Alright, I'm done for today. LOL

I've added a bunch of info in the 0th OOC post and another District to the 1st IC post.

As some of you may be starting to notice, I'm adding a new district for each new character that gets approved. Once all seven characters are approved, we will have seven districts. At that point, I will draw a rough map of the city that will show all the districts and leave room for more as well.

You can start whenever you like. Everyone's story will start off with what they are doing on their own. Then we'll get together.

Okay everyone,

There is now a district for every character to start off in. They are listed in the order that the characters are listed in the "Characters" section. I would like everyone's first posts to show exactly where your characters are within their given districts and what they are doing. Let us get a feel for both your character and their surroundings.

After each character has an introductory post, I'll start stirring up trouble in the IC section.

Meanwhile, I'm going to start adding NPCs to the Characters section, probably starting tomorrow.

Alright everyone,

I'm completely done with the 0th OOC post, so please take a double take for the two new sections toward the bottom.

Also, I've added/edited a few characters in the "Pandemonium" post in the Characters section. So check that out when you get the chance too.

I'll be making my first IC post as my "Pride" character either today or tomorrow. After that, I'll add more minor characters.

Once all our characters have their introductory IC post, I'll start making Plot Moving Posts.

And feel free to battle minor characters in your introductory posts if you want. Just don't exceed a character's "Mob Max/Post".

Magic Manipulation. Look at the chart one more time, and look right under the title of the chart. You'll find all the sins listed above their corresponding character style.

This morning, I've took the time to add some more NPC characters to the Pandemonium post in the Characters section. Tonight, I plan to add one more cell to that post. That'll be the last one added to the Pandemonium section for now.

After that (probably tomorrow), I'll be making my first IC post. Then I'll add some more NPCs.

It took me longer to get an IC post out than I imagined, but the holidays can make life unpredictable, for sure.

I haven't decided exactly where my character is going yet, whether it be the south side of the downtown district, the governing district, or the unnamed district to the east of the governing district.

This brings me to an announcement. If anyone would like to move their character to a new district (at any time) all you have to do is let me know which direction your character is traveling. I have a vague idea what I want each district to be but nothing set in stone. Basically, when you let me know which way your character is going, I'll let you know some possibilities for what that district could be. I'll then listen to your preferences and base the new district around that.

FYI: Yes she caught a spider. I didn't want the faster reflexes or precognition. I wasn't sure about the webbing or where it would generate from. So I didn't add it. Poison was paralytic only. Since she had tentacles I didn't add any additional arms. Any of this illigal or unacceptable please let me know ^^

That's all fine. I'll allow it, but for now, this will have no effect on their power level. In fact, this makes me reconsider the way I was going to handle power levels entirely.

But I'm at work right now. I'll have to sleep on this and make a decision tomorrow morning.

@Balthazar007 Ah.. Apologies I didn't want this to affect the power level per say just to emphasize her envy and how she improves her self in small ways; unlike the eventuality when she captures a truly large NPC to conduct this process on.

So, I've decided to keep everything the same. You must defeat NPCs to increase your power level officially. What has changed is the core idea behind Power Levels in general.

I would like everyone to think of Power Levels not as a character's maximum power, but rather as a character's maximum confirmed power. In other words, Nil probably did increase her total potential by absorbing spider powers, but until those powers are used in battle and confirmed, they cannot be added to her Power Level.

Does that make sense?

Oh, and as long as you don't double post, you're fine. Just wait for me or someone else to post before you post, then you may post again.

One small issue. If you look through the districts map, you'll see that the downtown district isn't right above Spero District. There are unnamed districts in between and each one of them are the size of a major city on Earth. I don't mind if your character did run that far. After all, our characters are definitely capable of such feats. But I was just making sure you knew.
