Tsukune had been rather quiet. He'd stayed in his room, thinking of what to do. It seemed rather unreal now, the fight for his life. He'd ripped off a man's arms. And there was no other description for what the dragon had used other than magic. Just the idea that he'd just broken the laws of physics was freaking him out slightly. If those weren't fixed, then what rules were? If that was the kind of power a dragon could wield, then he had no doubt that Alexander would become the most powerful of them soon. If he ever grew to control those powers, he'd be unstoppable. And he wasn't sure that was a good thing.
However, his main thought was on escape. If Vlad remained in command, then there was no doubt that things would get gradually worse. Had the group submitted to him, they would be treated fairly well, but there was no way any of them would roll over like that. Of course. People who broke the law usually weren't the kind of people who would submit to the goverment, especially not the young ones. However, was there some way for him to ensure the others safe escape? The bomb that Alexander had mentioned ruled out all ideas of forcing their way out of here. They'd all be blown to smithereens. However, if he could somehow get inside the system, he could at least work to soften the punishment upon the others. And with Vlad's trust, the options that were open to him expanded massively.
Walking through the hallways, Tsukune brushed himself down. He'd brushed his hair, and made himself to look as formal as he could. This would be an important talk, and any small advantage was welcome. As he arrived at the door of Vlad's office, he spoke to one of the guards. "Excuse me. Could you tell Vlad I would like to speak to him?"
