Bio: Tiberius is the Prince but never took well to the pampered life instead he enlisted in the kingdom's Navy as a regular Sailor and climbed the ranks as a peasant would. He dislikes disobeying his parents as he feels they should deserve his utmost respect. He dreads the thought of having to leave the military one day and become the King.

mainly elemental powers are in the roleplay but they can be trained in other skills like swordsmanship for example.

basically they can not be too powerful or too weak.
