When Trevor entered the house he glanced around to take in where everything was and where the exits were. He narrowed his eyes at Tristan's hand under the table, but he knew he would do the same thing when strangers would come into his house. Even the curt tone reminded him of himself. At first impression, he appreciated this man. He was careful and could defend himself when needed.

He sighed when the girl came in crying about dragons. Of course, maybe Noble's beast had been able to hide fairly well, but not the big old dragon.
"I've killed a dragon before," Trevor told the girl. "Don't worry about the dragon outside; it's old and weak and I can kill it with ease if it turns out to be a threat."

Mikhal glanced around the meadow - it seemed like a good campsite and there was water. Granted, it was under the surface, but if they really needed it he was sure Meria could get it for them. For now he still had his waterskin. He put his bag and the lute he carried under his cloak on his back on the ground and started collecting twigs and branches so they could get a fire going.

Linda flew into the meadow with her small arms full of yellow berries that were similar to the kind of berries growing on a Rowan tree.
"We make this into a paste with some flowers. Be right back!" And off she flew again to collect more ingredients for treating Mercury's paw.

Meanwhile Meria walked around the meadow with the small water dragon in her arms. She smiled watching Terasivas scurry around.
"If there is no surface water here, I can bring some to the surface if someone needs it," she said as she looked at her companions.

Fiona watched the two dragons play with an amused look on her snout. It was nice to see them have fun.

"It's good to see one of the Order alive," Rachel said. "Have you seen any of the others?
At least the base wasn't compromised - she had feared this place would be swarming with soldiers of the king, but that wasn't the case. Still, it was quiet here. Much more than she was used to. Had the others survived?

Noble stayed calm before the little girl came in screaming about a Dragon. He instinctively linked himself to Comet to try and find out where she was. He relaxed his shoulders as he only saw tree leaves and branches of a high-up tree.
"Even if we don't kill the dragon." He started, kneeling to the girl and held out his hands gently to her. Hoping she would come take them and stand near him. "They may not pose a problem. I've read a lot about dragons, did you know there are some young dragons that are around the size of a pony?" He tilted his head with a smile, trying to make the little girl happy.

Noble looked up to Tristan with a gentle smile.
"We're on a mission of sorts." He started, glancing back to the girl for a moment and glanced towards Trevor and Gnol. "We're heading to see the Dwarves, and we can't travel when night falls. Our horses are tired, Duncan mentioned there was someone who can help." He said with a bow of his head. "We promise we're not here to harm you at all."

Ark watched the small dragon with a small huff before she looked to the human that was named Meria.
"If you can point out a bit with a small amount of water." She started, fanning her wings out slowly. "I would love to have a nice drink of water, not from a waterskin." She admitted.

Rai walked over to Mercury, looking over as Linda came back with the berries. She gently took them from her before she moved to put them to the ground. She pulled out a small bowl and started to prepare the berries for making a paste, she looked to Mercury with a small smile. "It's okay. We'll help you."

Ricki looked to her wing as they thought about injured limbs. She gave a bit of a sigh before stepped away from the group, crouching slightly before taking a few running steps before she headed up towards the air, flapping her wings quickly. She gained air for a moment, almost getting to the treeline before her wing started to ache and she fell quickly to crash into the ground. She maneuvered herself to crash on her side rather than face first, grunting as she hit the ground.

Kela bowed her head towards Crreessila. "A pleasure to meet you." She said before she looked to Rachel and her smile widened. "Well look who it is!" She called out before she ran and gave Rachel a gently hug. "I'm so glad you're alive." She said as she pulled away, moving to brush a bit of Rachel's hair from her face.

"Storm and Jake managed to escape the clutches, I don't know exactly where they are." Kela started, her smile wavering as she continued to speak. "Maxson... Didn't make it. We're... Leaderless currently. The Old Kings Dragon is still safe, from what I know there are a few off the other side of the map, keeping safe away from the King. I think it was Radar with Kii and Alex with Dree." She looked towards the figure by the entrance before she looked over to RedClaws before her eyes widened.

"No way!" She started before she headed over to him and held her hand out to the larger dragon. "Hello old friend." She said gently, "I'm sorry for your loss. I'm glad you're still alive, I was worried. Ram was worried."

Ram slammed his head into a tree as Orian tried to climb it, Orian clinging to the trunk as he started to slide down.
"RAM DON'T DO THIS." Orian yelled down to him as Ram backed out and huffed.

"I assume these are good people?" A soft voice came from the entrance, Seb stepped aside as the slender woman stepped out into the light. "I am not... Intruding am I?" Damien turned around quickly with a gasp.
Was this who he thought it was? He looked over the woman; taking in her soft olive skin and her straight green hair. Was it really...
"Destiny?" He whispered under his breathe, stepping back as the woman got closer.

Tristan held his daughter and listened to Trevor and Noble trying to take her fright away. The girl looked up to Trevor with big eyes. "Really?" she asked impressed, that a man could fight that big dragon meant he was way stronger than her brothers. When Noble said some were the size of ponies she nearly squealed "Really?!" Tristan sighed and rolled his eyes, she'd be asking for a pony-sized dragon for her next birthday now.

"A mission, right. Of course, Duncan would find himself a mission." Tristan said with a shake of his head.

Duncan sat down at the table and leaned back casually. "Noble over here is only forgetting a small detail, he kind of is the rightful heir to the throne."

Tristan was baffled and looked from Duncan to Noble and back. "He's what?"

"Your future King, Tristan." Duncan specified more clearly. "At least once we kick the current one of the throne of course. And we need the help of Dwarves and Dragons to do that. So that is our quest, we formed three groups, a couple of riders went to their headquarters, another group went to the Dragon Sanctuary.

"There are still Riders?" Tristan asked.

Duncan nodded while Tristan processed what this meant and he turned to the others. "We can trust Tristan, he used to be my squire. He always had my back. In fact, he still has my back by taking care of one of the most important things in the world for me."

The door to the living opened and a woman came in to retrieve the girl, two boys looked curiously at the strangers.
"I can kill a dragon too," said the oldest before his mother could stop him, he walked to the table. "Right father?" He wasn't looking at Tristan.

Duncan turned his head, grinned and went with his hand through the boy's hair. "You bet, with a hand tied behind your back."

Gnol raised his eyebrows before he hummed in his beard. "Well, well. Your squire is worth his weight in gold, your parents must have been thrilled Duncan."

"Enormously," Duncan replied dryly before he greeted Nelly with a kiss on her cheek. "You'll have us for the night, right Nelly?" he asked.

She smiled and nodded. "We don't have many rooms in the house but we can make sure you'll be comfortable in the living room or if you prefer the hayloft you can sleep there too. I'll have to kick you all out of the kitchen to make a meal in a bit though. Tristan, go to the cellar and bring up a small barrel, I'm sure our guests are thirsty."

Before Noble, she curtsied, "Your Highness."

Alan couldn't do much and kept an eye on his dragon. His dragon, he still couldn't believe it. Yet here he was, running around Ark's paws and chasing his tail. He helped Mikhal collecting some wood for a fire.

He watched Ricki as she crouched down to take off and stopped what he was doing, impressed by her flying. When her wing faltered and she crashed down, he threw down what he was holding and rushed over. "Ricki! Are you alright?" He glanced over her body, to see if there were any obvious injuries. He reached to help her up. "Perhaps you need some of that paste too, you think it would work on your wing too?" he asked.

Terasivas got tired running in circles and went over to Meria as she had said something about welling up water and he sure was thirsty now.

Crreessa grinned, she liked the energy of this one and she could kick butt so that spoke to her advantage too. she couldn't help wondering what her brother would have thought of her, he must have liked her.

RedClaws bowed his head slightly. "Thank you, Kela, if it wasn't for Crreessa I wouldn't have returned. She is his sister. It's as much her loss as mine. We bonded." RedClaws felt the pain of the loss of his first rider strengthen again. The bond with Crreessa helped but still, a part of him would always be missing.

Crreessa felt RedClaws pain, as well as her own, They both had that missing piece that couldn't be completely filled by their bond but it wasn't as gaping anymore.
She distracted herself by looking at who spoke up. A certain Destiny this time, it sure was a day of happy reunitings.

Trevor leaned against a wall with his arms closed as Noble and Duncan spoke to the inhabitants of this house. They didn't need his help here.
When the options for sleeping were presented he was quick to make his choice. "Hayloft," he stated. "I'm sure his highness over here won't mind."
If this was his house he wouldn't want some strangers sleeping inside. And hay would be more comfortable than the floor of this house, and both options were equally dry. Therefor the choice was easy.

Mikhal was busy with a flint and firestone when Ricky took off and he didn't notice her falling down when he heard her crash into the ground. He had partly risen when he noticed Alan was already with her, so he continued trying to get a spark in the kindling so they would have a fire soon.

Meria turned to Ark when the dragon spoke to her and she nodded. She walked away from the camp and put the small water dragon on the ground. Her eyes seemed to get a blueish hue and a moment later a small fountain erupted next to her. The water that fell on the ground floated away from the camp, but the water in the air was clean.
"I will be able to keep this going long enough for everyone to drink and fill a pot and waterskins," she told her travel companions.

The water dragon flew up and squealed as she flew through the water.

"Maxson..." Rachel repeated and she closed her eyes. Fiona, feeling the same grief, lowered her head.
Their leader was dead. Now what? Who would lead them to victory without Maxson. And they couldn't even appoint a new leader, because the Order wasn't complete. They couldn't make that descision as long as the other surviving members didn't return to their base.

When she heard Destiny's voice, she opened her eyes again and turned to face the woman. "You're not intruding," Rachel told her.
