[IC] A serious supernatural problem

"Why are you embarrassed?" He smiles, beginning to be amused by the whole situation.

Mary narrowed her eyes and shook her head.
"Never mind."

He loses his smile. "Sorry."

Mary sighed.

[Shadow Dragon]

His skin slowly begins turning black, beginning from his hand, and slowly crawling up his arm.

Mary gasped, her eyes wide.

[Shadow Dragon]

He looks at her, confused. "What?" He doesn't notice his slowly darkening flesh.

Mary pointed at his arm.

He looks down, confused, and his hand quickly restores itself to normal. "That's.....never happened before."

Mary looked worried now.

[Shadow Dragon]

He takes a step back, staring at his hand. "What was that.....?"

"it....started doing that....when you stopped smiling...as if..."
Mary trailed off.

"As if...what?" He sounds worried, almost scared.

[Vampiretwilight]

"I don't want to think about it."
Mary closed her eyes.

[Shadow Dragon]

"Tell me. Please." He pleads.

Mary fought tearing up.
"That....it....it....that it was darkness....that....-sighs-....I don't know as much about vampires as you think I do."

He looks at her, concerned. "What do you know about vampires? How much do you suspect?"

Mary sighed.
"Only what I have read...and what I've recently seen."

[Shadow Dragon]

"What have you read? A great deal of 'facts' about vampires are quite false."
