A world much like Earth, with many of the same social and economic issues that are constantly under pressure from a teeming population of 7-billion people; however, the significant difference is that there are people who have powers far beyond normal humans. Some have chosen to use their powers for nefarious means and others have taken up the mantle as protectors, using their considerable powers to assist and defend humanity.

Would you prefer my character to launch straight into an attack, or are you flying over to talk? I can have Fury's child minders swing the situation either way.

Dunno either would work. I suppose I will fly over and do the angry hero bit...I envision the fight will br similar to superman and general zod in metropolis. The buildings will suffer.

Pretty short post, to reflect that Fury would have done more things, and probably more tactical things, but your character struck a nerve so he just immediately counter-attacked.

My next post will be a relatively short one, because I want to separate Fury from the General on the floor of the office building, and I can't really make a coherent post until I know what the general himself does.

Plus, it would probably be a good time for a showdown/dialogue interlude/staring contest.

Fury is alright, he can still pull his Unbridled form out if required to ensure his own survival, though he probably wouldn't use it on the General, it would piss him off.

Like a Saiyan changing form to defeat a human, sort of embarrassing.

Tablurath and the rest of high command in Angar Ryllan will still be disappointed that he could not recruit Captain America. :K

So Fury/Void works for the Empire in order to fight/kill Skallagrim?

Essentially, yeah. That, and they were the ones who saved him from floating around in space. (He can't fly properly in space.)

It occurs to me, Fury could drain Mister Freedom of all his energy and make it easier to capture him alive.
