Aj was sitting at the bar sipping his drink with Jessica. He turned his head when the door opened. He saw the vampire walk in and walk over to the bar near them. He at Jessica then Roxanne.

Jory smiled and got her moving with him again on the dance floor. "Well like what were the rumors you heard about me?" He asked her

“I like to work out a little and I loot hanging with friends,” Roxanne said as she wish to tell Aj more about herself. She walks over to a couple that sat down at the bar as Roxanne is thinking this guy must be the owner.

He looks at Roxanne, his blue eyes glowing for a moment. "Is there something I can help you with miss?"

Aj turned his attention back to Roxanne when she spoke. when she went over to the bloodsucker he wanted to stop her. He didnt know if she knew what happened here since she was new to town.

“Could I get you a drink or something to eat,” Roxanne ask the guy as she notices Aj’ a expression.

He shakes his head softly. "I don't eat much. Thank you for the offer though."

Aj took a long drink of his beer. He turned his head looking for Jory and Catherine. He knew this was the friend he was telling him that Catherine was looking for. He spotted them on the dance floor. He liked seeing his friend happy and decided not to interupt them. He didnt trust the vampire though. he snorted at the comment that Roxanne made about getting that guy something to eat or drink.

Mary shook her head.
"It's fine."
She faintly smiled at him. She blinked and looked when she felt eyes on her. She frowned and sighed. She blinked when her vampires eyes turned red.

Jessica blinked. She noticed how Aj was looking at her and Roxanne. She soon noticed the vampire. She narrowed her eyes and frowned.

Catherine sighed.
"You ask out every girl you meet, 'picking up' girls for starters. You dump one pretty face for another too."

Aj shook his head "I hate you blood sucker" he says "you came in terrorized us and turned this city upside down" he said anger in his eyes.

Now he stopped dancing. "Then why ask me out?" He asked her. He lost his smile. "I'm a flirt I dont hid that fact but I dont ask out every girl and when I genuinely like someone want to spend time with them. I move on because I find out that the girl was using me for who I am and my assesst my family possess" he says

He shrugs. "You make it sound like I care if you hate me. Almost everyone here hates me, yet you don't see me batting an eye." He stares Aj in the eyes. "Would you rather I drained you all? I could have. Yet you lived." He calmly sips his drink. "I didn't, 'turn the city upside down', I took back what was mine to begin with. The land all belongs to me, legally. I simply came back for my inheritance."

Jessica narrowed her eyes and frowned again.

Mary looked worried, nervous even. She placed her hand on the vampires arm and frowned.

Catherine sighed.
"I like you. It hurt when I heard what I heard and well, you didn't tell me about any exes when we talked about dating experience."
She paused.
"What assets?"
She sounded confused.

"The land is what you own not was is built on it" he says "yet you being here has pushed people out of jobs killed them and ruined families" he says "and yet if you didnt care you wouldnt have spat back shit to me" he says as he put his drink down " so you do care what we think" he says

"I didn't think that was mandatory. I thought you'd be honest with me."
Catherine blinked and nodded when he said he came from money.

"I have been honest with you catherine" he says "I didnt want you to know about where i come from because i wanted someone to like me for me and not what they think i can give them" he says

Catherine sighed.
"It would not have mattered to me because I used to be a part of that world. When my late father wasn't mayor anymore, the money dried up and my mother lost her job. I got used to living in the poor house, yes, but I remembered where I came from."
She hugged him.

He wrapped his arms around her holding her close to him. He kissed her head. He didnt want to let her go and hooed he wouldnt have to. "Let's go back to our friends" he says to her but before he does he leans his head down "dont pass out on me mouse" he whispers and he smiles right before he kissed her. He brought a hand and placed it on her cheek.

Catherine nodded. She followed him when the hug ended. But, he would surprise her before they met up with the others again. He kissed her! She gasped at first but she slowly kissed him back.
