed her to do, if they needed her to do anything.
She still could not focus, and the voice that she was hearing, it was the exact same voice over and over again, she still couldn't recognize it, and it just kept repeating the same words. E257...E257... It was strange, and it bugged her to no end that she had no idea what they had meant by that. The words were just a letter and 3 numbers, so why would whosoever voice it was be saying them? Nothing was making any sort of sense still.
Sparky did get some weird idea, one she hadn't thought about. Almost subconsciously, not really knowing what it was that she was doing, she started messing around with her comms system as she tried to pay attention to the voice's words, hoping to discern some sort of meaning from them. "What do you mean by E257!" she yelled out at the voice, still messing with the comms to the point where anyone who had access to the frequency would be able to at least hear partially what she said.
Frederick Flynn
Location: The Playground Skills: N/A
HYDRA definitely was causing problems for them, that was for sure. For all he knew, they could be the last of SHIELD, this small team that honestly could use a few more training sessions before going out on another mission. They had after all lost more than a few people at that Castle, so it made him wonder just what it was that they were going to do. Hearing Cass mention trying to figure out who the mole was just made him nod, though there was something that made him worry.
Having once played on the wrong team, also known as OMEN, it made him wonder if they'd suspect him of being the HYDRA agent. He couldn't blame them if anyone did think that, he almost helped to destroy anyone with superpowers, so of course he seemed like the logical person to suspect. Flynn just hoped that he'd be able to convince them otherwise, he wasn't like that anymore, he didn't go against SHIELD or anything like that, especially since they had been willing to take a chance on him with allowing him to be an agent.
Tempest quickly found herself and her powers useful in helping Agent Kennedy. Sadly, the man would be out of commission, but he would live. On top of that, the information gathered from their mission took some time to decrypt, but with her, Cassandra, and Harry on it, they managed to uncover a variety of information from the flash drive. And most of it, if not all, was not good. She let Cass and Harry take the lead, uncovering two of the major points while she finished off with the third.
"On top of all that we discovered how HYDRA was getting their funding and it wasn't through a GoFundMe page, though that would be hilarious. It seems they got it through Creed Financial, and for the boys and girls that aren't aware of it, it is owned by the von Strucker family. It seems Creed Financial is a base of operations for HYDRA." Hawkeye said what she had already been thinking. Take out Creed Financial and HYDRA will take a huge hit.
Easier said than done though.
Tinley Abercrombie
Location: The Playground Skills: N/A
Tinley had been fighting an overwhelming sense of guilt. By all accounts, she had done everything correctly. She led the team, used their skills when necessary, protected them from doing idiotic things (or at least tried to) and escaped with most of their lives. With Sparks and Raynor in the Quantum Realm, she didn't feel this was a success. And it was a trap. They were betrayed yet again.
Cassandra had an interesting idea. "I don't mind interrogating. We can discuss that later. Creed Financial should be the next target." Her and Hawkeye had already been discussing the next course of action and he was right, it wouldn't be pretty. In fact, given all of this information, it was probably going to be hard. "You're talking about a heist against Creed Financial. If we cut off HYDRA's major funding, that will deal a significant blow to them. Smart, but as you said, it won't be pretty and they are likely expecting it. Security is going to be tough."
"However, I am not comfortable with having a traitor in our midst as we discuss future plans. We need to find out who sold us out and deal with them."
The Playground - Location Classified: August 30th, 2020 - 9:00 P.M.
Hawkeye grimaced slightly. He always saw best from a distance, preferring to take a bird's eye view on the situation. He hadn't had access to the Phase Three files and neither had anyone on his team. It was almost pure luck that they had happened to be in the area when HYDRA infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D. in order to rescue the young cadets. Looking at those at the table, it then presented the following possibilities for the mole: Agent James Kennedy (almost killed by HYDRA), Agent Niah Bautista, Agent Tempest Renoir, Agent Tinley Abercrombie, Agent Cassandra Reed, Agent Theresa Sparks (likely dead), Agent Raynor Blake (Hawkeye didn't know if the Quantum Realm was deadly to aliens or not), Agent Griffin Lee (dead), Agent Sami Rhodes (dead), Agent Maria Smith, and Agent Dominika Novikova.
"I'm just going to say it then - how can we know that Abercrombie isn't HYDRA?" Bonnie pointed out. "The entire Phase Three team hasn't been cleared...The rest of us have been." She nodded a bit at Flynn, knowing that he'd be uncomfortable since he used to play for the other team - but back then, that team was O.M.E.N. "And this isn't personal to you, Abercrombie, but...You have the power of mind control. If there was anyone HYDRA would want on their team, it's you."
"If Abercrombie was HYDRA, she would have controlled us already," Novikova said quietly. She didn't look up from her math, continuing to sketch on the napkin. "There's no point in her letting us talk and sort out who the mole is. If HYDRA wants us dead, she could have made us all kill each other - or not ordered the evac when the tunnel went critical. But she didn't. And they have nothing to gain from having her do some fake out double cross...They already have S.H.I.E.L.D. intel and a mind controlling agent is wasted as a sleeper."
Nikolai nodded and Hawkeye took another bite of wing. He had a pretty good idea now as to who the HYDRA mole was and he glanced at Tinley, knowing that she could read his mind and hear his thoughts. It wasn't a pretty conclusion - but he was certain it would ultimately prove to be the right one. "Abercrombie, do a quick screen - if my theory is correct, you won't need to do more than that. And then we can get onto planning the heist. They're generally more fun when you don't have a god controlling you."
Novikova nodded slightly at Maria. She was taking Sparky falling into the Quantum Realm pretty hard. Of course, there was also the terrifying prospect that HYDRA was after an infinity stone in there - and the best they could do was ransack a bank to cut off funding. It wasn't going to help Sparky and that's all she wanted to do right then.
"Oh, and Flynn," Hawkeye added, with a shit eating grin. "The Von Strucker family is famous for the X-gene."
Raynor Blake
Location: the Quantum Realm: Quantum Void - Region Ψ Skills: N/A
Sparky snapped out of her confusion! Sparky used spark! It seems that Sparky's luck has finally taken a change for the better. Perhaps her mind finally adjusted to the Quantum Realm or her senses decided it was time to give up trying to process what was going around her. Either way, it did the trick and she will be fully aware of her surroundings and actions. It's a good thing two, since some of the guards floating in the void near her seem to have come to their senses as well and open fire. All of their shots miss, but one grazes her hairline slightly.
Of course, most of the guards have their attention on Raynor. His heart tightened in his chest, seeing Sparky nearby. He had to get to her - the Quantum Realm was strange and what was near one moment was impossibly far away the next. Swallowing thickly, he kept his hands raised in the air. "So not only are you the most irritating midgardians I have ever met, now you're also piss poor shots!" Raynor shouted, baiting them.
He then opened his palms, shooting beams of light at the guards. He managed to hit three of them in the chest, the concentrated light burning a hole that reemerged on the other side. Those ones dropped - or floated - to the ground, dead. The other three were just mildly injured and Raynor gritted his teeth, as they sent more bullets at him - but this time, they didn't miss. Two bullets lodged themselves in Raynor's chest and another in his lower thigh, causing the S.H.I.E.L.D. agent to scream in pain as he floated/stumbled forward in the void.
Cassandra gave a slight nod towards Tinley and Hawkeye, since Agent Abercrombie could read their minds, she would be able to find out who their mole was. She reached over and started to eat another wing for a moment, she started to think about her cousin Chloe as well, she was worried about her. She hadn't heard from her since the mission went to complete shit at Latveria, she would scan those in the room once more. "The sooner we get this done the quicker we can get our other two agents back." Cassandra said looking over towards Novikova.
"Once we deal with the heist we will try and find a way to get Agents Sparks and Blake back, if the HYDRA intel is correct that there is an infinity stone in the Quantum Realm they would be able to get it." Cassandra reassured her, they would have to try and get them back somehow anyway. She then looked over towards Hawkeye when he poked fun at Agent Flynn once more about him being a former OMEN agent she tried to hold back a slight laugh.
Harry McCormick
Location: The Playground Skills: N/A
Harry looked towards Tinley for a moment before raising a hand. "Just aa quick question though, Agent Abercrombie doesn't have to grab the sides of my head and say some weird Vulcan mind meld thing or whatever right?" Harry asked, he didn't really like the idea of someone just digging directly into his head it would just make things very uncomfortable for him. "Because that would just be really uncomfortable and like really weird." Harry said as he started to dig into his food once more while looking over at Agent Chase.
She did have a point a mind reader and controller would be really useful for HYDRA, but he didn't really voice it as he simply went back to eating his food. He really was craving some BBQ, but he would settle with these hotwings right now anyway, as he looked at Novikova and shrugged a bit towards her statement. Agent Renoir then made her part of the briefing as well, in her own witty way of course as well about HYDRA trying to make a GoFundMe would have been funny to actually see.
Maria Smith
Location: The Playground Skills: N/A
Maria looked at Novikova as she concentrated back on her math problems, wishing that she could do something to help out somehow, she had no idea. Then Agent Renoir brought up Creed Financial which was what Luminous said that she and HYDRA would be, shaking slightly at the memory of seeing Agent Lee's exploding heart in her eyes again. "The mutant who killed both Agents Rhodes and Lee said she would be there as well, she seemed to be really tough to deal with taking out both of them without batting an eye." Maria said softly.
She still wasn't really eating the wings, Maria just wasn't that hungry at all or felt right at all to eat anything right now, looking over at Agent Abercrombie for her to do her thing while looking over at Hawkeye her brief mentor after going through Phase Three. She rubbed her arms a bit and smirked at his little joke to Flynn.
Niah didn't bother with the pomp and circumstance of pretending to eat. She didn't have a plate in front of her. She had taken a look at the wings and quickly decided her body wasn't going to appreciate food at that moment. Niah had however found a blanket and was wrapped up under it and had her legs curled up against her so she could rest her chin on her knees. She agreed with most of the points being made. Especially the parts about hitting Creed Financial. She was pissed at that woman for killing her friend, and it was possible that Sami's uncle was actually there. Between that and curiosity about why Fury would order Sami to kill von Bardas.
"It is unlikely Agent Abercombie is a Hydra agent. If she was they would have recruited her before she was changed and wouldn't have known what her powers would have manifested as. Since then we have had little contact with people outside our group." Just enough that Sami had heard from his uncle and been told to call his mom. Something Niah planned to follow through on. "However, if you think a second person assisting would be a good idea I volunteer. I can listen for changes in heart rate." It wasn't perfect against a trained lier but it would be an added layer, and whoever had been the mole was directly responsible for Sami's death. It was the first time she could honestly react to the death of one of her friends.
The prospect of Agent Abercrombie being the mole in SHIELD had made Victoria think a little bit. But the timing wasn't right. Niah brought up a very good point. As far as she knew, Tinley's powers didn't manifest in time for HYDRA to get to her. By the time HYDRA had made their presence, she was deeply embedded into SHIELD already. There was no way that they could've seen that Tinley would've been capable of such a thing. However, there was no way to tell for sure. Maybe Tinley was smart enough to not strike when they were most vulnerable. Niah was on fire with her suggestions, and quite frankly it was an idea the entire team should go with. given the lack of any other suitable alternatives.
"I think Agent Bautista is onto something. Agent Abercrombie and Agent Bautista should examine everyone. If we have one of those machines, we can also monitor further things like little ticks or things as tiny as pupil dilation." She had heard of SHIELD using something similar, however she wasn't entirely sure if they possessed a machine like it here.
Tinley did not hide her annoyance well. The very fact her allegiance was questioned both irked her and made her proud. Truth be told, she hadn't expected it. She assumed her training, skill, and dedication to the job was evident, but that was what the best spies and infiltrators often did. "Agent Chase, I am willing to overlook the accusation as it is a smart idea, but as others have brought up, HYDRA would have no idea what my power would be. If it does make you feel better, I believe Agent Bautista has a good idea. The two of us could tackle the interrogation in a heartbeat, pun fully intended."
She would talk to Agent Bautista alone later. She wanted to check in, knowing the girl was probably still not handling the deaths of Agent Lee and Rhodes. And Novikova still unsure about Sparks. She glanced at Harry before a sly smile crept on her lips. "I don't have to touch you, don't worry. I am curious what I will find in there though."
Tempest Renroir
Location: The Playground Skills: N/A
Tempest let the others do most of the talking. She didn't believe for a minute that Abercrombie was the traitor. She didn't want to believe any of them were, but the proof was in the pudding, so to speak. Maybe she could dig around some in the system and flush them out? She would tackle that later. For now, the mission was important, especially if it meant taking out HYDRA's funding.
"I could start researching into Creed Financial, maybe find blueprints or schematics of the general interior. See if I can delve deeper into them. Or I am open to suggestions, but I do really like hacking things so please let me hack something or I will die of literal boredom."
The Playground - Location Classified: August 30th, 2020 - 9:15 P.M.
Novikova just grimaced slightly. Knowing that there was an infinity stone in there with Sparky and Raynor just made things worse. She was certain neither of them had a suitable container for it, meaning that if they were to touch it, they would likely collapse into a pile of ashes - or a fog, she wasn't really sure what the Quantum Realm was like in terms of gravity. And even if she assumed that they'd manage to touch it safely, infinity stones had a tendency to corrupt anyone who held them or used them. The Sparky and Raynor they got back may not be the same.
"This is making me sick," Novikova muttered. She had hardly touched her food and she stumbled out of her chair, barely making it out to the trash can by the kitchen sink as she sank to the floor and started to wretch. All of the stress, anxiety, and uncertainty was getting to her.
"Sci-Tech?" Hawkeye correctly deduced. Operations and Communications graduates tended to have a little firmer stomachs when it came to this sort of thing. The science types tended to keep an (un)healthy separation from things.
"Yes," Bonnie said, before she nodded at Maria. "I managed to get a portion of her DNA from...from the recovered remains. Based on my analysis, she has a match to two subjects: Pietro and Wanda Maximoff. Wanda is currently imprisoned at the Raft and Pietro was pardoned for his actions. He's working with the X-Men in upstate New York at the moment... But given the description of her and her age, I can't imagine those two had a child naturally."
"...What I'm trying to say is I think she was made - that she's some synthetic creation based on their DNA," Bonnie continued. "Von Bardas dealt with a lot of illegal tech - and cloning tech is out there...It's probably some variation on it that created Luminous."
Hawkeye nodded, but he was more concerned with the immediate issue: the mole. If he was right about his thoughts, then it wouldn't take very long for them to be confirmed. Of course, it would be good to check everyone just to be sure. "I think medical should have the equipment to make a lie detector," Hawkeye agreed. "Agent Chase, do you think you could set it up? Have Agent Bautista go first - once she's cleared, we can add her enhanced hearing into the medley."
Bonnie nodded. "Of course - it shouldn't be too much trouble to assemble."
Hawkeye then sighed slightly. Abercrombie had ignored what he asked. Sure, he wasn't the mightiest Avenger or anything but it miffed Clint to have her not even acknowledge what he had asked her to do. "Look, if you don't want to do a quick screen, then say so," Clint said, rising to his feet as he headed to the north sleeping quarters - the quarters that housed Hawkeye, Bonnie, Jim, Tinley, Cass, Harry, Flynn, and Victoria. "I'll find out myself," he said, notching an arrow as he vanished from sight.
Bonnie's face then paled. "The plans!" she then took off to bioengineering and research at a sprint.
"Oh gods..." Bonnie whispered, seeing the place practically ransacked and the plans nowhere to be seen. Only the data that Tempest and the others had recovered remained, since they had been kept on a flash drive on their persons for safekeeping.
Raynor Blake
Location: the Quantum Realm: Quantum Void - Region Ψ Skills: Light Manipulation
For whatever reason, Sparky seemed to have checked out of the fight and Raynor didn't blame her for it. Still, he would have appreciated a little concern after he got shot. He loved her - didn't she at least like him enough to go oof? or something? He gritted his teeth, pulling the bullets out of his chest and he screamed in pain. Pressing his palm on his chest, he cranked his light manipulation all the way up and cauterized the wound.
"Thank Thor," Raynor muttered. He then raised his hands to blast light at the other guards, but in the time he had taken to deal with his life threatening injuries, they were ready for him. The guards sprayed him with bullets, hitting Raynor repeatedly and the Asgardian lost consciousness. Most of the bullets had exit wounds and he was bleeding, his clothing stained with his own blood.
His last thought before he blacked out was Lana...
The voices went away, whoever it had been, she wasn't too sure. She was still positive that she had recognized it from somewhere though. Seeing the guards, she sort of panicked for a moment, not quite registering what was going on. It was a bit surprising, to see others in the quantum realm with her, she hadn't known that there was anyone else there. Sparky let out a small sigh of relief that none of their bullets had hit her, but now she was more concerned about someone else she saw was there.
"...Ray?" she said, watching as he passed out, and now Sparky was starting to panic. She just had to find a way to get to him. Taking a deep breath, she felt electricity start to crackle, and the next thing she knew she had sent a blast of electricity slamming into the guards. They didn't seem to be moving for the moment, and she tried to get over to Raynor, but that was proving to be impossible. She still wasn't quite used to the quantum realm yet, and it was making things difficult. "Ray! You need to wake up, stay conscious!" she called out to him.
Frederick Flynn
Location: The Playground Skills: N/A
"Make a comment about the past that I honestly hate so far and I'll punch you in the head Barton," Flynn muttered, not too thrilled with that. The guy just would not let up about the whole used to be a bad guy who nearly destroyed the entire mutant population thing, and it was really getting on his nerves. Sure, he once was on the side of hating mutants or anyone like them, but still. He honestly was pissed off at himself for even thinking like that, so he didn't need anyone else reminding him.
Though the idea of Hawkeye already knowing who the mole was was definitely an interesting one. The guy hadn't even been there for very long with the rest of the group, and he already had a theory? The others made comments about who they thought the mole was, but who was it that Hawkeye suspected. He said nothing when Hawkeye took off away from the group, and then he began to understand. Why would he need to go in that direction? There currently was only one person over in that section of the place last he checked.
Maria looked over towards the others as they spoke more about the mole she really didn't like the idea that one of their own was working for HYDRA which was probably what HYDRA wanted at the end. They wanted the remainder to fight amongst each other until someone snapped and then attacked whoever they were the HYDRA mole was. She looked over towards Novikova seeing her friend getting up and stumbling her way over towards the sink. Wincing a bit as she wretched into the sink and got up, making her way over towards her friend gently laying a hand on her friend's shoulder.
"You should get some rest and take it easy." Maria said softly to her, while looking over towards Bonnie as she gave the information that she had found out from the bodies of Agents Rhodes and Lee. Remembering the name for now, she would certainly take her out when they met again. She eyed Hawkeye wondering on who he thought was the mole, looking over at Agent Abercrombie she just wanted to end the whole mole thing and get on with their heist mission against HYDRA. "I'll figure it out." Maria said, as she walked over towards Tinley having a feeling that the woman wouldn't like her taking the woman's powers without her permission.
Maria took off one of her gloved hands and touched Tinley's hand, but she didn't get what she wanted as she looked over at Agent Chase her personality and body language changing rather quickly. "Yeah I really don't think that Wanda and Pietro had a kid together, that would really, really be creepy and just cringe worthy. So obviously someone did do some cloning and made Luminous, incest is just creepy." Maria said sarcastically and visibly cringed seeing the image of the two siblings doing it. The way she spoke sounded like something she would never say at all, while looking back over at Tinley. "And i'll totally like ask you for permission for taking your powers for a ride next time."
Cassandra Reed
Location: The Playground Skills:
"Actually HYDRA does know all of Phase Three's powers and weaknesses, the rounds that the HYDRA agents used during the raid on The Bus were vibranium or some other strong alloy that would cut down Agent Kennedy's stone form to size with no issue. And they would have killed me if they got a lucky shot in the eye for me. So that does mean the mole has Phase Three files. So when we do our Creed Financial Heist they will know of our powers. Whether it happened before or after HYDRA took over they know it by now." Cassandra pointed out, shaking the thought remembering seeing how badly injured Agent Kennedy was when she was attempting repairs on the Bus.
She watched as Novikova went over to the sink and started to vomit feeling bad for the young agent as she watched Agent Smith going over to comfort her. She eyed Hawkeye for a few seconds he knew something that they didn't or had a theory on who the mole was at the moment, as she watched him excuse himself and went to leave the room. She watched the scene go off and eyed Tempest for a moment and gave her a nod. "Once the mole is found and everyone is cleared you are on hacking duty, get what you can and make sure you aren't caught." Cass said as she stood up and followed shortly behind Agent Chase to the lab to see if she needed some help. When Cass entered the lab she stopped and stared at the mess that was made. "What happened exactly here?" Cass said while looking over towards Bonnie.
Harry McCormick
Location: The Playground Skills: N/A
Harry continued to seat and watch the scene before him as he had yet another wing and then dropped the bone down onto his plate eyeing the rest of the group. They were still talking about the mole which was something that they had to deal with first, as he looked over at Agent Abercrombie answering his question. "Yeahh, you don't want to read whats going on in my head Agent Abercrombie.." Harry said, as he awkwardly sat back looking at Agent Chase as she started to talk about Luminous. Then he watched Novikova for a moment as she went to the sink the stress was probably getting to her.
Then Maria went to go and use her ability on Tinley to do what Hawkeye had just suggested as he watched Hawkeye turn and leaving the room, which he couldn't blame him for. He watched as Agent Smith started to change a bit in personality and body language and eyed Tinley for a moment as he grabbed another wing. "This should be interesting." Harry said as he started to eat and started to watch the scene with some more interest while looking over at Flynn feeling a bit bad for being picked on it to much now at this point.
Hawkeye's orders were something, but the notion that he had an idea as to who the mole was was an even more curious notion. He hadn't been around here for very long, but yet he already had an idea? What tipped him off? Why did he have that thought all of a sudden? It was all a little strange, but Victoria figured that it wasn't smart for her to question it. Everyone was under scrutiny right now, even her, despite the short amount of time she's been with this particular group of people in the agency.
However, it wasn't her place to question. Not since the fact that she very well could've been seen as the mole. She wasn't, but there was no way that she could've proved otherwise. She hadn't been with these people for long enough. For the time being, Victoria was just going to have to lay low, and wait for further instruction. There was no use in dwindling on who this mole was, especially with Hawkeye keeping them in the dark.
Niah's eyes flashed with grief as 'the recovered remains' was mentioned. She was going to remain silent after that, soaking in what was happening and what was being said, but it seemed her words had been taken wrong. "I didn't mean that Hydra didn't know now what our powers were. But that the wouldn't have known before we were changed. Whoever is the mole in the group most likely has been since before Phase Three. It, however, is possible they recruited her before phase three and got lucky with what her powers ended up being. I just don't see that as the most likely thing to have happened. That does, however, mean that someone connected with Phase Three is a mole. Heck for all we know it could be one of the doctors." Hawkeye left the room, as did Agent Chase and Reed.
She turned to Agent Abercombie. "Scan my thoughts, clear me, and let's get through this as quickly as possible so we can take these assholes down." Only Maria would know Niah well enough to know she didn't cuss often, anyone else who would have known was dead. She was clearly pissed, irritated and frustrated. Though considering Maria's current mood she might not even catch the anger in Niah's voice. Then another thought came to Niah, could she use her psychometry to see if anyone in the group had been contacting people.
"Also everyone's cell phones on the table. I have an idea." She pulled off her gloves, they were short gloves. Short enough that her sleeve had been pulled up to expose just enough skin that she had gotten visions from Sami. Visions she still needed to talk about, and considering the current conversation, she wasn't comfortable talking about it with anyone.

Tinley stood up as Hawkeye got up to leave. "I assumed you wanted it done after discussion, but if you want to throw a hissy fit and leave, by all means." It was truly no wonder he was considered the weakest Avenger. She rolled her eyes and returned her mind back on the others. "All right, allow me to do a quick scan on everyone and clear the room and then we can get into the task at hand." She let her mind open up as she scanned the room. She didn't sense anything immediately, but as soon as she did a once over, something entered her head.
Friday, Friday...gotta get down on Friday?
What bloody hell was that? It was a song, if you could call it that, but not one she had ever heard of before. And it got louder. And louder. Good God, who was this girl singing? She must be hated worldwide for producing this drivel? She scanned again, eyeing for the source of this annoyance that was now clouding her mind. Her eyes settled on Maria. She was sure the woman had it in her mind, even if it wasn't on it currently. "Well, I don't detect anything, but now I have an annoying song playing loudly in my head. Something about Friday. Agent Smith, I blame you for this. Either way, I don't detect anything, but perhaps Agent Bautista can assist?"
She would soon stab someone if the song didn't end.

Tempest stepped back as Tinley unleashed her anger. Tempest knew the song. Anyone with a YouTube account knew the song. She didn't know if Maria was to blame or not, but she was not under scrutiny. "I'm gonna go get to work now if I am cleared. Gonna see what I can get on Creed." She got to her computer and set it on the desk and opened it up. She plugged her new phone in and got to work, setting up in Creed's webpage. On the front, it appeared to be your average bank.
And then Tempest pushed a button on her phone and it opened up. It was easy. Like, scary easy. She was almost upset at how easy it was to obtain all the information. "So, I'm not one to toot my own horn, but I got in. Like, in a manner of minutes. Go on, I'll wait while you praise me, but I have it all. Blueprints. Bank Codes. Meeting times. Security details. The whole shebang. I'm surprised they had it all accessible, but there ya go. Copy paste this and we are golden."

@BlueSky44: Agent Raynor wasn't waking up. He had taken too many bullets. His clothing was not unlike Pietro Maximoff in the MCU's Age of Ultron - but will he live or not? Sure, he is an alien but even aliens can be killed by bullets. Most of the horror film industry relies on that fact. The guards aren't responding either - they might be dead, they might be knocked out, who knows at this point? Either way, Sparky will recognize that Raynor needs medical attention pronto... But how can she help him here?
However, Sparky needs to check behind her. A guard was about to stab her in the back, when a creature wearing a mask appeared and grabbed the guard's hand. The guard struggled, only for the attacker to stab him in the stomach and kick him away. The attacker then took off her mask, looking at Sparky. She was a face Sparky would recognize easily: Janet van Dyne, the Wasp.
@Nallore: Bonnie looked up at Cassandra. "We were robbed - all of the schematics we recovered, they're gone. All that's left is the digital data we obtained, since it was on a flash drive and pretty sure Tempest has it right now," Bonnie bit her lip. She knew what it had to have meant. There was only one person who would have been able to take all of the schematics out from underneath their noses. It was probably done while they were all eating... "Cass, it was him." Bonnie then said the name of the mole.

Hawkeye hadn't been running off to throw a fit. No, he opened the door to the mole's bedroom and let out a heavy sigh. There was no sign of him. How could they have been so blind, so stupid? HYDRA wouldn't have been able to do all of that without someone with high clearance - someone who knew all of the missions, all of the powers, and would be skilled and experienced enough to keep it hidden. "Damn it..." Hawkeye sighed.
Novikova looked up at Maria, feeling awful but also wanting to just crumble. Her best friend was stuck in the quantum realm and Novikova knew that with each minute that passed, the odds of finding Sparky and saving her before it was too late got a little smaller. She knew that she should have been more worried about the mole, but her mind just wanted to focus on Sparky - oh and Raynor. Though truthfully, if she could only save one, that wouldn't be a hard decision to make. She bit her lip, about to confess something to Maria when Maria's demeanor changed completely.
Novikova's heart broke a little bit. She doesn't like you like that...It's fine. You have better things to worry about right now. She then nodded at Niah and placed her phone on the table, but she had a gut feeling everyone would be cleared shortly. On Tempest's screen, there was a blinking message that came from a chat: Enjoy. It had been so easy for Tempest to get in, it meant that there was a leak on the inside. Someone with access to the bank's security had decided to leave a backdoor wide open.
"That's amazing," Novikova praised Tempest.
Hawkeye then returned to the room. "Agent Abercrombie, guessing you guys came up empty? Here's why," he pinched the bridge of his nose. "The mole has been with Phase Three since the start - had high enough security clearance to set this trap - and was with SHIELD long enough to be indoctrinated."
"It's Kennedy. I checked his room - he's gone. Window was jimmied open. Our entire base here is compromised."

Cassandra looked at the mess that was there, still quietly muttering to herself as she ran a hand through her hair, as she turned to look over at Agent Chase. It was something that she really wasn't expecting, Kennedy she trained with him and had known him for awhile now as well before and after Phase Three. He could have killed her while they were having their one on one training session, and make it look like it was an accident. Or he could have killed her right when the mission started back at Castle Doomstd. "Damn it, I trusted the bastard to." Cass said looking over at her.
"Try and see if theres anything that he did miss, maybe there is something he forgot?" Cassandra then started to think about the rest of the team as well. "Even if Kennedy is the mole I think we need to screen everyone thoroughly." Cassandra said, as she turned around and started to make her way back towards the dining room. Just as Hawkeye made the same conclusion as well, which was really unnerving to hear still. "We should screen everyone completely and thoroughly, and then get on the Bus. Kennedy would have most likely contacted some HYDRA buddies by now." Cassandra suggested.
Harry McCormick

Harry continued to munch away at the wings a little bit more as he watched Tempest pulling out her computer and phone and bringing up the Creed Financial website. And didn't even take her that long at all to get into the nitty gritty of HYDRA's source of income which he was actually very impressed as well. He looked over towards Niah raising an eyebrow towards her, as he took out his phone and slid it over towards her. "Not sure what you want to look at it for." Harry said shrugging a little bit. His attention turned back over towards Agents Smith, Abercrombie and Novikova, seeing Smith's demeanor change was a little bit weird for him to watch but snickered slightly as Abercrombie accused Smith of listening to that annoying song.
"One of my little nieces actually really liked that song for the longest time, my sister had to take her iPhone away just so that she wouldn't have to hear it." Harry said with a slight laugh as his attention turned towards Hawkeye, and a few seconds later Agent Reed came in as well. He hadn't really met Kennedy that much in the past, but it was still pretty surprising non the less anyway as he looked over towards Hawkeye. "So should we all get screened then? Because that certainly does sound like a lot of fun." Harry said as he pushed his plate aside now.
Maria Smith

Maria turned to look over at Agent Abercrombie accusing her of playing fucking Friday by Rebecca Black? She hadn't even been playing it in her head at all which was probably the worst song in existence. "Okay, I may have tried to take your powers following Hawkeye's suggestion. But I sure as hell wouldn't even listen to that kind of crap like ever, I don't appreciate being accused of even being a fangirl of Rebecca Black." Maria said rolling her eyes as she crossed her arms over her chest, while looking back over towards her friend Novikova as she gently set a hand on her friend's shoulder. "Feeling any better at all Novi?" Maria asked.
Then she turned her attention back towards Tempest who had apparently hacked into Creed Financial with no issues at all which was really quick as well. "That was pretty damn quick." Maria said, as Hawkeye and Reed both came in shortly after one another she really didn't expect Kennedy to be a HYDRA mole. But then again her roommate back at the SHIELD academy was also another snake head as well, which was also really disturbing to her. "I really liked Kennedy." Maria said looking over towards the others before sliding her phone over towards Niah as well.
"W-W-What are you doing here?" Sparky asked the woman, turning around to see who it was that had helped her, though her distraction from Raynor was only minimal. She turned back to look at him, before she finally managed to make her way over to him, panicking. "Ray? Are you okay?" she asked him, freaking out slightly, seeing the blood there. Knowing that she had to do something, she tried to cauterize the injuries using her powers, but only managed to zap him, causing him to twitch.
Scared that she might have hurt him even more, she took a breath before trying again, managing to stop the bleeding coming from some of his injuries. Though it was better than nothing, she knew that he likely could still bleed out, and she turned to look at the Wasp. "P-P-Please, can you do anything for him? Help him? I-I-I don't know what to do..." she said, freaking out slightly as she spoke, managing to not stammer too much as she spoke to her.
Frederick Flynn

Flynn just shook his head, not sure what to say exactly. Not like he really knew much about Kennedy, but from the sounds of it, this was coming as a bit of a surprise to the others. So, Kennedy had been a trusted member of the group? That wasn't too surprising, no one really wanted to believe that someone they had trusted was in reality working against you and likely trying to kill you. He just listened to what the others were saying about Kennedy, and suggestions on what to do now. That was always the question wasn't it? What do they do now?
Cass' suggestion of scanning everyone was a bit of an annoyance. Wouldn't that take up time that they didn't have to do that? And didn't Tinley just try and scan everyone mentally? He had no idea what they were even really going on about, but they really need to get on with taking out HYDRA completely. "What do you mean if Kennedy was the mole?" he said, noticing the way Cass had worded that sentence, "Barton just said that he was... And shouldn't we hurry up and get away from here? Since as Barton pointed out, HYDRA likely knows where we are."
Turning around once Hawkeye came back, the news that he bore was something that turned out to be rather unfortunate. So... as it turned out, Kennedy was the mole among them all. Admittedly, Victoria didn't know much about him, but a quick examination of the room had determined that this had come as a major shock to the entire team. It seemed like he was a trusted member of the team.
"Really? Shit." Victoria said, folding her arms as she looked at the senior SHIELD agent. "Do we have any idea as to where he might be right now? I'm guessing he couldn't have gotten too far from here."
As Abercrombie scanned minds Niah listened to everyone's heartbeat. Nothing alarming caught her attention though. Niah reached out and touched each of the phones. She frowned as Hawkeye announced that Kennedy was the mole. That was disconcerting. She had to make sure. Just in case Kennedy had recruited anyone else into Hydra since Phase Three, as unlikely as that was.
Everyone's phone seemed clean, but she paused on Jim's phone. "Everyone is clear, through this. I just, well, almost everyone." She held up Jim's phone, "I'm not getting enough off this to say you're clear, but if Agent Abercrombie thinks you're clear then you're probably good. I also didn't hear anyone's heart racing during all of that."
Tinley pinched the bridge of her nose as the music continued to play in her head. "Then Agent McCormick, you will feel my wrath at a later date. For now, we will focus on Agent Kennedy. Since no one suspected him for a while, it is safe to assume he has gotten away with privileged information. He most likely is aware of our plans with Creed Financial, meaning he has ample time to warn them of us coming. Not only that, but we are now compromised. We'll need to move ship somewhere else and it needs to be one SHIELD wouldn't be aware of."
Tempest's attempts at hacking allowed them good information, but not all of it could be used. "Everyone here is fine as of right now, but I will be conducting an internal investigation to flesh out any other moles, but since Agent Bautista has confirmed it, I would say we are fine as of right now. We have information at our disposal, so how do we use it?"

Even Tempest felt it was too easy. "Someone left the backdoor open to their information. Someone that wanted us to find it. And if what Agent Abercrombie said is true, then their current plans may be switching. I will keep an eye out on it now that I have access to their files. I may be able to alter them in case we need anything."
Tempest hated being made a fool of and whoever left the door open for her didn't know her skills. She would find out more later. "I could search for a place we can go to, but if anyone has other ideas, I'm down to hear it. Damn shame about Kennedy though. I liked the guy."
