Roxy looked away uncomfortable. She wasn't use to people complimented her. She tried to keep her actions as unnoticeable as possible. The fact that Tony had seen through her as quickly made Roxy realize that maybe she wasn't as good of an actor as she had thought. "Leaders should know what they are doing. Care and respect those that follow them. And have a level head. That leaves me out of the running."

"One thing I learned with the family, and then on my own is that Leaders arent born, it takes the right qualities then you can make a good leader. You have the potential, just have to take the first steps. "

Roxy shook her head. "Why would I want to do something as insane as that?"

Tony stood tall and firm "Because, pretty much everyone knows and likes you. If You become leader, I will stand by your decisions. You want to live as much as I do, which means you will lead us in the right direction and your not crazy or suicidal which are big benefits"

Roxy studies Tony thoughtfully. She had once thought about using her time in the lab to work on her leadership skills. She wanted to show her father that could lead his gang when he retired. That dream had quickly gotten lost in the reality of the lab. Roxy wasn't even sure she could take the role if she wanted to. "What would the steps that I need to take be?"

Tony's face was serious "Step 1 tell Vlad you want the leadership role, I will even go with you that way you can say you already have support to the claim. Step 2 Tell the others Vlad has agreed to name you leader, Start with those who already support you like Adamaris, Hitomi and Marshall so you build your support crew. Step 3 Bring those that deny your claim to heel or crush them under foot, I mostly mean Bjorn here but the new guy seems brash too. Lastly step 4 is to do your best, Share your strategies with the group, listen to their feedback, take the best parts of what everyone has to offer and add them to any plan and then do your best to make sure we succeed long enough to earn or just plain take our freedom. I Believe in you and support you in this to the end if your whiling."

"Are you sure you don't want to take leadership of this band? Sounds like you no the role inside and out." Roxy asked. She wasn't sure about tell Vlad that she wanted the leadership role. She didn't even know if she wanted the role. Being responsible for all the lives in the labs scared the shit out of her.

Tony's face went back to his charming smug look "If I wanted a leadership role, I would be the head of the biggest Mafia family Stateside right now. I know what makes a good leader and I know what makes a bad leader. You have the strength and compassion to be a great leader you just need the confidence"

"Do you think Vlad has some in his lab?" Roxy joked. "I guess someone has to be the leader of the group of misfits. I'll go talk to Vlad, but I doubt he'll approve of the idea. He wants someone that'll do his bidding and I've never been good at following orders."

"He wants someone who can unite his creations and he knows that we wont follow anyone he picks"

Roxy shook her head as she headed down the hall. She wasn't sure about that. Still the only way to find out that was to ask. She still wasn't sure that she wanted to be responsible but someone needed to lead them out of this mess. Roxy entered Vlad's office hoping she wasn't getting herself and the other into something that would cost them all more then they had already paid.

As she walked away tony thought to himself "now she will make a great leader....also I wonder if I can combine my lamps to form a heating lamp" he turned and headed back in his room and shifted to full komodo.
