I suppose that once you discharge the wool it'll be good to use. Cutting will be the real obstacle XD
Wooloo will probably be the main source of wool now, I recall its wool being used was specifically mentioned in the Pokédex.
Cotton comes from plants, so that doesn't have to come from a Pokémon, but it definitely could come from the right plant Pokémon. And silk is most likely from Pokémon.
Bulbapedia doesn't mention much about any industry when it comes to Pokémon, but I know Miltank farms are a thing in the anime and Moomoo milk is a known drink that comes from Pokémon.
I do sometimes wonder where the meat they eat comes from... They try not to talk much about Pokémon as food source for other Pokémon, although some Pokédex entries and anime episodes do hint to that. They don't talk at all about Pokémon as a food source for humans, except for that one anime episode where Ash, Brock and James fantasize about eating Magikarp.
