[IC] The Rise of the Guardian

Maltoran catches Shinlo and carefully moves him to lay on a bedroll. Grabbing some water that was in a bowls, places his hands in the water, pulling his hands out of the water, his hands covered in the liquid, places his hand on Shinlo's forehead while his other hand is placed on Shinlo's chest. Hoping to cool and helps Shinlo's body go back to normal.

After Shinlo bit Ash's arm and pulls away, Orion gets to work for an antidote. Managing to get a drop of the poison he managed to squeeze out and placed it in a vial. And working on different methods. Till he was able to see the results he takes her arms and begins sucking the poison out of the wound. Making sure not to swallow a drop of it, Orion spits it out and continues till he feels it was enough. He goes back to his herbs and the poison he managed to extract. He works quick to find a suitable antidote. Once he was done, he takes the vial and slowly brings it to Ash's lips. He slowly pours a little into her mouth for her to try and swallow.

Shinlo was unconscious now, shaking as they laid him back down and his skin was sweating and sticking to his clothes.

Scarlet moved to help with the medicine and held Ssh up a sod she could drink the antidote. Ash was shaking from the pain.

Both assassins had moved and now let go when she was no longer going to hurt herself and others. Letting Scarlet and Orion help her. Carth could only watch, worry for his friends as they being treated and trying to make better.

Orion waited until Ash swallowed the little bit of potion before giving her some more.

Scarlet looked over and asked “How’s Shin? Is he okay?” Ash drank the potion down and cough a bit.

Shinlo was panting a bit as a fever was sitting in.

Maltoran continued to use his water abilities till he realized that a fever was setting in. He puts his hands back in the water and back out for his hands to be back to normal. He goes to grab a cloth before coming back. He soaks it before ringing it out, folding it and placing it on his forehead. "He has a fever. It I'm guessing his transformation took a huge toll on him."

"There we go..." Orion was relieved when Ash drank it. He hoped that this this would work.

Ash was pale but the point around the wound suddenly got hot and scarlet said “what the…is her body burning the venom out?” Then she looked over to Shin and cursed. “Makes sense. Even just his arm took a hit on him, then needing to shift just his mouth…I’m starting to think the goddess thing is a cover…”

[Jazz]

"We'll worry about that later, right now to make her as comfortable as possible." Orion states. "We need a bowl of water and a couple rags to help keep her as cool as possible."

Scarlet nodded and jumped into action, getting what he asked for. Shinlo was breathing fately, sweat pouring down his face. Ash seemed to be a bit better which was surprising

Orion was surprised too that Ash seemed to be recovering well. But will still place a cloth over her forehead. "Ash seems to be doing alright. Let's go check on Shinlo. If he had to change that much, he maybe running a fever."

Scarlet nodded and moved and said “Carth? Can you watch over her? Make sure she stays okay?”

Shinlo was shaking now, turning his head.

[Jazz]

Carth nods to Scarlet, then lays his head around Ash as if blocking her from everyone and everything. Hoping to keep an eye on her better.

Orion was examining Shinlo when he checked his temp. "If he has a fever I'll need to make a potion to relieve his fever symptoms. It will take a bit but I have everything I need to make it."

Scarlet moved over and checked Shinlo. “He has one alright. Must be bad for him to get a fever…” Shinlo groaned and tried to open his eyes.

[Jazz]

"Alright. I'll make the medication real quick. He quickly goes and grabs his other bag, coming back as he pulls out the pestal and mortar as well as the herbs required to make the medication for Shinlo. Taking a small kettle out he poors some water from a bottle he had water separated for this kind of use and poured it into the kettle before putting it on the heated rocks to boil.

He begins mixing the herbs till it was a paste. This gave him time for the water which was warm enough that he could pour a small amount in the mortar and mix it together. After he got that mixed, he adds a little more water and mixes it some more before pouring it into a cup and scooting back over. "Help get him propped up. I'll slowly pour the medicine so he can drink it. There's enough for two doses."

Scarlet nodded and moved to help Shin sit up, his eyes half opened and dull as they did. Scsrlet said “hang on shin…we have you…just hang on for us…”

Ash was curled against Carth now, shaking and pale but not too badly.

Orion carefully takes the cup to Shinlo's lips as he slowly pours some of the medicine into his mouth but in small doses so he didn't accidently drown the man.

Carth noticed her shaking. He carefully curls himself in to cover Ash and creats a warm space for her.

Ash sighed and relaxed a bit, stirring and opening her eyes a little “Carth…”

Shinlo drank the medicine slowly, Scarlet keeping him in the right place. She looked at Orion and said “can we help him? With this shifting thing?”

[Jazz]

Carth huffs a puff of air through his nostrils. "I am here. How are you feeling?" he asks.

Orion pulls the cup from Shinlo's lips and sets it down. "That I do not know. I could try to help him but I don't know how the transformations went over time. I will get more information when he feels better."

Ash looked up at him and smiled. “Hey there…what happened?”

Scarlet nodded and looked at Shinlo then said “wait…Isis. What if she’s part of this. She wasn’t with him during this. She’s in the wagon. What if he needs her to do the shifting?”

[Jazz]

Orion was confused. "I thought she was with Shinlo." He gets up and makes his way to the wagon in search for the snake, Isis just to be sure."

Carth blinks, lifting his head a little but then re-situates his head to see her better. "From what i understood you were reliving your memories to quick and too much for you to handle and so they had to stop it. Shinlo transformed his head into a snake and bit you and Orion had to treat it like a poison." he explains to her.

Isis was curled up in one of the bags, sleeping soundly.

Ash tried to sit up to look around and asked “where…is he…”
