⚡John Watts⚡ and 🏹 Arthur Twist 🏹

Location: Smallville?
Skills: Archery, Superspeed
Watts peered at Arthur, uncertain whether or not to trust him. Having raised little kids, Watts had seen plenty of episodes of PowerPuff Girls and he was almost positive that Mojo (or something close to it) was the main villain in that show. He couldn't discount that something incredibly odd had happened - he had been turned into a small child, as had the Cupcake Eater - but knowing that their enemy supposedly shared a name with the PowerPuff Girls made him more than a little bit skeptical of Arthur's information. Everyone seemed to accept 'Mojo' as being behind all of this, so Watts decided to work with the information until it became even more ridiculous. "She's right - we need to operate under the assumption that Pryor and the others are behind all of this until we can prove otherwise," Watts argued. "This could easily be yet another illusion."

He shivered slightly, unappreciative of the chill Sapphire was bringing to the home, yet the ground shaking was a larger problem. The gigantic purple robots responsible for the near earthquakes looked absolutely ridiculous. Had he not already disproved the theory that he was dreaming and none of this was real, Watts would have called balderdash. "I'll use my speed to dismantle them - these are proto-sentinels, designed to hunt and kill mutants," Watts declared. "The rest of you, distract them. I'm certain you are all familiar with the second Star Wars movie? Good. That should be enough of a plan even for you lot."

Arthur actually knew what he was talking about - he had seen those movies as a kid, long before he was stranded on the island. His EMP arrows seemed promising, since those ones could shut down electronics, but Watts' suggestion made him think more along the lines of his grappling arrows. He might be able to repurpose them into ropes of sorts. If he could tangle up the robot's legs, he could cause the robot to fall - just like in Star Wars. Did he want to take orders from the egotistical bow tie wearing twerp? No. Not at all. He aimed his bow, pulling an EMP arrow and letting it fly. The first one narrowly missed the robot - he wasn't used to such a weak bow.

Trying again, Arthur managed to hit one of the robots. The EMP arrow did its job, causing the might contraption to fail and collapse. One down, many more to go. He saw what looked like a blur crawling over one of the robots, as Watts used his superspeed (while wearing his suit, in order to protect himself from the friction) to rip out pieces of wiring. The robot's movement was definitely making it more difficult, and Arthur couldn't help but smirk slightly at that.

Evelyn looked at Andrew who said that they all were weird. "Well you do actually work with us believe it or not." Evelyn said towards Andrew when she started to feel the ground starting to shake a little bit. And made her way over towards the window to get a better view of what was happening. Seeing the purple robots coming over the horizon as they started to approach the house that they all had found themselves in, seeing that Watts knew what they were. "So basically hunter killer robots, awesome." Evelyn said as she stepped out of the house shortly behind Watts.

Pulling out some of the throwing knives that she had found back at the little makeshift range where she and Arthur woke up at she looked up at the closest one and aimed it directly at the eye of the Sentinel which flew true to its intended target. But it didn't really seem to phase it at all, while looking over at Watts who made a Star Wars reference, and turned to Sapphire. "Could you try and ice the floor near them maybe?" Evelyn suggested, since they didn't really have any kind of rope.

Casey followed shortly behind Evelyn out onto the yard of the house, and started to look up at the Sentinels there, and started to scan for the weakest point of the Sentinel's. Finding the neck was the weakest point before looking over towards the others before speaking up again. "Aim for the necks of them, that is their weakest point." Casey said, as she ran forward and tried to make her way towards its legs, and attempted to climb up.

Casey only ended up falling off of it's leg awkwardly and took a step back as she eyed the massive killer robot, hoping that it wouldn't really notice her. Casey wasn't sure if the Sentinel was pretty sure it was programed to kill all of them, and not just the mutants of the team either. She knew what Watts was also getting at as well, if they made them loose balance then they would be fairly easy to take down all together.

Belladonna

Location: Unknown
Skills: Elemental Imbuement (Sword and Morningstar), Sword Combat, Morningstar Combat

Bella didn't care at this point whether it was Mojo, Pyror, or Santa Claus. The first person she found out was responsible for this was dead meat. She was about to state as such to the group when the young Andrew looked out the window and pointed out the giant purple robots coming over. And she was willing to bet they weren't coming here to check on them. "Put us in these bodies and then send giant robots to kill us. Pointless."

She wasn't about to go down without a fight though, and the others seemed to share that sentiment. They all began to fight back. Her suspicions were correct. They seemed to retain their powers in these forms. If they truly wanted them dead, surely whoever did this would have made them younger, or taken away their powers. Either way, one of the robots had been hurt and the one girl, Casey, pointed out their weakness, which was all Bella needed.

She imbued her weapons (noting that she did not have her gun with her) with elements. Her sword was flowing with the wind and her morningstar now had ice flowing inside. This was risky, but she wasn't about to be taken down so easily. With a running start, she slammed her sword on the ground, propelling her skyward towards the robot's neck. Once airborne, she grabbed her morningstar and unleashed it, slamming it down on the robot's neck. She felt the impact, the shards of ice, and felt it crumble as the robot began to fall. She fell to the ground with a roll, slight pain, but she was all right. And one of the robots was taken out.

Elara

Location: Mojo... world?
Skills: N/A

Elara was surprised to hear Watts agree with her. She looked over at him and nodded along with what he was saying. Perhaps the feeling of being in a reality show, maybe even the feeling of being young again, was all one grand illusion. She shivered at the thought, but dismissed it as nothing but the dropping temperature in the room. She didn't want to fear Pryor, or the Mastermind sisters. They'd been taken down pretty easily, once the illusions stopped. They weren't a real threat right now.

The real threat was whatever suddenly made the ground tremble beneath them. Elara furrowed her brows, both in anger and confusion. What kind of game did Mojo put them in? They all looked out of the windows, and Elara felt her stomach drop at the sight of the giant purple people eaters coming towards them. Watts' description didn't help her either. "I think these are a little more sinister than AT-AT walkers." She muttered under her breath. While everyone else would be able to physically fight the mutant killers, Elara wasn't sure how she would be able to help them.

Elara was among the last of the group to go outside, but she didn't go past the white picket fence. The others jumped into action quickly. All Elara could do was stand back and watch. Illusions wouldn't work on technology. She didn't even have her baton. As if that little stick would help her now. Watts had his speed, and she watched in awe as he quiclky dismantled a robot. Arthur had his arrows, which quickly brought another down with an EMP. Evelyn's knives took out an eye, but they could easily lodge themselves into the neck of a robot if she wanted to. Bella's use of her abilities impressed Elara, too. She couldn't help but feel a little jealous as another robot fell.

The only ones who hadn't taken action now was herself and Sapphire. Andrew probably wouldn't be much help since he had no memory of his suit's ability. Where was the suit, anyways? She noticed that he carried the helmet, but she hadn't seen the rest of it.

The basement. What else is down there?

Elara turned away from the battle. There had to be something useful down there. She quickly made her way back inside, her converse taking her down the stairs into what appeared to be a lab. "Let's see what you've got, Andrew." She murmured as she began to shuffle through all of the tech and equipment.

After a minute of searching, Elara came upon what looked like a large gun. It was a little heavy, but Elara managed to hold it up and aim it at a nearby computer screen. "Well, it's worth a try."

She took two steps at a time as she raced back up the stairs. This time she headed past the fence and as close to the robots as she dared to get. She held up her new toy, gripping it like a rifle. She'd only shot a rifle once, but how different could this be? All she had to do was just aim the barrel at the robot, hold on tight, and squeeze the trigger. As awkward as her 11 year old body looked holding the gun, Elara managed to keep a steady aim. She took a deep breath, pointed it straight at the robot's neck, and fired.

It was nothing like a gun. The recoil nearly took her shoulder off, and she stumbled a foot or two backwards but kept her balance. Whatever fired out of the weapon missed the robot. She squinted her eyes into the light, realizing that there was some sort of explosion behind the purple shoulder. "What the hell is this thing, Andrew?" She asked, rolling her own shoulder.

Without waiting for his response, she aimed the weapon again. This time she gave it a firmer grip, leaned into the gun, dug her right heel into the ground behind her, and fired again. This time it didn't nearly knock her off of her feet. The blast hit the robot directly in the chest. A little too low from where she was aiming, but it definitely did some damage. She watched in satisfaction as sparks flew out of the machine, but she quickly frowned when it didn't fall. "Looks like I'll have to work on my aim."

"Ooooh I love the second Star Wars movie, Empire Strikes back is the best!" Andrew said before he watched as Watts zipped off. "Hey wait up! Seriously, make things difficult don't you?" With those last words, he took off back downstairs. After a few minutes, he came flying up, having put his suit on, and it seemed to be working somewhat. He knew that there were probably a few problems with the suit since he rushed it, but he was perfectly fine trying to do something at this point. Hearing Elara, he looked at the weapon she had in her hands. "Oh that, it's a weaponized contained explosion of sorts that makes it so that it seems contained but then it can explode. Long story short, think kind of like a grenade launcher almost, except it doesn't really have much of a delay. It makes things go boom!"

"...Why the hell is that a thing that you have?"

"I got bored."

"Okay then," she said with a shrug as she raced outside, frost emanating from her hands. She thought about Evelyn's idea, and she instantly ran and slid along a bit of an ice bridge, swirling around the nearest robot and she started sending ice flying. Unfortunately for her, her attacks didn't even seem to do much. Her attempts at causing the ground around them to be frozen didn't seem to be working at all either. "This isn't working!"

The robots now were having their chance to attack, as a laser shot out from their eyes, one smashed the ice bridge that Sapphire was on, sending her flying off and slamming into the ground, and another laser slammed into Arthur, throwing him back, burns appearing on his body. There was another laser shot, but it went wide and missed Belladonna. "Anyone have any other ideas?" Sapphire asked the others, managing to pick herself up off of the ground, before one of the remaining robots suddenly collapsed.

Seems like Andrew had managed to fly up there, shrink down and start wrecking havoc on the wiring within one of the robots (specifically the one Elara had been shooting at) and managed to finally take it down entirely as he reappeared right next to her in his suit. "...So that was fun... Not going to do that again since not sure if this thing is working properly so that I'd be able to do it again... Though I do have I think an EMP blaster or something downstairs too hidden somewhere, that might be more useful..."

The ground rumbled, as one more robot seemed to join the fray, except it wasn't entirely alone, this one had someone on its shoulder, and the man with the robot smirked slightly at the group. "Well aren't you a sorry looking lot, this shouldn't be all too difficult now should it?" he said with a bit of a laugh, looking at the group.

⚡John Watts⚡ and 🏹 Arthur Twist 🏹

Location: Smallville?

Arthur frowned, staring up at the blonde man that had appeared on the final robot. He looked like a long lost Hemsworth brother - the type that was cast in action movies like Star Trek or the Hunger Games. He seemed malicious as well, given that he clearly was the one responsible for these robots, and he was all too happy about trying to kill a bunch of children. Mojo's influence or not, that was unforgivable. Fighting children was dishonorable, even if they were armed. He didn't know if Mojo would let them die, but from what he knew, this was all supposed to be reality TV. Maybe they could use that to their advantage.

Watts huffed slightly, seeing the massive weapon Elara had on her. He didn't know anything about this girl really and he didn't know if she could be trusted with something that powerful. She didn't have the mind of a child, but he wouldn't have trusted her with that as an adult anyways. He wouldn't have even trusted Andrew as an adult with it and he had been the one to build the weapon. "Just don't point that at anyone or you'll get us killed," he snapped at her. He also had half a mind to confiscate Andrew's suit from him, but with the robots and this new foe, that wouldn't have been a good move. The suit was at least keeping Andrew safe.

"Mojo wants us to fight," Arthur explained to the others. He took his bow and set it down on the ground in front of him. "We'll never leave if we let ourselves be his puppets." Sometimes, the only way to win the game was to not play at all. They still had their powers for a reason. If Mojo wanted them dead, they would have died already, long before they were turned into children. He hoped that the others would listen to him and follow his lead, but he also was braced for some of them to try fighting anyways.

"...You want us to just let him kill us?" Watts scoffed, incredulous. He didn't know this archer, but the idea seemed rather dumb to him. Sure, he could agree with him that this Mojo person wanted them to fight, as they were appropriately armed - but what was to stop this man from killing all of them if they laid down their arms? He somehow doubted that he wouldn't go for fatal blows. He turned his back on the archer, instead peering up now at the newcomer. "Who the BEEP are you?" Watts asked, before frowning. "... BEEP. What the? I can't swear? What the BEEP?"

Evelyn watched as the Sentinel that Sapphire tried to attack shot out a laser, knocking her teammate to the ground and went over to her side, to see if she was alright. "Are you okay Sapphire?" Evelyn asked, since her plan didn't really seem to work at all on trying to slip the massive robot onto the ground. She watched as the other new girl Elara going into the house to find a weapon that she could use, Evelyn looked at Andrew who said he made it once it exploded. "Well that certainly is useful." Evelyn said, as the robot she had attacked suddenly went down as well and the one Belladonna attacked to rather easily.

Evelyn could feel the ground starting to shake and she looked over seeing another proto sentinel coming over towards them, and a man on its shoulder approaching them. She was about to grab her throwing knife and throw one at the man, when Arthur spoke up looking over at the man for a moment. She still wasn't to sure if he was trustworthy yet, though he did help them fight off a bunch of dinosaurs made by the Mastermind Sisters. Though she did remember something what Spiral said, before coming here, 'Learn how the world works rather quickly. Otherwise you'll never get back here.' Evelyn decided to take the sheath of throwing knives and dropped them onto the ground, she wasn't going to be anyone's plaything for entertainment. Evelyn stared at Watts for a moment, before speaking she was trusting Arthur at the moment. "I'd rather die than be someone's entertainment forever."

Casey looked up at the strange looking man who was sitting on the Sentinel's shoulder, she wanted to knock down the guy who was on it, though she took a moment and stared at Arthur, she wanted to get out of here as soon as possible she didn't want to be a stuck in a child's body forever either. Before joining the X-Factor team Casey did pretty much anyone's bidding and that wasn't her at all anymore either.

But she wasn't sure about him just yet either, and the guy on the Sentinel brought a bunch of them so that they could be attacked by them. Casey remained pretty quiet and still on guard as well, listening to Evelyn speak she, but she would still defend herself and the others if needed, she wasn't lucky enough like some of the others to have any weapons. Though she kept her guard up just in case the weird man did attack.

Elara

Location: Mojo... world?

Elara's eyebrows furrowed as she watched the sparking robot suddenly collapse. She looked down at her weapon to make sure that she hadn't accidentally fired it again. She definitely hadn't pulled the trigger, so what took it down? Her confusion was quickly answered when Andrew grew back to normal side beside her. Elara now raised her eyebrows and a slight smirk appeared on her face as he spoke. "An EMP blaster, hm?" She liked this guy. Especially his toys.

The ground began to rumble again as another sentinel approached them. Her head tilted back to look up at the figure on it's shoulder. His words did nothing to Elara but make her roll her eyes. She looked over at her new friend Andrew before aiming her blaster towards the robot's neck. Even if I don't get the robot, I'd knock the smirk right off of that guy's face.

Watts snapped at her, and Elara let her childish impulses answer for her. She simply stuck her tongue out at him before continuing to keep her sight on the robot. She listened as Arthur explained his point of view, and she even glanced over as he set down his bow and arrow. The move was unexpected, and Elara couldn't help but wonder if he had a point. She certainly didn't want to set her new weapon down if this robot did attack, but if Mojo's little pets didn't fight for him there wouldn't be a reason to fight, right?

She was all seriousness until Watts attempted to curse. She giggled and turned her head away from him so that he wouldn't see her laughing. It was amusing to know that even their words were censored like a real show. Which made her wonder. If they were set to play these roles, whether it be like the Teen Titans or whatever Mojo expected, what was the point of it all? What kind of lesson was Mojo trying to teach them? Or was this all just a huge test?

Even Evelyn and Casey agreed to surrender. Elara frowned. She wasn't exactly happy with the idea of setting her blaster down, but she was curious to see what Mojo or this new guy would do if they stood idle. Was refusing to play along the entire point of being trapped here, or would it end in their doom?

With a sigh, Elara slowly lowered the blaster and knelt to the ground. She laid it down in front of her and rested her hands on her thighs. Any way this went, she could easily grab it and fire from this position. "Well, Mojo? What do you think? If I had a tiny white flag right now, I'd wave it for you."

Bella was geared up for a fight, so the fact that there was discussion about not fighting really irked her. Even as the man appeared, laughing like someone told the world's funniest joke, she wanted nothing more than to deck him then and there. But the archer was right. This all felt a bit too planned. After all, they found each other easily enough and as soon as they did they were met with giant robots. And wasn't that an interesting juxtaposition too? Small children vs giant mechs.

Bella scowled, but she sheathed her weapons. "You better be right about this." She remained vigilant, but if it was a fight he wanted, he would have to look elsewhere. Or wait a little bit, depending on her mood. Bella fought the urge to crack a smile at Watts attempt to swear. It was kind of comical to hear a bleeping noise coming from a child's mouth, even if that child was Watts.

Bella sat on the ground and closed her eyes, entering into a meditative state. If doing nothing was going to achieve something, she may as well get something out of it.

"Yeah, I'm fine," Sapphire said with a slight shrug towards Evelyn as she glanced over at a few of the others who seemed to have decided that they weren't going to fight the robots anymore and not fight the guy who was with the robots and what not. "...Are you guys sure about this? Since you do realize odds are that he probably will still blast at us and probably kill us right?" she pointed out, not letting her guard down with her powers at all. She did not feel like dying today, and considering the fact that just about everyone was laying down their weapons, she couldn't help but agree with Watts.

Andrew couldn't help but laugh slightly at Watts trying to swear, "Well clearly you can't swear... Which if you don't want to constantly be censored I'd try not to..." he said with a bit of a smile, before turning to look over at Elara. "Yeah, an EMP blaster... Though he's right, you want to be careful with that weapon you've got... It's not exactly the easiest thing to get a hang of, and the recoil might knock you down..." he said, glancing at the others now. He was a little confused as to why they were more or less refusing to fight at this point.

"Are you all really not fighting back? That just seems pathetic to me," the man said with a smirk, as he was about to have the robot send a blast at the group, but suddenly everything froze, as if someone had hit the pause button.

"I personally expected this, but Mojo sadly did not," a familiar voice behind them spoke, and if they turned around, they'd see the rather familiar figure of Spiral. "You see, I personally did not really want to bring you here, but I needed your help with something, more of a friend of mine needed your help, and unfortunately I am unable to aid him myself."

"Give us one good reason to help you?" Sapphire snapped at her, before she sent ice flying at her, but Spiral easily deflected the shards away from her.

"Relax, I'm not here to fight you, though if that is what you wish, then so be it. I told you all there was a price for my aid, as a few of you would not be here if it wasn't for me."

"...I'm confused, who are you exactly?"

"There were a few, side effects of that aid. I also can help you all get back to normal after this, however if you don't help me, then you are all going to be stuck here, since you can annoy Mojo all you want with your antics, but it will either result in you all being stuck here forever, or end up dead, it depends entirely on what you do."

Evelyn gave Sapphire a slight nod, the fall looked like it was pretty rough as her attention turned over towards the man who was standing on the shoulder of the Sentinel. She really didn't like him right now, but Evelyn really didn't want to be a pawn in Mojo's weird little game, she was about to defend herself when the Sentinel was about to fire it's laser at all of them. Only for time around them seemed to stop all together, Evelyn turned around when she had heard a familiar voice. She stared down Spiral who had ended up bringing all of them here in the first place.

"Her name is Spiral, she was the one who originally helped us try and find you back in the Sisterhood's hideout." Evelyn said looking over at Andrew who asked who she actually was. She wasn't surprised that Sapphire tried to attack the woman after all she did bring them all here and turned them all into kids again. Evelyn didn't really trust Spiral right now either who seemed to have some other motives going on at the moment.

"What happened to the Sisterhood who we were fighting against?" Casey finally spoke up, since none of them were here right now she was pretty sure that they ended up either escaping or having to deal with Mojo somewhere else here. Casey didn't really like being used as a pawn in someone's game or entertainment either really for that matter. Casey looked over at the others, she wasn't sure what the others wanted to do right now either and she was pretty sure Spiral would defend herself or leave them all here.

"And how do you expect us to help your friend where is he right now if we are all stuck here?" Casey asked again, looking over her shoulder at the guy on the Sentinel's shoulder. She wasn't sure if he was the one Spiral was referencing to or not either, she just wanted to get out of here and to not being a small little child anymore either.

⚡John Watts⚡ and 🏹 Arthur Twist 🏹

Location: Smallville?

Watts clenched his tiny fist slightly, seeing that Evelyn chose to align herself with the brooding archer over him. She didn't even know the guy - and while Watts didn't feel romantically inclined towards her at the moment, he had considered the two of them to be friends. This was going to get all of them killed, he just knew it. If they refused to defend themselves, then they would be killed and made into an example probably. Their abductor would then just begin all of this again with someone else. The new girl was giggling and he tightened his fist, enraged. He had half a mind to pick someone up and throw them at the sentinel. "This is suicide," Watts snapped. Belladonna was going along with this too - why?!

Shockingly, Sapphire was the only reasonable one. "I am surrounded by BEEPing idiots," he muttered, kicking at the ground slightly. It was making him even angrier that he couldn't swear properly. He released stress in a number of ways, chief among them were cursing, throwing things, inventing things, and punching holes in the wall. Watts' baby face was set into a glare as Spiral appeared, beginning what Watts could only classify as a monologue. He wanted to punch her teeth out. Casey and Evelyn had questions for her, acting like she hadn't been an accomplice to all of this, like they hadn't been abducted and turned into babies, made to fight for entertainment. It was barbaric. "What the BEEP do you want us to do, you BEEP?"

Arthur sighed slightly. He didn't really care for the other man on the team - meaning Watts, as Andrew struck him as a genuine child in this situation. This place made him miss Krakoa almost. Spiral needed their help and from what it sounded, if they did what she asked, they'd get to escape and go home. He'd be able to track down anyone else affiliated with the Sisterhood and cross them off the list, continuing to avenge his father's murder. He didn't know what he'd do after that. His entire life was a mission of vengeance. "Spiral - how can we help?" Arthur asked her simply. He didn't move to pick up his bow.

If this was what they needed to do, then so be it. It was better to complete a task for her than to just play for the amusement of Mojo. It had a strong chance of them getting out of there alive before they were old and grey, too. He didn't know if the rest of the group would go along with what Spiral wanted - the speedster in particular struck Arthur as a bit of an ass - but it didn't matter. He'd complete the job with or without their help. He was used to working alone anyways.

Elara

Location: Mojo... world?
Skills: N/A

The man's laugh did nothing to convince them that Mojo wouldn't have them killed. Elara braced herself, her hands inches away from the blaster in case she needed to defend the group. One blast wouldn't get them all. She'd just have to hope that it wouldn't land near herself.

The robot never fired. The man upon his shoulder froze with the irritating smirk stretched across his face. Elara felt relieved. Their plan had worked. She looked around for Mojo, but instead found herself staring at Spiral as the woman spoke. Elara rolled her eyes and grabbed her blaster as she stood. The barrel was aimed for Spiral. She frowned as she thought about Spiral's words. So she helped us out just to put us in another dangerous situation as payment? How did she expect us to help her friend if she couldn't do it herself? The girl can make portals out of thin air.

She scoffed when Spiral called their young bodies "side effects" of her help. She almost felt like blasting her right then and there, but her next words kept her from doing so. "So, we have to trust that you will help us once we help your friend?"

Casey asked a great question, and then to Elara's surprise asked another one. It would be extremely comforting to know where the Sisterhood had gone to. Of all the outcomes that Elara expected from this little adventure, she expected Spiral to still be working with the Sisterhood the most. Unless Spiral only helped the group out because the Sisterhood had something to do with her trapped friend.

Watts wasn't happy with Spiral's explanation at all. Elara was easily able to fill in the blanks in Watts' censored question. She looked back towards Spiral, eager to hear her answers to the others questions, but she heard the Green Hood speak up.

Elara looked over in his direction to see that he hadn't even picked up his bow. She watched him for a few moments and realized that he was probably the most rational one in the group at the moment. She looked back at Spiral and looked for any signs of desperation in her expression. It took Elara a few moments to come to her own decision. She slowly lowered the blaster.

"I'll help, too. You really could have just asked us for your help back at the warehouse, but I'll consider that poor judgement on your part." She looked Spiral right in the eyes. "What can we do to help?"

Bella hadn't actually expected things to go as smoothly as they did, but no one was fighting, so it seemed to work. She was mildly amused at Watt's continued antics and his expression of the situation. And she didn't trust Spiral as far as she could throw her (which was, admittedly, less far in her present form). The others seemed willing to help.

"If everyone wishes to help then so be it. But I will be keeping an eye on you and the situation and if anything comes across to be as sketchy then I will not hesitate to end you, whether or not that fixes things here matters little to me presently." She stood up, brushing herself off.

"So, where do we go from here then?" She also kept an eye on Watts, sure the boy (man? boy?) would do something or say something rash to put this in jeopardy.

"Unfortunately the one who needs help is constantly put in situations much like the rest of you are. Free will as I have said before is an extremely rare thing for anyone on my world who is not one of the Spineless ones. Most people are genetically engineered to be slaves to them, it is not a pleasant existence let me tell you that. Anyone you fight in this world will likely be one of Mojo's slaves who are brainwashed into completely being a part of these scenarios. Longshot is no different. Especially since Mojo knows that he is one of the few who does have a sense of freewill and wants nothing more than to keep that away, especially since Longshot tends to like to rebel..."

The name Longshot would ring a bell in the minds of a few people. Watts, Arthur and Casey would all be able to recognize the name, as someone who has gone to Earth more then once over the years, a known associate of the X-Men's, and his main super power was essentially the ability to manipulate probabilities, essentially the super power of luck. Which is partially how he had gotten his name.

"So... You want us, to help your friend Longshot, do what exactly?" Sapphire asked with a bit of an eye roll. This was a weird sort of request, and definitely not the best way to go about asking for help in any sort of way. However, she was wondering like everyone else where the Sisterhood went. There was no explanation so far, and she was starting to wonder if Spiral planned on telling them where they were at all.

"As for where the Sisterhood is, of that I am unsure. They disappeared not too long ago, and could be just about anywhere right now. I'm not even a hundred percent sure that they went through the portal with us when I brought you to Mojo World."

"...So you want us to help your friend, you have no idea where these Sisterhood people went, and we are stuck in this situation for what reason? Fun... Still not even sure what's going on, but whatever, let's do it."

"Unfortunately I can't really pull you out of this current situation, however I might be able to manipulate a few things... I can create an exit for you to go out back into the real world, but that is about all I can do without drawing Mojo's suspicion. However, if you manage to drag any other person you encounter through the exit and they leave with you to the real Mojo World, then they should essentially be snapped out of it and be back to their normal selves, as much as possible anyway."

"So once again, we have to trust that you'll help us out no matter what sort of situation or whatever. What's stopping you from screwing us over and causing us problems in the long run?"

"Nothing, however given your current situation you don't have much of a choice now do you?"

"...She has a point there, we don't exactly have anything to lose..."

"You don't have to trust me, you don't have to help me, however I suggest you make your choice somewhat soon. I have to go before Mojo starts questioning what's taking so long, and the world will only remain frozen for a few more moments. So make your choice, or have Mojo kill you all, it does not matter to me. But play along partially with everything that is going on, and you will eventually be able to get out of here, that I can guarantee you," she said, before there was a slight flash of purple and she disappeared.

"She still didn't say who the hell we are supposed to be trying to help! I mean she said the guy's name, but didn't think to tell us what the guy looks like? Also still not sure that we should be helping her out at all if you ask me!"

"...Well she was right, we don't have much of a choice... And sounds like she's going to open up a way for us to leave this place... As for who the guy is... You don't think it's the guy with the robots or whatever here do you? I mean think about it, she said that if we pulled someone else through it, if they were brainwashed or whatever, it would free them from it... So why say that if Longshot wasn't stuck in this reality with us?"

Evelyn Holder

Casey Frazier

Evelyn glanced over at Watts for a moment, she didn't like this situation one bit either and she didn't want to be trapped in her thirteen year old body anymore than the others right now either. They were trapped here for the time being which Evelyn didn't like at all either but they would have to play along still anyway. "I don't like this either Watts." Evelyn said giving him a little bit of a look, as much as she wanted to fight, they needed to be smart right now. She listened to Spiral once more offering her aid or what little aid that she could give them. Crossing her arms over her chest letting out a little sigh at least it was something, and the person that they needed to rescue went by the name of Longshot which she didn't know who that was.

Evelyn didn't like that Spiral didn't know where the Sisterhood members were since all of them were there before they were forced to come here in the first place as well. "Alright, so we bag and tag him, and take him through the portal easy enough.." Evelyn said, as she watched Spiral disappear, she was about to ask where they could find it. But she was gone before she could even ask, while looking over at the others they didn't have much time before time resumed. Evelyn reached for her throwing knives again and wrapped them around her waist, maybe this Longshot guy was the one on the shoulder of the Sentinel she wasn't sure though really.

The name Longshot jogged her memory a little bit, as she looked at the others in the group before speaking. "Longshot is an associate of the X-Men, so he's will most likely be on our side." Casey pointed out, remembering reading it somewhere awhile ago, while she didn't like having to be forced to work with Spiral again. They didn't have much of a choice at all right now, and forcing Longshot out of here so he could get his will back was their only real shot.

Casey turned her attention towards the lone Sentinel still there with the man on it's shoulder, she wasn't sure if that was Longshot or not, but it was someone that was most likely here against their will. "He could be Longshot, I recognize the name." Casey said while turning to face the Sentinel again while looking over at the others. Time was still frozen so they needed to move once time did resume which wasn't to much longer from what Spiral said. "We should move out of the way, and take down the Sentinel once time does resume." Casey suggested.

⚡John Watts⚡ and 🏹 Arthur Twist 🏹

Location: Smallville?
Skills: N/A
"...You let the Sisterhood escape?" Arthur snapped softly. He had been operating under the assumption that Spiral had sent them off to prison or that they had gone to rot somewhere. Hearing that she had no idea where they were - that his father's killer was at large backed by a nefarious group of murderers - it made his blood run cold. Vengeance was the only thing that gave his life meaning. He couldn't let his father's death go unanswered. His rage made him not want to help Spiral at all now, to let her feel the same anger coursing through him. But Spiral didn't answer him. She just stepped through a portal and left after telling them they had to play along.

He grabbed his bow from the ground, his throat feeling oddly constricted. He needed some outlet for this anger and knowing that Spiral had screwed up everything for him, he didn't want to do anything to help Longshot. He didn't want to play along with all of this. He wanted to scream and run off in a huff. In the stages of grief, he had skipped denial and gone straight to anger. He didn't care that Longshot was associated with the X-Men. He wanted Madalyn Pryor's head on a pike and now he knew she wasn't even suffering. Spiral could have thrown her in jail. She could have tied her up at the bottom of a well.

But instead, the devil was free, still breathing - and Arthur's father was rotting six feet under.

"If Longshot is so lucky, then he shouldn't need us," Watts grumbled. He didn't like this situation at all and he didn't want to play along with Mojo's games. But he also enjoyed living and he had to get back to Earth - he had to get back to his kids. Leda had her mother and her grandparents, but Stephen was all alone. He hated the thought of Stephen thinking he had been abandoned. The only other person they had found stuck in this reality was the evil kids show villain, so Watts assumed that was Longshot - the person keeping him away from his kids and preventing him from finding a solution to Andrew's predicament.

He nodded. Casey was right, he figured. "That's him - there's no one else around, we're in the middle of BEEP nowhere." With time frozen, he decided to take advantage of that fact and reposition himself. He ran around the sentinel until he was behind it, figuring that he might be able to nag Longshot and take down the robots better from that vantage point. He had his speed anyways to help him. And then they just needed to find an exit and get home.

Belladonna

Location: Unknown
Skills: N/A

Bella hated this situation with every passing minute, but it seemed there was little choice. If they wanted to be out of this predicament, they would need to help this Longshot fellow. It seemed a few of them recognized the name, at least. And if he was an associate of the X-men, it likely proved to be in their favor, though Bella wasn't dumb enough to automatically assume that all X-men, past or present, were allies. Far from it.

"We have little choice and no time, so I suggest we help." She glanced at Watts, wondering if he liked this as much as she did. And she was bothered at wanting his approval, even slightly. She shook it off and chalked it up to her child's body. "So we take down this thing and we go forward. Shouldn't be difficult." She unsheathed her weapons and prepared herself for a fight. She really wanted to hit something now.

Elara

Location: Mojo... world?
Skills: N/A

Elara was uncomfortable with the thought that any living being in Mojo's world could just be another brainwashed mutant. Her eyes drifted towards the frozen man on the sentinel's shoulder. So, he was one of them, too? How could they fight him now, with this knowledge? Better yet, how could they break him out of this trance?

Then Spiral told them that she had no idea where the Mastermind sisters were. Elara tensed, remembering her encounter with Pryor's abilities. It was unnerving that she might have gotten away. There was still a possibility that Spiral was working with the group. Or they could even be working with Mojo. If anything, this information made Elara want to get out of this reality as much as possible. The green hood didn't seem happy about this either.

Elara agreed with both Sapphire and Andrew. In her opinion, Spire could send them right back into Mojo's reality once they saved her friend. Yet, they had no other choice. She was sure that if they stayed in Mojo's world long enough, they would become another brainwashed character in Mojo's reality, like Longshot.

"I'm going to guess that Longshot is our robot-riding friend, here as well." She said, agreeing with Andrew.

Casey's words only confirmed her suspicion. Elara nodded along with her plan and watched Watts move into position. Elara did the same. She knelt on the ground and rested the blaster against her shoulder. Everyone else seemed to prepare for battle too. She almost had a notion to let loose on the robot before time unfroze, but she had a better idea.

"Hey, Andrew. Do you remember where that EMP blaster is? If we can't take it down without hurting the man, an EMP emission would definitely help." She looked over at Andrew and flashed a grin.

Demetria Clarke and Andrew Rossi

Location: Unknown
Skills: Cryokinesis

"I can go get it real quick, I know exactly where it is!" Andrew said instantly to Elara, before he more or less took off flying back into the house.

"Watts stop trying to swear! It just sounds hilarious when you try and get censored so if you don't want to get laughed at anymore then maybe you should just sit there coming up with creative ways to more or less get your point across, since it just sounds funny to me," Sapphire said, clearly trying to hold back from cracking up laughing. It was funny in her mind the fact that he was sitting there constantly trying to swear and failing miserably at it. Glancing back over at the robot that was still frozen, she was starting to wonder just how much longer everything would remain frozen.

As if right on cue, everything started moving again, and the giant robot was looking right at them, before it fired off more then a few lasers at the group. One would slam into Evelyn, knocking her down to the ground, and one would just barely miss Watts, but he'd be able to dodge out of the way just before it hit him. The next shot slammed into Sapphire and threw her back onto the ground again, and she was really starting to get more then a little annoyed with constantly getting knocked down. The last two shots hit Arthur and Elara, knocking them down to the ground for a moment. The gun that Elara had luckily didn't fire off, but had been knocked away from her by the blast.

"Okay, I'm getting more then a little annoyed by this guy. Like seriously?" Sapphire said with a bit of a huffy breath as she got up off of the ground. Could someone really get anymore annoying then they already appeared to be? She sent shards of ice flying at the man who was on the robot's shoulder, as he was currently more or less laughing at them. She managed to nick his arm with a shard of ice, slicing through his sleeve slightly, however something really weird seemed to happen, as the remaining shards seemed to curve around and nearly hit her instead.

Andrew by now had come back up from the basement in the house, with a large weapon of some sort in his hands, and seeing what was going on around him, and he sent a blast from the weapon towards the robot, however his shot seemed to almost go wide for some strange reason. "...Okay, that was weird," he said before racing over to Elara and setting the gun down before helping her off the ground. "Something tells me that you are a better shot then me, so why don't you try it?" he said to her, before he handed the weapon to her.
