I should include the Cardinal Knitter into this. She started off as a joke idea but she's actually incredibly epic. She has so many tricks up her sleeve that most of them are a secret, so all I can say is that she's in the high tier.

I can come up with so many creepypastas for one of her abilities just off of the top of my head. Luckily she isn't (normally) the bad guy.

There is formal in canon opposition to the Angar-Ryllan. They are presented in the Darashal location. But the crux of the NMV setting is the individual heroes and villians that propel individual story arcs forward. I am just providing a back story and hooks to allow your characters to meet as potential allies or foes.

Yeah, considering everything, his personal skill isn't that strong, it's when he started mixing things up with the stolen ability that it got annoying.

I like how long a lot of the posts are in this thing. Looks like I'll be forced to go all out and not get lazy again. I'll convert Evvie's sheet to what is needed here and then think of my second character. I'm not sure if the clones will count as a second character because they're more of a faction.

Both could work I think.
The lower tier could be born ready in their teenage forms, but the higher tier ones would have to grow up normally or at least has heightened growth rate.

Being born ready could be convenient because it could be like a natural stasis for them while they are on the transport ship, then they are born a few days before they reach their destination. They would have a dreamlike state once they are mature enough inside their "eggs" (probably not literal...but only probably) so that they already have some "real world" simulation experience to work with. They are also vaguely aware of the outside, so if one started to attack the eggs then they'd know to hatch manually, even if it's a bit too early. They grow at an enhanced speed inside the egg and can be considered ready anywhere between appearing to be 12 and 16 years old, the sweet spot for this form of birth. The elite adult Evvies that start from birth are never transported like this due to the increased danger level in their much longer and drawn out vulnerable state. They stay in the top secret facilities and do training for all of their lives once they are old enough.

Not really sure who would fight Evvie and her army of clones, it is an inherent disadvantage to face her and however many equal strength copies of her brought to the fight. As it is now there is only one character who can handle and defeat her in a fight and that is because they can simply unleash more raw power than she can.
