I'm grasping your point fine. What you're talking about is a gigantic bear which can talk (albeit in its own language.) that can recognize when it's being injured, but apparently doesn't have the sense to remain alert after being attacked.

There's nothing 'human' about the logic of facing your attackers, rather than turning away and becoming distracted doing something else.

Apparently Sukoh's brain didn't increase in size with the rest of his body.

AttackER, only one, that attacker was preoccupied with another fight with someone who was more than evidently capable of dealing with him on his own. And since Sukoh couldn't do a DAMN thing to him while he was in the building he went off to do his own thing.

Well, except for Khan's special energy he likes to use, though I still argue it -has- to transfer into kinetic energy or his undead wouldn't be able to move.

He doesn't drain -all- of something's energy instantly. He only drains a small percentage of things he's actually -touching- things in the general environment are drained at a snails pace.
