Excuse the unclearness of the statement I made. I should've been more specific.

I'm...pretty sure Skall set the RP up to not include 'sub-tiers' for the usual tier levels.

Also, that statement is pretty much loaded. It's practically begging for a massive argument/debate/shitstorm to erupt any second now.

*sighs* Said "sub-tier" is not listed in Arkaeis' CS and never was to begin with. Nevermind, all I was trying to say is he may be just at the boundary of high tier, or may indeed fall into the general scope of that tier.

We'll see when he is reviewed as I am not sure. He can be nerfed or further balanced out if he is indeed too "high tier" and goes further than I had intended. I'll probably add on a weaknesses and strength section to further clarify the pitfalls of his abilities, as there are quite a few despite there sometimes seeming to not be (as this has often been an issue I've had to conquer mostly due to the fact that Arkaeis' balancing factors are not always obvious to the common observer).

So basically...

Low Tier

Tier 1/Low-Low Tier: Basic Humans. Minimally trained. Think a bar fight or back-alley brawl.
Tier 2/Mid-Low Tier: Trained Warriors. Skilled and equipped with weapons. Think Samurai or Grunt Soldiers
Tier 3/High-Low Tier: Elite Fighters. Powerful Characters that have access to high-tech attacks or simple magic.

Middle Tier

Tier 4/Low-Mid Tier: This is where basic humans rarely tread. At this level, rather potent magic and technology is common
Tier 5/Mid-Mid Tier: Characters at this level are capable of causing high damage to their surroundings.
Tier 6/High-Mid Tier: Fights between players of this level may damage or destroy most unfortified buildings

High Tier

Tier 7/Low-High Tier: Battles between characters may result in a destroyed city or two.
Tier 8/Mid-High Tier: Long-term damage to the planet that is fought upon is not beyond possibility.
Tier 9/High-High Tier: Goku, Superman, Galactus, Doomsday, Hulk, Etc.
