And it's relevant because what you said is a GM problem. The GMs should be in contact with players to make sure things are alright/need to be corrected. Therefore the explanation on radio silence is there. Also, you don't know about people IRL; were I living with Tundra, his issues with the internet would have been my own.

I'm aware that it's been labeled as a slow starting RP for leeway sake, and my very first sentence is explaining I have no issue with the delayed introductory post. (Helk, if anything it makes this taxing month easier on me personally.)

But RP's are a collaborative effort, so communication is crucial (Regardless of posting speed.) So I'd imagine, if I had been doing any work or had been purposefully reserved. I'd speak up about it before any such concern arose. And I don't exactly understand how someone else's justified real life delays has somehow effected you, when you've posted elsewhere. But I'm not solely pointing fingers at you, as somebody else hasn't technically finished their sheet either and is now trying to restart their own RP. (And I mean it seriously, in a sense that I'd have the same thought process for anyone, including myself.)

I also kindly reject the offer. Showing concern is showing interest in a roleplay, and is precisely the opposite of someone ready to jump ship.

Okay, so a couple of things.

First off, I appreciate your concern and that you want to see this started as soon as possible, but as Hero said, some things have gotten in the way. From my lack of balancing skills trying to do Nano, give RPs their fair share of attention, and my own general, sporadic writing moods that aren't NaNoWriMo-related, I've been slow on getting shit started.

Secondly, just because someone has posted elsewhere on the site doesn't mean they've neglected this one. Hero isn't the one who is writing the first IC post, thus not the one you should be directing your lowkey "I stalk your profile" statements at. Since I am the one who is doing that, look to my posting history in the last 2 weeks and you'll see it's been fairly limited.

And lastly, chill out, take a breather, and just enjoy the ride. No need to jump to the worst-case scenarios. Even if it takes another month - no, I'm not saying it will - but if it does, the RP will still see the light of day.

@Hero No, I saw that and it implies it's been that way for a while. So it's just when I've had things 'in progress' I message people about it so they know, so I make sure that no one gets concerned about it, is all.

And I vaguely recall Altered Tundra saying you were taking a step down/break from being Co-GM (either temporarily or something, I'm too lazy to double check.). So I don't know if that's still the case or not, so maybe the accuracy of this varies on that. But you sort of are/were apart of that too. I still can't say I've ever really seen what it accomplishes on the forum, saying nothing about anything, but I'd imagine that helping it move along and keep interest are the main point. (Only going by the tag on the forum for this one.)

I digress. Look forward to seeing your completed CS then.

I apologize if it came across as bitchy. I guess it's hard to not do that when you bring such things up. But as I said, and meant that I have no complaints regarding the introduction post. I hope I've made that clear, I've fully accepted that and realize you're genuinely dealing with things and I respect the communication of such.

And I guess I'd feel that way to people who had shown their finished/or said so, because playing the waiting game at that point is all you can do. But I don't bring things up for personal/individual roleplays sake, I do it for general pattern recognition.

And to try to lighten the mood/subject, have you been able to do NaNo at all? I'm surprisingly keeping up the pace. :3 (Even if I've been unable to accomplish much else in the process.)

FC stands for Face Claim, the image being used to portray the appearance of a character.

Changed my digimon line. I wasn't really feeling the Leomon/Liollmon route, so opted for Kudamon>Unimon>Tylinmon>Sleipmon. It'll be the final change I make.

Just felt like each character in the cast should be unique in the anime sense. Maybe I'm being arbitrary but my impulses were hot and bothered with two blondes in the cast. This was her original (pre-thread) FC, anyway.

@tobiax I know I wasn't asked. While I can't just give the exact picture (since don't remember wholly/might be mixing it because I've seen several switches.) I believe it was a long red-head/wearing a hat, older looking (believe older age) and more bored/apathetic face. The change to the younger looking/more bratty looking FC, probably matches the quote and general personality of the character better. (IMO, presumably there's as well.) Her clothing in the other picture was fancier as well, and this one more straight military/soldier outfit which also goes better with the character/history. (That's at least my general assumption/recollection of knowledge.)

@Altered Tundra Did you change anything beside the faceclaim and digimon? Personality/the rest? And did you change your last character because of the white hair/pale skin that was close to my character's appearance wise and you just wanted a more 'diverse looking' cast? I guess he does now look more like the typical digimon "Leader Guy" aesthetic now.

@SleepingSilence Oh. Yeah, the personality of the Digimon and tamer are the same. I just wanted to change up some things. And as for my reasonings, for the Digimon partner, I've lowkey really wanted to use unimon but I couldn't find a suitable line until tonight. As for Conrad himself, it was partially not to be too similar to the other characters (having two characters with silver hair and red eyes seemed a little too redundant, so I changed it). Besides, I'm quite satisfied with Conrad's replacement image (spoiler alert: it's still Kingdom Hearts-related teehee).

Oh no, I'm still not going to vie for the leader role. Or maybe I will. We'll have to see how developments happen ICly.

Speaking of, I'm more confident that I'm ready to get the first post done.

@Altered Tundra Oh, didn't realize you swapped Conrad's face- Must look: babu Sora. Whelp. [Not a bad choice, the stylized difference helps.] Also, Unimon is dope. I'd have picked Psychemon or Bakumon for my Rookie, but that's me. I also personally would have gone with big-casing Kudamon, but, again, that's just me.

@tobiax Psychemon didn't really fit the vibe I was aiming for. Tapirmon/Bakumon seems more like a ghostly mammothmon rather than the horse aesthetic I was aiming for with the lines. Plus Tapirmon seems to be more based on dream-based abilities and I was wanting to go strictly with a big of wind and light since it's been unclaimed (I checked all the sheets and wind and light hadn't been claimed as a dominant element). As for the other Kudamon design, something about the big ring its body hugs just didn't sit well with me. Plus, as a fan of Digimon Data Squad, I'm attached to the design for Kudamon in that one.

But thank ye. I'm more confident going forward.
