Outside of Serval - Several Hours Later Two people gathered outside of Serval Industries, it had been only a few hours since the incident involving the Brotherhood attacking the facility during the gala.
One of the two women had just exited the building, not triggering security in anyway as she went, carrying a case of sorts with her. The other
woman gave her a stone cold look, almost like she was more annoyed then anything.
"So, have you found a way to fix the slight miscalculation in our plans Martinique?" "Yes... I believe my sister and I have, the incident ending the way it did with the Brotherhood was... Unexpected to say the least, however we may have found a way to turn this into a potential success." "You better have Mastermind, my patience is growing thin... The goal was to simply have the Brotherhood distract the X-Factor buffoons, but instead they destroyed the one thing we actually wanted to keep intact. The idiots, we told them specifically not to enter the CEO office, but of course any child of Magneto cannot follow even the most simplest of instructions." "Yes... Well, we might have turned this into a bit of a roaring success." "I am guessing this success has something to do with what is inside of the case you carry and why you asked to meet me out here? You clearly took something from Serval, so what was so important that could make up for this mistake that causes you to bring us out here, where we constantly have to use our abilities to make sure we are hidden from prying eyes." "Oh, believe me, this will definitely be worth the trip... I have also spent some time while in the area to set up a base of sorts for our operations... The Sisterhood will do something that Magneto and his goons have failed to do... Make the world a better place for all of Mutant kind." "I certainly hope so... How are things going for dear Regan within the walls of Serval Industries? I would suspect fairly boring..." "Oh, things are going quite well, the X-Factor team that she controls, as well as our mole among them, causes great issue within them. They are more then a little divided, given what happened to one of their members." "That is a good thing. Their division will be their undoing, and in due time, Regan will be able to leave this wretched place and join us and the others... So let's take our leave and go to this base you have set up nearby. Our mole has their orders, and us being closer will make it easier for them to give us any new information that may prove useful. Your sister has sent us the files on the roster of the team correct?" "Yes she has, and the facility is not far," the woman called Mastermind said, before she started walking away. The other woman glanced back once more at the Serval building, this time with a slight smirk.
"If only they knew just how useful they are to us, it would definitely make things more interesting in the long run. We'll be able to do whatever we want, and they won't be able to stop us," she mused, before following after Mastermind.
It had been a grand total of 4 weeks since the team's last, and so far only mission, went so horribly wrong. Despite Watts' protests, Bobbi and Wesley were still allowed to stay with the team, and for the most part Gardner essentially let the group do whatever they wanted, and told them that for team leader she was appointing Psylocke, as the woman had more experience when it came to combat situations. Not to mention if she appointed just about anyone else, she was fairly certain that Watts would complain in some way. Aside from that one little thing, she told them that she didn't have any new missions for them, but if something came up that they wished to pursue, just let her know about it and they'd be clear to go.
As for any information members of the team found out during the time, there was quite a bit that was discovered. Belladonna found out more then a little bit of information on the Brotherhood's potential plans, including what they might do now that they do not have the splicer. Since they essentially had access to Wanda and Pietro Maximoff for a little while, she was able to get some information from the pair about everything.
She'd be able to discover what it is that Magneto's full plan had been. His idea had been to use the splicer in order to replicate it on a much larger scale. They were going to see about turning the world's leaders into mutants, however there was no telling, as Sapphire had said, how stable the splicers capabilities would work. If there was one slight miscalculation in how it was used, it likely would result in the deaths of any human who was hit by it. With a little digging, Bella would be able to figure out that odds were that he'd send Mystique to go free the twins from their imprisonment in the Raft. After that it was up in the air, there was a chance he might start gathering his forces to attack Serval once more, or he could just attack any major city in the country most likely.
Wesley, meanwhile, in his quest to uncover information about the CEO Rae Gardner, he'd discover a few key facts about her. One of them being that she hadn't actually been a part of Serval Industries before Harrison Snow's death. She bought out the company and became CEO afterwards. A few other key things of note would be that she has a sister, but what her name is isn't exactly well known. One other thing he'd discover is that Gardner didn't really appear anywhere until just a few months before she became the CEO of Serval, which definitely wasn't something that was normal for most people.

Things had more or less calmed down since the incident involving the Brotherhood. Unlike a few of the others, she wasn't too keen on trying to figure out fully what had happened. In fact she didn't really want to know what had happened. Sure, she wanted to destroy the Brotherhood for everything that they had caused a month back, but that wasn't such a simple task. The X-Men tended to do that on a daily basis practically, so there wasn't really much of anything that they could do.
Andrew was gone, and nothing would be able to bring him back, so they were stuck with a team that essentially couldn't stand to even be in the same room as each other. They weren't a team, and at this rate she figured that they never would be. Everything went downhill the instant that Snow had died, and now someone else was gone and nothing was being done. Serval hadn't even really acknowledged the fact that Andrew had been killed, they just sort of brushed it under the rug! Everything about the company was getting more and more annoying.
She threw a dagger made of ice, and it slammed into the bulls-eye on the target. Sapphire was annoyed with everything that was going on, and she wasn't even sure what to do. Gardner wasn't even sending them on missions or anything, letting them do whatever the hell they wanted. When she had looked into Gardner, she hadn't found anything about her really, but she wondered if she was the only one looking. Though Sapphire never thought to really ask anyone else for help about it. If someone found something important, then maybe they'd say something. Until then, she was just going to leave it be, and just hope that someone decides to kill Gardner at this rate.
