I thought it would be interesting for Iris to think he is dead from the sounds of gunfire. Especially as she likes to blame herself for it all haha. I was thinking the guard that helps will tell her no he is still alive for now~

That makes sense, since the gunshots would be loud.
Cas definitely hit his limit with how much torture he can take too ^^; Iris might have a hard time getting him to move at first when they need to run. I also see the border patrol freaking out when they get there and calling for an ambulance to take him to the hospital, because he'll have to have the broken bones treated and the bullet surgically removed from his leg

Oh gosh I can only imagine trying to get him out will be difficult, but thankfully there will be a lot going on with the attack on the base!

Did you want me to move it to next day? Ethan will probably just dump Cas back in his cell, but he'd have someone wrap the wound to stem the bleeding.

They spent the whole day with us yesterday, so today they're going to be visiting some of their other friends in the city and then going to a wedding tomorrow evening.

We all just got back from getting breakfast together :)

Yeah, I missed it. We also don’t see these friends a lot because they live 5 hours away from us and have a baby on the way, so they’re busy busy.
